Gregory M. Spierkel Chief Executive Officer As the chief executive officer of Ingram Micro Inc., the world’s leading technology distributor, Gregory M.E. Spierkel heads a dynamic organization employing 15,000 associates in 34 countries. He became CEO on June 1, 2005. Prior to his promotion to CEO, Spierkel served as corporate president, Ingram Micro Inc., from March 2004 to April 2005. He was responsible for Ingram Micro’s overall operating performance with particular focus on the company’s Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. During that time, he led the company’s acquisition of Tech Pacific, which was the largest acquisition in company history, and significantly strengthened Ingram Micro’s presence in Asia-Pacific. During his tenure with the company, Spierkel has also held the positions of executive vice president of Ingram Micro Inc. and president, Ingram Micro Europe, where he led the transformation of the region into a best-in-class performer, delivering sales and operating margins at historic highs. Under his leadership, Europe consolidated operations in the Nordic countries, integrated a major acquisition in Germany, and instituted processes that are having a lasting, positive impact on the region. Spierkel joined Ingram Micro in August 1997 as president, Ingram Micro Asia-Pacific, and was instrumental in setting up the company in Asia with the acquisition of Electronic Resources Limited, Singapore. With more than 29 years of broad-based experience in global operations management, Spierkel has managed other complex and large-scale operations throughout the world. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Spierkel spent 11 years at Canada-based Mitel Corp., a multinational manufacturer of leading PBX, software and semiconductor products. He held a variety of executive management positions there, including senior vice president of global sales and marketing. He was president of Mitel Inc. in Reston, Va. for four years, managing director of Mitel Telecom in the United Kingdom with responsibilities over Europe and Asia, and general manager of Mitel Far East Ltd. in Hong Kong, where he orchestrated the integration of an acquired subsidiary. Spierkel holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He also attended the Advanced Manufacturing Program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He currently sits on the Dean’s Advisory Board of the School of Business for University of California, Irvine, is a member on the Board of Counselors, George L. Argyros School of Business at Chapman University in Orange, California and is a member of the Board of Directors for PACCAR Inc.

Alain Maquet Senior Vice President and President, Ingram Micro Latin America Alain Maquet is senior vice president, Ingram Micro Inc. and president, Ingram Micro Latin America. A 23-year veteran of the information technology industry, Maquet is responsible for driving the region’s strategy and performance with full operations in Mexico, Brazil, Chile and an export division that serves Central and South America and the Caribbean. Maquet joined Ingram Micro in 1993 as managing director of France and, a year later, was appointed to vice president of Ingram Micro’s southern European operations. In early 2000, Maquet added additional countries to his responsibilities when he was promoted to senior vice president Ingram Micro France, Benelux and Export. In October 2000, Maquet was honored at Eurochannels 2000, a prestigious pan-European IT channel conference, when he was presented the Eurochannels Innovator Award for ”Most Outstanding European Leader.” Prior to his current position as president of Ingram Micro’s Latin America region, Maquet held the post of senior vice president, southern and western Europe, with overall responsibility for Ingram Micro’s operations in France, Belgium, Italy, The Netherlands and Spain, as well as a sales office in Portugal. Maquet began his career in 1977 as a market research consultant in Paris, France. In 1982, he co-founded and served as sales and marketing director of ISE-Cegos, which grew to become France’s leading IT products distributor. Maquet was with ISE-Cegos until 1992, during which time he became the company’s managing director and was also appointed president of two of ISE Group’s largest subsidiaries: Software Partners and Netcom.

