Gloria Zemla came to Adtron in 2000 with an extensive career in various executive-level financial positions with technology companies. As the CFO and Corporate Secretary at Adtron, she is responsible for all aspects of financial and treasury management and planning. Gloria also is responsible for coordinating legal activities of Adtron. Prior to joining Adtron, she was the CFO, Secretary/Treasurer of Sitek Corporation, a publicly-traded technology company where she was responsible for all financial and treasury management issues as well as for SEC reporting, investor relations, and business acquisition coordination. Previously, she held the position of Vice President, CFO and Secretary/Treasurer of ASM America, Inc., a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer. Gloria was responsible for overall financial, treasury, legal, and information technology management for ASM America and all its subsidiaries. Additionally, Gloria managed major litigation activity, product-line acquisitions, and an R & D limited partnership throughout her tenure at ASM. Early in Gloria's career, she worked with an international CPA firm on the auditing staff, a Fortune 50 manufacturing company, and a semiconductor foundry start-up company. Gloria holds a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Wayne State University and is a CPA, licensed in Michigan.

Al Dei Maggi joins Adtron as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the sales and marketing organizations, both domestically and internationally. Dei Maggi's background includes 30 years of extensive strategic management and business development experience with such companies as Sun Microsystems, Rackable Systems, RLX Technologies, and Sequent. Dei Maggi's experience ranges from sophisticated telecommunications and scalable server platforms to server blade hardware and management software.

Jamie Horton's experience in operations management spans 21 years in high tech manufacturers. With Adtron since February 2000, Jamie directs the purchasing, test engineering, manufacturing assembly, outsourcing relationships and inventory functions while adhering to and maintaining the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. Prior to joining Adtron, Jamie worked at ITT Courier for over 20 years, working her way up through the ranks to manage the manufacturing and quality functions. She has managed the implementation of sophisticated ERP/MRP systems and has diverse management experience in manufacturing operations.

Dick Benkendorf is co-founder and Managing Principal of Technology Impact Partners (TIP), a family venture and advisory services firm with offices in suburban Chicago and Austin, Texas. Since 1991, TIP has provided advisory services and venture capital to software, information technology and communications services firms when the product or service requires the confluence of advanced computing and communications technologies. Currently TIP holds private and public investments in the Chicago-Milwaukee and Austin-San Antonio geographic corridors. Before founding TIP, Mr. Benkendorf served as Senior Vice President of Ameritech responsible for investments, acquisitions, venture capital and strategic planning. He spent sixteen years with IBM in increasingly responsible operations, management and executive positions. He then founded American Software Company (TASC), and served as President of Telemed, as well as Chairman of Execucom. Dick also founded T/D Technology, a firm that acquired and operated software and information technology firms, as well as ISSS Ventures, a $155 million venture capital fund whose investment focus was software, communications and information services companies. Mr. Benkendorf serves on the board of directors or advisory boards of both private and public firms, including Care Data Systems, Clarity, Revelation, Voxpath Networks, ATSI, Pointserve, Isochron, Brazen and Adtron, as well as banking and not-for-profit entities, such as hospitals and civic organizations. TIP also holds investments in other companies, including @security, Globalscape, TManage, Tobin and others. While active as a venture capitalist for over nineteen years, Mr. Benkendorf also has published a number of articles and authored Selling by the Numbers. He speaks often to audiences and regularly addresses the Graduate Business students at his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame. He resides with his wife in Austin, Texas.

Leon Malmed holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Paris; he attended the Stanford Business School Senior Executive Program for Management of High Technology Companies. He has held Executive positions with High Technology Companies such as Quantum, Maxtor, Syquest and SanDisk. He is a Board Member of Adtron Corp., Socket Communications and on the board of advisors of FormFactor Inc. and Nanochip Inc.
