Mr. Blue joined the Company in 1993. From 1993 to 1998 he held a number of collections and credit policy positions within Advanta’s consumer credit card business. In 1998, Mr. Blue became a Credit Policy analyst with First USA/Bank One. During his time with First USA, Mr. Blue provided analytical support for small business credit cards and unsecured installment loans. In 1999, Mr. Blue returned to the Company and, since that time, he has been serving in various capacities in the Company’s credit analytics area for Advanta Business Cards. In December 2007 he was appointed Chief Credit Officer of Advanta Corp. and Advanta Bank Corp.

Mr. Weinstock joined the Company in 1998 and became Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in March 2001. From October 1999 to January 2005, Mr. Weinstock also served as Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to that, from April 1999 to October 1999 he served as the Company’s Controller. Prior to joining Advanta Corp., Mr. Weinstock served as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1996 to 1998, where he audited public and private companies and provided business advisory and consulting services to financial services companies. 22

Mr. Viar previously worked for Matson, Driscoll & Damico, forensic accountants (London) and subsequently was Director of the London office of Revenga International Group before founding Advanta. He specialises in BBB (Blanket Bankers Bonds) and business interruption claims.

Prior to joining Full Capture, Charles was with St. Paul Travelers, where he was Director-Research in their Personal Lines division. He has over twelve years of data mining experience. Prior to Travelers, Charles' corporate experience includes Manager - Credit Risk Modeling at U.S. Bank; Vice President Database Marketing at Citibank Latin America; Assistant Vice President Statistical Modeling at Bank of America (Nations Bank); Senior Analyst at Advanta; and Senior Analyst at Federal Express. He also was a partner in a consulting business specializing in Database Marketing, Data Mining and Data Warehousing. Charles earned a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the State University of New York Binghamton. He attended Texas A&M University on a Ford Foundation Scholarship and earned a B.S. in Physics from Jilin University in Changchun, China.

Ms. Becker Dunn, age 58, has been a member of our Board of Directors since March 1996 and is a member of the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors. She served as Vice President of U.S. Services of Avaya, Inc., a leading provider of communications systems and software for enterprises, from October 2000 until she retired in August 2001. Prior to October 2000, Ms. Becker Dunn served as Vice President of Transition Operations in connection with the spin-off of Avaya, Inc. from Lucent Technologies and, before that, she served as Vice President, Growing and Emerging Markets, of Lucent Technologies Business Communications Services, formerly AT&T Global Business Communications, which she joined in December 1994.

Olaf Olafsson is Executive Vice President of Time Warner, responsible for the company's corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions and investments. Prior to that, he was Vice Chairman of Time Warner Digital Media where he was responsible for developing strategic business plans for Time Warner’s diverse digital media businesses and identifying emerging growth opportunities for the company in the digital realm. Prior to joining Time Warner, Olafsson was president of Advanta Corporation, since March of 1998 and a member of its board of directors since 1997. Previously, as founder, president and chief executive officer of Sony Interactive Entertainment, Inc., a unit of Sony Corporation established in 1991, Olafsson built and managed its businesses in the United States and Europe. During his six-year tenure, he directed the worldwide operations of Sony’s entertainment software and hardware divisions and was responsible for the introduction of the acclaimed PlayStation. He held several other positions at Sony, having begun his career at the company in 1985. Olafsson is the author of several novels, including Absolution (Pantheon, 1994), The Journey Home (Pantheon, 2000), and Walking Into The Night (Pantheon, 2003). He was born in Reykjavik, Iceland and studied as a Wien Scholar at Brandeis University, where he received his degrees in physics.
