Mr. Scott joined Tyco International in 2004 as Vice President, Operations and Planning and in September 2004 joined Tyco Engineered Products & Services as Vice President, Strategy and Business Planning to lead the development of its organic growth plans. In January 2006, Mr. Scott became Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning for Tyco International and led the separation of Tyco into three separate public companies. Prior to joining Tyco, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff of Motorolaa s Integrated Electronics Systems sector. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of General Instrument Corporation. Edward C. Arditte is senior vice president of strategy and investor relations for Tyco International. He oversees Tyco’s strategic planning activities and is responsible for investor relations and external communications.
Arditte was promoted to this role in February 2006. Previously, he served as Tyco’s senior vice president of investor relations. He joined Tyco in May of 2003 after serving as chief financial officer at BancBoston Capital - the private equity division of FleetBoston Financial.
Arditte also spent more than 15 years at Textron Inc., an $11B corporation with global operations in a diverse set of industrial businesses. During his tenure at Textron, he held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president of investor relations and risk management; vice president of communications and risk management; vice president of finance and business development at the Textron Fastening Systems Group; and vice president and treasurer for Textron Inc.
Arditte holds a Masters degree in business administration in finance and management policy from Boston University Graduate School of Management and a Bachelors degree in political science and administration from the University of California, Riverside.
He is married with three children and lives in Princeton, New Jersey.

Jace is the Commercial Sales Manager for ADT Security Services in the State of Minnesota. He has worked for ADT for six years and has held several positions, including Sales Representative, Small Business Sales Manager, and his current position. Jace has been actively participating in the MNESTA since 2002 as Chair of the Membership/Communications Committee and, since 2003, as Secretary on the MNESTA Board of Directors. Jace is an avid fisherman, hunter, and outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and newly adopted son, Maxwell.
