Kohlsdorf brings more than 25 years of executive management experience to ADERANT. Additionally, he has an extensive background in leading rapidly growing software firms and delivering innovative solutions to law firms and other professional services organizations. Prior to joining ADERANT, Kohlsdorf was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services and Information Technology for IKON Office Solutions, Inc., (NYSE:IKN) a $4.4 billion Fortune 500 provider of document management software solutions. He was responsible for the company's global professional software and services division which generated $2.3 billion in revenues and employed 16,000 professionals. Prior to IKON, Kohlsdorf was President and Chief Executive Officer for T/R Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRSI), now Electronics for Imaging, a leading provider of document management software solutions. During his eight year tenure, Kohlsdorf grew the company's revenues from $1 million to $32 million, distinguishing it as one of the fastest growing technology companies in the United States. T/R was recognized as an Inc. 500 Company as well as a Deloitte and Touche Fast 500 Company. Prior to T/R Systems, Inc., Kohlsdorf was President and Chief Operating Officer for Brock Control Systems, Inc., now Firstwave Technologies, a global provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and services. Earlier in his career, Kohlsdorf held various executive positions at Gerber Alley Corporation, now First Data Corporation, American Software, Inc., and IBM. Kohlsdorf earned a BS in Business Administration from Western Connecticut University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Notre Dame.

Maloch brings more than 25 years of financial management and software industry expertise to ADERANT. He has extensive experience in completing and integrating complementary acquisitions that add value to clients and shareholders as well as raising private equity, managing investor and analyst relations, and ensuring corporate compliance. Prior to joining ADERANT, Maloch was the Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity Information Services (FIS), a leading provider of information processing services and technology solutions for the financial services industry and a division of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a Fortune 500 corporation. During his tenure at FIS, Maloch completed the acquisition of eight companies worth $800 million and successfully integrated them into FIS' core business. Before FIS, Maloch served as the Chief Financial Officer at WebTone, a provider of customer interaction software for large financial services companies, where he was responsible for raising $70 million in private equity, integrating the acquisition of a key complementary product, and negotiating the sale of the company to Fidelity National Financial, Inc. for $90 million. Earlier in his career Maloch served as the Chief Financial Officer for several other companies, including ClickChoice.com, an Internet advertising startup; Digital Transmission Systems, Inc., a publicly traded telecommunications equipment provider; and Unicomp, Inc., a publicly traded international software company. Maloch earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Barry has 25 years of experience in software research and development. His extensive work with Microsoft technology will give Aderant clients the solutions they need to run their business more profitably and meet the changing needs of the professional services industry Most recently Barry was General Manager of Web Products as well as a Digital Front End server line for document workflow solutions at EFI, Inc. He was responsible for managing all aspects of six product lines including product management, R&D, product marketing, QA, and channel development. Barry led the team that developed the fastest growing product for the company based on revenue generated. Prior to EFI Barry was Senior Vice President of Engineering at T/R Systems, Inc. (now EFI, Inc.), a leading provider of digital document management software solutions. Barry helped direct the strategic transition of T/R Systems from a contracted services company to a product development and professional services company. At T/R Systems Barry was also responsible for all engineering and product development efforts. Part of his responsibility included developing and maintaining relationships with key Japanese OEMs including Canon, Ricoh, Minolta, Toshiba, Kyocera, and Sharp. Barry has also held senior development positions at Colorocs Corporation and Datapoint Corporation. Barry has been awarded numerous patents in video teleconferencing, image processing, workflow solutions, and document management. He is the co-author of Networking Essentials and is a technical reviewer for Macmillan Publishers, Wrox Press, and New Riders Press. He was also a technical reviewer of the book Windows NT Device Driver Development. Barry earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Mr. Greenfield is a proven senior executive with multidisciplinary experience in high technology. Prior to joining Avid in December 2007, Mr. Greenfield was CEO of GXS, Inc. from 2003 to 2007, a leading worldwide provider of business-to-business integration, synchronization and collaboration solutions. Since December 2003, he had also been an operating partner with Francisco Partners, a leading technology-focused private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Greenfield served as CEO of Peregrine Systems, Inc. where he managed the restructuring of that company’s business. He has also served as president and CEO of MERANT and CEO of INTERSOLV, which merged with Micro Focus to form MERANT. He has experience growing businesses both organically and through acquisition, managing development, marketing and operations, and serving diverse customers from small businesses to the Fortune 500. Mr. Greenfield earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science Administration degree from George Washington University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
