Robert J. Keegan is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He was elected chairman effective July 1, 2003, and chief executive officer Jan. 1, 2003.
Prior to joining Goodyear, Keegan was president of the Consumer Imaging business and an executive vice president of Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, N.Y.
Keegan began his Kodak career in 1972 with distribution and marketing staff assignments in Rochester. He held a series of positions in finance and marketing in the United States and Europe before being named general manager of Kodak New Zealand in 1986. Returning to Rochester in 1987, he was named director of finance for the Photographic Products Group. In 1990, he was named general manager of Kodak Spain. In 1991, he was named general manager of Consumer Imaging for Kodak's European, Middle Eastern and African Region. In November 1993, he was elected a corporate vice president.
In 1995, Keegan left Kodak to join Avery Dennison Corporation, in Pasadena, Calif., as executive vice president and global strategy officer.
In July 1997, he returned to Kodak as president of Kodak Professional and was elected a corporate vice president. In October 1997, Keegan was appointed president of Consumer Imaging and elected a senior vice president. He became an executive vice president of Kodak in January 2000.
Keegan received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, N.Y., and a master of business administration degree in finance from the University of Rochester.
Keegan and his wife Lynn have two children.

Chris W. Clark was named Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in November 2003. In this position, he is responsible for all activities from procurement to manufacturing to global sourcing.
Previously, Clark had been President of the company's Latin America region since July 2000.
Clark joined Goodyear in 1973 as a Management Trainee in Akron where he was assigned to the Corporate Finance group. In 1975 he was named an International Auditor and three years later transferred to Chile on a special assignment. In 1980, Clark relocated to Argentina as Assistant to the Finance Director.

Eduardo A. Fortunato, who has held a number of key sales, marketing and general management leadership positions during his career, was named president of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's Latin American tire business in November 2003.
Previously, Fortunato had been serving as president and managing director of Goodyear Brazil since 2000.
Fortunato, who joined Goodyear in 1975 in the Engineered Products sales group in Argentina, was named manager, sales, Engineered Products in 1988. He moved to the company's tire business in Argentina as a marketing manager in 1989. He was named dealer development manager in Argentina in 1992. One year later, Fortunato moved to Goodyear Mexico in the same position. He was named sales director, Mexico in 1994.
In 1998, Fortunato moved to Goodyear's corporate headquarters in Akron, Ohio, as director, sales and marketing, for the company's Latin America region, a position he held until being named to his most recent position in Brazil.

Michel Rzonzef was appointed president of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's business in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa in February 2008. In this role, he is responsible for all activities in this market, which has sales revenue of more than $1.7 billion across more than 100 countries.
Rzonzef joined Goodyear in 1988, as a tire test management engineer. He held various positions in Goodyear's European regional marketing group and in the testing division of Goodyear's Technical Center in Luxembourg. After becoming sales manager of Goodyear Dunlop in South Eastern Europe he was appointed general manager of Goodyear Dunlop operations in Central Europe in 2001. In 2002, he was appointed director of sales and marketing and, in 2007, was named vice president sales and marketing.
Rzonzef was born on July 13 1963 in Liege, Belgium. He holds a degree in electro-mechanical engineering from the University of Liege, Belgium.

Pierre Cohade is President of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's Asia-Pacific region. He was named to the position in October 2004.

In 2003, Groupe Danone chose Cohade to run its Global Water and Beverage division, based in Paris, France. He refocused the business to ensure that Danone remained a global leader, by improving margins and either holding or gaining market share in all markets targeted by Groupe Danone's competition.
Cohade is Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and Advisor to the Women's Forum for Economy and Society. In 2008, he was awarded the Magnolia Award from the Shanghai Municipal Government for his civic leadership and business contributions to Shanghai's development.
Cohade received a degree in business management from the CERAM School of Business in Sophia-Antipolis, France, in 1984 and a Master of Business Adminstration degree at Penn State University in 1985.

