Kentrox is the market share leader for automated network maintenance and control solutions for mobile network operators. Since 1967, Kentrox has been an industry leader in high-quality, highly reliable network access equipment with a rich history of product innovation and leadership combined with exceptional customer service. We have deployed nearly 1 million T1 access products worldwide, in excess of 125,000 T1 products at cell sites, and more than 34,000 installations of remote site management solutions. With the joining of Kentrox and Applied Innovation in May 2007, we strengthened our industry-leading mobile solutions for proactive cell site monitoring and control, and cell site management and access. This enables mobile operators to improve availability of cell sites, increase network quality, and maximize technician efficiency through improved cell site planning. The company's reputation was built on its Data Service Unit/Channel Service Unit (DSU/CSU) and wireline product lines, simplifying network management while minimizing overall network costs. We have pioneered multi-service access concentrator technology in the 1990s for connecting voice, video and data traffic. In 2004, the company developed Quality of Service (QoS) products to address the growing need for converged IP networks.

As a Partner for the New York-based Venture Capital arm of Investcorp, Mr. Radhakrishnan is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing new investments in technology-led start-ups, and for maintaining existing investments. He currently sits on the Boards of several of Investcorp's investments. Mr Radhakrishnan joined Investcorp's Venture Capital Group in 2002.
