President, Karl held the position of Vice President of Operations, directing the finances, staff and project management duties for 20 satellite offices in the U.S. and Australia. During his career at ADS, Karl has been responsible for world's largest municipal wastewater flow assessment projects in cities ranging from Sydney, Australia to Houston, Texas to New York City, providing him with an invaluable hands-on perspective into the issues and challenges facing municipalities today. He also launched ADS' Six Sigma data quality assurance program and initiated the industry's first and only National Data Center. Karl is a member of the Water Environment Federation, serves on a subcommittee for the Water Environment Research Foundation and is a committee member for BAMI, the Atlanta-based Buried Asset Management Institute.

Joseph Goustin, Chief Financial Officer. Joe has over nineteen years of domestic and international financial management experience in electronics, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining ADS, he served as Corporate Controller for Z/I Imaging Corporation and as Financial Operations Manager for AVEX Electronics. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Hal Kimbrough, Vice President of Operations. Hal has over twenty years of professional experience, the last ten years with ADS. He has management responsibilities over the operations activities for ADS to include regional management, quality, the data center, fleet, equipment, and the technical center. Hal is a certified management accountant and holds a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the American Society for Quality. He has earned a Bachelors degree in Corporate Finance, an MBA in Operations Research, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Industrial Engineering.

J. Garry Wood, Vice President of Sales, ADS Environmental Services. Garry is a professional engineer with over thirty years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and business development for wastewater collection system flow monitoring. He is a recognized leader of this industry with direct involvement in hundreds of wastewater projects. He began his career with ADS in 1980 as one of the original sales leaders and is part of a core team that literally helped create the flow monitoring industry. Garry has his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Patrick Stevens, Vice President of Engineering. Pat has sixteen years of experience with ADS and over thirty years of professional experience in the field of collection systems engineering. Pat has worked with numerous cities and engineering consultants to develop and deliver innovative flow monitoring programs for design, modeling, and rehabilitation of sanitary and combined sewers. Pat holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University.

Brett Hanes, General Manager of Hydra-Stop, Brett has over twenty-five years of sales, business development, and customer relations experience in the water and sewer equipment industry. His background includes product development and improvement, territory management, and private ownership. He is an active member of the American Water Works Association. As General Manager of Hydra-Stop, he is responsible for the management of all activities and personnel related to the Hydra-Stop product line.

John Trofatter, General Manager of Accusonic Technologies. John has over 26 years of experience in the sales, marketing and application of various flow measurement technologies in the power, water, and wastewater industries. John previously spent 15 years with Controlotron Corporation in a variety of roles including Vice President of Sales and Division Manager. He is an active member of the Water Environment Federation and the American Water Works Association. He currently holds a position on AWWA's Rate Type Flowmeter Committee and is the WEF's Operation Challenge Collection Systems Event Coordinator. John is also a past Section President and Delegate for the Instrumentation Systems & Automation Society.

Cindy O'Gorman, Director of Marketing. Cindy has over ninenteen years professional experience in marketing, public relations, and market research for high technology, telecommunications, Internet, and industrial manufacturing companies. Cindy is responsible for the full scope of marketing activities at ADS Corporation. Cindy serves on the Manaufacturers & Representatives Committee of the Water Environment Federation. Prior to joining ADS she served as Marketing Manager for ADTRAN. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA.

Steve Jolley, P.E., Director of Operations. Steve has more than 24 years of professional experience, the last 12 years with ADS. He presently manages the global operations activities for ADS' Environmental Services Division. Steve is responsible for the Division's P&L, overseeing project management, customer satisfaction, quality, and safety. Prior to his present assignment, he has served in numerous roles of increased responsibility including Project Engineer, Project Manager, District Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Manager. Steve holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, both from The University of Alabama. He is a registered Professional Engineer in seven states.