Kihn joined Goodyear in 1988 at the company's Technical Center in Luxembourg (GTC*L) as a compounder working in consumer tires and later in bias truck tires for Asia. In 1991, he received his first foreign assignment as Chief Chemist in Thailand.
Later that year, he returned to GTC*L as a member of the German OE team. During that period, silica compound technology was launched by competition and he was deeply involved in the development of the first full silica compound for Goodyear.
In 1994, he moved to Akron to join the Radial Medium Truck tire team for Latin America. In 1996, he returned to GTC*L as a Team Leader in the Radial Medium Truck Tire product group, later becoming the group's manager.

Mark Purtilar joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer on September 17, 2007. In this position, he will oversee Goodyear's global procurement strategy and be responsible for the company's approximately $10 billion in annual purchases.
Purtilar previously had been Vice President of Global Procurement for ArvinMeritor Automotive's Commercial Vehicle Systems division.
Purtilar first joined ArvinMeritor in 1994 as Manager of Purchasing and Inventory Planning. He was named Manager, International Business Development in 1995 and Director of International Sales and Marketing, Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket in 1996. He served as Managing Director, Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket for Europe and Africa from 1997 to 2000. He left ArvinMeritor in 2002 to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Auto Body Panels Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. He returned to ArvinMeritor in 2004 as Vice President of Global Procurement.

C. Thomas Harvie was named senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 1999, having been vice president and general counsel since 1995. Charles L. (Chuck) Sinclair was named senior vice president, global communications of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in June 2003. Sinclair is responsible for leading Goodyear's global team of communications professionals in the execution of a communications strategy and providing counsel to senior leadership on issues impacting the company.
Previously, Sinclair led communications for Goodyear's North American Tire business for more than six years as vice president, public relations and communications since February 2002 and, prior to that, as director, public relations beginning in January 1997.
Sinclair joined Goodyear in 1984 as public relations manager at the company's Engineered Products plant in Lincoln, Nebraska.
He moved to Goodyear's corporate headquarters in Akron, Ohio, in 1987 as publications editor and was named public relations manager, general products in 1990. He was named manager, public relations, North American Tire in 1992 and manager, public affairs in 1993. Sinclair became Goodyear's manager, national media relations in 1995.
Prior to joining Goodyear, Sinclair was a sports reporter and columnist for the Journal and Star newspaper in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Sinclair was born in Rock Rapids, Iowa, on June 23, 1951. He is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed the Mahler executive leadership program as well as those at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Ricardo A. Navarro is vice president—Corporate Development. He is responsible for the identification, negotiations, and integration of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other alliances of the company.
Prior to assuming this position in 2005, Mr. Navarro had been senior vice president-Business Development and Integration for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Before joining Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Mr. Navarro was senior vice president of Corporate Development for Solectron Corporation, a leading provider of contract electronics manufacturing services. Previously he served for 10 years as vice president—Corporate Development for Honeywell International where he structured a multibillion dollar series of global transactions in a broad spectrum of industries, including aerospace, electronics, distributed power, industrial and marine, and information technology. Prior to joining Honeywell, he served in mergers and acquisitions, and financial positions with Citicorp, Bank of America, and Citibank. He began his career as a structural engineer with Rockwell International.
Mr. Navarro was graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.S. degree in structural engineering and received an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Isabel H. Jasinowski was elected vice president, government relations and a corporate officer in April 2001.
She had been vice president, government relations and head of Goodyear's Washington, D.C., office since 1995. Jasinowski serves as the company's senior registered lobbyist. Having started her career as director of local issues for Gov. Jimmy Carter's 1976 presidential campaign, she has more than 25 years of government relations and Capitol Hill experience.
Prior to her 1995 promotion, Jasinowski had been director of federal legislative affairs for Goodyear and previously served the company as Washington representative focusing her attention on international trade and federal tax matters before the U.S. Congress. Since joining Goodyear in 1981, she has represented the company's public policy positions on a host of global issues with direct strategic business implications.
Gaining most of her international trade and business experience at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Jasinowski set up and ran the Office of Business Liaison, reporting to the Secretary of Commerce. Her duties included serving as ombudsman for companies and trade associations seeking assistance from the agency and fostering business' significant issues for deliberation at the highest levels of government.
Jasinowski was born on February 11, 1949, in New York City to a family with a long tradition of transatlantic business and government involvement. Her maternal grandfather was a Senator in France and Jasinowski spent much of her formative years traveling between France and the United States. She speaks French fluently. She was graduated cum laude with honors from Barnard College in 1972, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She completed her master's degree at Columbia University in 1975.

