Mr. Quirk, is President of Adirondack Trust Company Financial Services Inc., a wholly owned insurance agency subsidiary of the Trust Company. He joined Adirondack Trust after 18 years with The Hartford Insurance Group in underwriting and management. Prior to that, Mr. Quirk played professional baseball for 6 years in the New York Mets and San Diego Padres organizations.

Mr. Hart has over fifteen years of banking experience and joined The Adirondack Trust Company as a commercial lending officer in 2004. He currently serves as a treasurer for the Saratoga Economic Opportunity Council.

Mr. Brodt joined The Adirondack Trust Company in January 2002, and is responsible for the portfolio management of Personal Trusts, Employee Benefit and Investment Management accounts. Mr. Brodt has over 13 years investment management experience. Mr. Brodt is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, and a graduate of the New York Bankers Trust Investment School.

Mr. Ferguson joined the Adirondack Trust Company in 1987 as a credit manager. He currently serves as a commercial lender and Assistant Manager of the Commercial Loan Department. In addition to his duties within commercial loans, he is the bank's CRA Officer. He has over twenty years experience in commercial and community banking. He is an active board member with many non-profit organziations, including Leadership Saratoga Alumni Association, William B. Reed Foundation, City of Saratoga Springs Community Development Advisory Committee, Ballston Spa Education Foundation and the Statewide Zone Capital Regional Committee Corporation.

Mr. Hatch joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2004. He serves as a commercial lender and has over thirty years of commercial lending experience. He has been active with several area not-for-profit organizations and community loan funds. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Franklin Community Center in Saratoga Springs.

Ms. Cassier joined The Adirondack Trust Company in March of 1990 and has managed the Wilton Office and more recently The Exit 15 Office. She has more than 25 years experience in management and transferred to Adirondack Trust Insurance in 2006. Ms. Cassier is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Mrs. Cifrino has been employed by The Adirondack Trust Company since August 1997. She previously held positions in the branch division and bookkeeping department before joining the trust department in 2000. Mrs. Cifrino is currently responsible for the administration of personal trust and individual management accounts. Mrs. Cifrino has completed courses with The New York Bankers Trust & Estate Administration School.

Ms. Watters is responsible for the administration of Employee Benefit Plan, Pension Plan, institutional client and Individual Retirement Account clients at The Adirondack Trust Company. Ms. Watters' experience in the Trust and Employee Benefit fields spans over 30 years. Ms. Watters has attained the Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Ms. Watters holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York, College at Oswego.
