CANTON, Mass. -- Reebok International Ltd. (NYSE:RBK) announces that at a Special Meeting of Shareholders held today, Reebok's shareholders approved the Company's previously announced merger agreement with adidas-Salomon AG (DAX:ASDG.DE).