Laura Thompson was appointed Vice President of Business Development for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on June 1, 2005. She was elected an officer of the corporation on April 8, 2008. In her role, Laura is responsible for acquisition, divestiture and partnership activities in supporting Goodyear's long-term strategies.
Thompson started her career with Goodyear in1983 working part-time while finishing her undergraduate degree in accounting from The University of Akron. She also holds an MBA in finance from The University of Akron.
She served in various financial and accounting staff positions, both in business units and corporate staff, until being named Manager of Finance for Research and Development in 1997. In January 2000, she was named Director of Investor Relations and served in that capacity for two years. She became Finance Director for Consumer Tires in the company's North American Tire business in December 2002, and was named director, business development for the unit a year later.
Thompson was born August 26, 1964. She and her husband Mark have one son and live in North Canton, Ohio.

Rick Noechel was elected vice president of finance for the company's North American Tire business in December 2008.
Noechel joined Goodyear in 2004 as vice president and assistant controller. He was named chief financial officer of the company's South Pacific Tyre subsidiary in Australia in 2006. Noechel returned to Akron in March 2008 when he was elected vice president and controller, his most recent position.
Prior to joining Goodyear, Noechel was vice president and controller for The Kmart Corporation from 2001 through 2004. He also worked for DaimlerChrysler in various positions from 1997 to 2001 and for Price Waterhouse LLP from 1991 to 1997.

Steve McClellan was named President, Consumer Tires for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's North American Tire business in August 2008. Prior to that, he served as Vice President for Goodyear Commercial Tire Systems, a post he assumed in September 2003.
McClellan has spent his entire career at Goodyear since graduating from the University of Akron with a bachelor of science in accounting in 1987. He moved into the commercial tire business in December 2001, serving as president of Wingfoot Commercial Tire Systems, Goodyear's industry-leading national network of commercial tire sales, retreading and service.
During McClellan's Goodyear career, he also served in a variety of finance positions before becoming business manager for the southern region, based in Jacksonville, Fla., in 1995. He was also manager of finance for Goodyear's retail operations and general manager of the western region for Goodyear Auto Service Centers. He also was general manager for Allied Tires, a Goodyear subsidiary, in 1999, where he was responsible for coordinating the operation of Allied's 46 retail tire outlets throughout Florida. He briefly returned to the southern region as general business manager before leading the company's Wingfoot operation.
McClellan, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., was born September 24, 1965. He and his family reside in Richfield, Ohio.

Tom Connell is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a position he has held since March 1, 2008.

Connell earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting and a master of business administration degree from John Carroll University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, a past member of the Financial Executives International's Committee on Corporate Reporting, a past member of the Controllers' Council of the Conference Board and past chairman of the Northeast Chapter of Financial Executives International's Financial Reporting Developments Group.

Outside the Foundation, Steve spent over 15 years in governmental positions. In 1980, while on a leave of absence, he served as the first Under Secretary for the United States Department of Education under President Jimmy Carter. From 1970 to 1975, he was the Commissioner of Public Welfare for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He began his career as a caseworker at the Cuyahoga County Welfare Department in 1960 in Cleveland, Ohio and rose through the ranks to become its director in 1969. Over the years, Mr. Minter has served on and or chaired boards of numerous national and regional organizations in the fields of education, health and human services. Most notable are: College of Wooster, Community Foundations of America, American Public Welfare Association, The Independent Sector, Council on Foundations, Foundation Center, National Community AIDS Partnership, United Way Services. At present he serves on the boards of Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education, Great Lakes Science Museum, the Union Club, WCLV Foundation, The TreuMart Fund and Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. He is a director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and a former board member of KeyCorp, Dominion Resources, Inc., CNG, Rubbermaid and Ohio Bell Telephone Company.
