Mr. Daubenspeck has served as Chairman of Advanced Equities since its inception in 1999. A Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Daubenspeck served as Executive Vice President for Madison Securities, a company he co-founded in 1995.A A Mr. Daubenspeck was a Senior Vice President in the investment banking division of Stifel Nicolaus from 1992 a " 1994.A Mr. Daubenspeck is also a General Partner of Innovative Technology Partners, a late-stage venture capital fund based in Chicago, Illinois.

Craig E. Columbus serves as President of Advanced Equities Asset Management (AEAM), managing day-to-day operations of Advanced Equities' captive money management subsidiary. In this capacity, Mr. Columbus is responsible for the portfolio management team and its efforts, including portfolio selection, trading, execution, proprietary money management and product development. Mr. Columbus was previously the Chief Market Strategist for Thomson Financial, a leading provider of information and technology solutions to the worldwide financial community. During this time, he became one of Wall Street's most recognizable figures, appearing each Monday on CNBC's Power Lunch program for seven years. He is currently a regular guest on CNBC's Kudlow & Company, where he discusses market events and trends afternoons at 5:00 p.m. EST. Mr. Columbus is a graduate of Loyola University, holds an MBA degree from Penn State University and a law degree from Indiana University. He was previously a candidate for the United States House of Representatives.

Mr. Pravecek has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel since 2001. From 1995 to 2001 Mr. Pravecek was Managing Director of Corporate Finance and General Counsel for Madison Securities, Inc., a Chicago based broker-dealer. Mr. Pravecek was admitted to the Illinois Bar and received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1995. Mr. Pravecek received his B.S. in Accounting from Kansas State University in 1986.

Eitan Boral serves as Assistant Portfolio Manager for Advanced Equities Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Boral was an Account Manager with Logical Information Machines (LIM), where he worked with traders and analysts at large financial institutions and hedge funds to implement trading strategies using LIM's market research tools. Mr. Boral graduated from the University or Wisconsin.

Mr. Lynch joined Advanced Equities in March 2007. He is a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry. Most recently he was Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager of US Fiduciary, Inc., a boutique, ultra-high-net-worth-focused investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Lynch built Bank of America's thriving brokerage division in Chicago, as well as running several offices for Morgan Stanley throughout the Midwest. Mr. Lynch began his career with Dean Witter as a financial advisor.

Mr. Fallone brings 20 years of private wealth management and private equity investing experience to Advanced Equities, Inc. After starting his career at Merrill Lynch in 1987, Mr. Fallone became the youngest senior managing director at a private wealth management firm and was responsible for the largest wealth management team at the firm. He went on to build out their San Francisco office and bring tremendous success in just three years. Coming out of the crash of 2000, Mr. Fallone and two partners started two early-stage Private Equity/Venture Funds and invested in 14 portfolio companies. It was at this stage that Mr. Fallone made the decision to take on a leadership role in our San Francisco office.

Rick A. Jaye serves as Chief Financial Strategist, providing management support and financial planning oversight to the company's Advisor community. His duties also include integrating existing programs into the firm's portfolio of solutions and developing new services and strategies for clients. Previously, Mr. Jaye spent 23 years providing financial services to high-net-worth business owners and health professionals through his affiliation with several national planning and investment advisory organizations. Mr. Jaye serves on the Board of Directors of Doctors Bank, LLC, a bank holding company in Manhattan Beach, CA. He is a registered investment advisor representative and holds a life, health, and variable insurance license. Mr. Jaye earned an economics degree from the University of California, San Diego.

Mr. Betz is a Managing Director with GKM Newport. In this role, he is responsible for due diligence on and management of the firm's fund and co-investment opportunities. Mr. Betz has held operating and advising roles within both the healthcare and technology industries. Prior to joining GKM Newport, Mr. Betz performed due diligence at a growth stage venture capital firm. He also worked in a variety of roles ranging from technical to product development to marketing at InstaMed, a healthcare software firm. As a management consultant at Stockamp & Associates, Mr. Betz advised some of the country's most prestigious healthcare institutions on the technologies and processes required to improve financial stability. Mr. Betz is a graduate of the University of California San Diego; he also holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he attended on a Dean's fellowship.

Mr. Haveman is the President and Treasurer for EDP Management, a private family office managing over $1 billion in assets. Mr. Haveman is the former Treasurer of Prince Corp., an automotive parts manufacturer which was acquired by Johnson Controls, Inc. in 1996 for approximately $1.3 billion.
