Pankaj leads the Aditi Staffing business and has been instrumental in establishing Aditi as a top-ranked technology staffing partner for Fortune 500 clients across the US. Over the past decade, he has transformed Aditi Staffing into an organization that leverages a globally distributed delivery mechanism to deliver superior value to customers in terms of performance and cost of staffing. Aditi Staffing is today the top-ranked supplier at its three largest customers, and is rapidly adding new customers in US and European geographies. In addition to leading the Aditi Staffing division, Pankaj spearheads the sales and marketing function for Aditi's Outsourced Software Product Development offering at Microsoft. Pankaj has a strong background in technology and business management, gained through experience in earlier roles at Aditi & Microsoft since 1996. He holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and has majored in Electronics.

As the COO of Aditi, Dr. Anil Gupta is responsible for operations, customer satisfaction, and engineering leadership development. Prior to Aditi, Dr. Gupta was at Sun Microsystems, where he spent 11 years in various senior executive positions; his last assignment being the Vice President of India Engineering Center at Bangalore. Over the years at Sun, he led a number of initiatives in engineering and operations of global networks, integration of mergers and acquisitions, and also helped reduce cost structures significantly. Before joining Sun, Dr. Gupta worked at AT&T in both Bell Labs in New Jersey and Marketing in San Francisco. He started out consulting and developed software for electric utilities. Dr. Gupta was also an advisor to the Ministry of Power, Government of Nicaragua. He is a recipient of numerous leadership awards and is a member of IEEE.

Shobha's collective experience in management of corporate operations and product development puts her in the best position to understand the people-work environment at Aditi. She is responsible for ensuring that Aditi implements the best practices in HR and Administration. Prior to Aditi, Shobha was involved in setting and heading the India operations for Bravura Technologies. She has also held various positions at Wishbone Systems and Sonata Software.

Vineet heads the Aditi's Enterprise Solutions business unit and is responsible for P&L management, sales and delivery of its products and services. The Aditi Enterprise Solutions business unit specifically focuses on Business Intelligence, Collaboration and Unified Communication. Prior to this, Vineet held multiple senior positions within Aditi, including managing the consulting practice and working with Microsoft in architecting solutions for enterprises and ISV's in North America and Europe. Before joining Aditi, he has worked with Talisma, Network Programs India, and the Electronics Research and Development Center of India.

Pradeep Singh founded Aditi Technologies in 1994 after nine years in various management positions at Microsoft, including general manager of the Windows 95 mobile services group. He previously held engineering and marketing positions at Texas Instruments and McKinsey and Company. Since founding Aditi, his focus has been on creating a world-class customer service product (Talisma), and providing software solutions for global enterprises.
