As CFO of IAC Search & Media, Butera is responsible for all financial operations of the Company worldwide including, financial planning and forecasting, accounting, and treasury. Butera joined IAC Search & Media from Ocular Sciences, where he served as Treasurer and was responsible for managing foreign currency exposure, bank relations, corporate cash management and insurance. Before joining Ocular, Butera held a number of finance positions at various companies, including VP treasurer of Innoventry, a joint venture between Wells Fargo Bank, Cash America International, and Capital One; VP of finance & operations for Intermap Technologies; and director of financial planning and treasury for IDG Books Worldwide. Butera received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As the director of revenue products for Ask Jeeves, Seibel is responsible for the development and implementation of Ask Jeeves' Branded Advertising, Paid Listings and Paid Inclusion products. Prior to joining Ask Jeeves, Seibel was the director of product management, buying, for eBay, the world's largest person-to-person marketplace. At eBay, Seibel managed the end-to-end buyer experience on the company's US and 21 International sites, with responsibilities including the development and execution of global product strategies to grow eBay's business. Seibel's prior experiences also include managing product management at Netscape and Intel. She received her bachelor of sciences in Information and Decision Systems, from Carnegie Mellon University.

As General Counsel for IAC Search & Media, Caul oversees all legal affairs for the Company worldwide. Caul held the position of Associate General Counsel at IAC Search & Media prior to his appointment as General Counsel. Before joining IAC Search & Media in 2003, Caul served on the legal staffs for numerous Bay Area Internet companies, including Critical Path and Slam Dunk Networks. Prior to these positions, he served as corporate counsel for Barclays Global Investors and as an associate with Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk Rabkin. Caul received a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Eric has been developing large commercial and e-Commerce web sites since 1995 at such companies as: Volvo Cars, Barnes & Noble, Readers Digest and currently at Ask Jeeves, Inc. He answered our ad in THE JEWISH REPORTER and volunteered as a Webmaster for JFS. Eric has volunteered his time, energy and expertise to the complete creation of this site including: design, HTML, JSP, JAVA, ASP, CSS coding, graphics production, web hosting and its ongoing maintenance. Eric is a volunteer firefighter for New City Fire Engine Company No. 1. and is also a committed marine preservationist of the retired 1931 FDNY fireboat John J. Harvey, which was instrumental in fighting the World Trade Center fires of September 11, 2001.

Roger Strauch is chairman of The Roda Group, a venture development company, based in Berkeley, California. His firm, co-founded in 1997 with Dan Miller, provides entrepreneurs the environment, resources, and guidance to launch and grow their high technology businesses. Mr. Strauch is on the board of directors of three private companies - SightSpeed, Ink2, and GameReady. The Roda Group is the lead investor in Solazyme and co-investor in Ravenflow. Mr. Strauch co-founded Polyserve, a server and storage consolidation software company sold to HP in 2007. He was the first CEO and former chairman of Ask Jeeves (now Ask.com) a leading search engine on the web. Mr. Strauch was a board member and former CEO of Symmetricom, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer. In 1983 he co-founded TCSI Corp., a telecom software company. As TCSI's chairman and CEO, Mr. Strauch was responsible for growing the company from a start-up to over $60M in annual revenues. TCSI completed a successful IPO in 1991 and secondary public offering in 1996. Mr. Strauch is a member of the Engineering Dean's College Advisory Boards of Cornell University and University of California at Berkeley. He is the recipient of the 2002 Wheeler Oak Meritorious Award from the University of California at Berkeley. In 2006, Mr. Strauch and his wife Dr. Julie Kulhanjian were named and honored as "Builders of Berkeley". He is an executive member of the Board of Trustees for the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute in Berkeley and is a past President Emeritus of the Berkeley Repertory Theater. Mr. Strauch is a member of the Executive Board of the Piedmont Council of the Boy Scouts of America and serves as a leader in the local scouting troop. He is a Life Trustee of the Armenian Assembly of America. Mr. Strauch endowed the Roger A. Strauch Chair in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences and co-founded the William Saroyan Endowment for Armenian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. With Mr. Miller, he helped establish the Ask Jeeves Planetarium at the Chabot Space and Science Center and the Roda Theater at the Berkeley Repertory Theater, winner of the 1997 Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre. Mr. Strauch is the Chairman of the Paros Foundation which supports arts and education organizations in Armenia. Paros projects include The Paros Chamber Choir - which is composed of disabled musicians, The Manana Youth Center an after school training program for documentary and animated film production, photography and journalism, and The Vanadzor Museum of Fine Arts an artistic center in the Lori region. Mr. Strauch earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, from Cornell University and Master of Science degree from Stanford University, both in electrical engineering. He holds two patents in the area of wireless communications.
