In 1992, Price founded Context Capital Group, which was established to provide merger & acquisition advisory services to middle market companies. As the firm grew, Context Capital continued to provide M&A advisory services as its primary focus along with structured finance services (including private placements of equity and debt, LBOs and MBOs), Valuations, and other tailored strategic financial advisory services. Price has dedicated his time building an investment banking firm that provides tailored, comprehensive corporate finance services to private and public middle market companies. Price currently serves as a director of Advanced Materials Group Inc. (OTC.BB: ADMG), Xtrana, Inc. (OTC.BB: XTRN) and CPU Technology, Inc. (a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group) Price holds a degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University in Pomona. He is also a frequent speaker at industry and professional conferences.

He is a Founding member of Kerala Center. Originally from Pathanamthitta, in Kerala, came to study at Columbia University in 1973. Became President of India Club of Columbia Unversity in 1975 and Chairman of Joint Committee of Indian Organizations. In 1977 he became the Founder President of Federation of Indian Associations ( FIA ) and continued till 1981. He conducted the First National Convention of Asian Indians in North America in 1980 and founded National Federation of Indian-American Associations (NFIA) and served till 1988 as President and from 1988 to 1992 as Chairman. Organized the first Global Convention of People of Indian Origin in 1989. Corrently he seves as President of GOPIO. Professionally, Dr. Abraham is Director of Advanced Materials Group at Business Communications Co. ( BCC ) at Norwalk, CT.