Alain Monie President and Chief Operating Officer Alain Monié serves as president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Inc. Based in the company’s headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif., Monié is responsible for the overall operating performance of the company with particular emphasis on driving corporate policies, strategies and profitable growth initiatives. Monié was named president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Inc. in 2007. He joined Ingram Micro Inc. in February 2003 as executive vice president, bringing more than 28 years of international corporate experience to the company’s executive team. He became president of the company’s Asia-Pacific region in early 2004. In the three years under Monié’s leadership the region doubled in size after the acquisition of Tech Pacific, transforming from a break-even business in early 2004 to one of the company’s more profitable regions today. As a corporate executive for renowned international companies, Monié has played a leading role in building successful organizations throughout the world. He spent more than two years as president of the Latin American Division of Honeywell International, responsible for all countries from Mexico to Chile and the Caribbean. He joined Honeywell through the corporation’s merger with Allied Signal Inc., where he built a 17-year career on three continents, progressing from a regional sales manager to head of Asia-Pacific operations. Prior to joining Honeywell, Monié spent 12 years in Asia, leading Allied Signal’s expansion into China and enhancing its presence in India. He held general management positions with Sogitec Inc., a French aerospace simulation corporation, and was a controller for Renault, a French automotive firm. He began his career in Mexico City as a civil construction engineer. Monié was educated in France, earning an MBA from the Institut Supérieur des Affaires in Jouy en Josas. He received high honors in his Automation engineering studies at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Metiers. He is fluent in three languages.

Shailendra Gupta Executive Vice President, Ingram Micro Inc., President, Ingram Micro Asia-Pacific Shailendra Gupta serves as executive vice president of Ingram Micro Inc. and president of Ingram Micro Asia-Pacific. Named to the position in August 2007, Gupta is responsible for the company’s operations in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Gupta spent nine years with Tech Pacific Group, starting in 1995 as managing director of India. He was later promoted to chief executive officer in 2001. Tech Pacific Group was one of Asia-Pacific’s largest technology distributors, generating AUD$3.1 billion in revenue (based on Australian GAAP) for the 2003 fiscal year. When Ingram Micro acquired Tech Pacific in 2004, Gupta joined Ingram Micro as chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Asia-Pacific, and successfully led the complex integration process of Tech Pacific with Ingram Micro. Prior to his work with Ingram Micro and Tech Pacific, Gupta worked for 10 years in Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., India, a large diversified Indian conglomerate. During his tenure, he held various management roles, including a manufacturing plant responsibility. Gupta earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1983 from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an MBA in 1985 from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, both premier Indian institutes.

Mario Leone serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Ingram Micro Inc. Based at the company’s headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif., Leone is responsible for Ingram Micro’s worldwide information and business systems ensuring a stable, effective platform for profitable growth. He leads an information services organization that supports hundreds of thousands of transactions per day through operations on five continents. He joined the company in 2009. Leone has nearly 30 years of experience providing marketing and technology solutions for large global corporations. Before joining Ingram Micro, he served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Federal-Mogul Corporation, a global supplier of powertrain and safety technologies serving the automotive, industrial and worldwide after-markets. He served on the company's strategy board and led a global team of information professionals, directing information strategy, shared services and integration activities to support company operations in 35 countries. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul, he served as senior vice president and chief information officer at FIAT, and its business unit IVECO, a leading European industrial vehicle company. While there, he developed and implemented a global corporate IT strategy that helped the company return to profitability and increase sales in all major business units. Leone has also held executive positions in information systems for Dow Chemical Company and Union Carbide Corporation. Leone earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and biology from Boston University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Babson College in Massachusetts.

William D. Humes Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer As executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ingram Micro Inc., the world’s leading technology distributor, William D. Humes oversees the company’s worldwide financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, controllership, internal audit, tax and treasury. Humes became CFO in April 2005. He joined Ingram Micro in 1998 as senior director, worldwide financial planning, reporting and accounting, and became corporate vice president and controller in 2002. Prior to Ingram Micro, Humes was at PricewaterhouseCoopers for nine years, where he became a certified public accountant and took an accelerated path to senior manager. During his tenure at the firm, Humes was responsible for managing all aspects of professional services to numerous multinational and technology-sector companies. Humes is based at Ingram Micro’s corporate headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics business from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa honoree.

Jay A. Forbes Executive Vice President and President Ingram Micro EMEA Jay A. Forbes is executive vice president of Ingram Micro Inc. and president of Ingram Micro Europe, Middle East and Africa. Based at the company’s regional headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, Forbes leads an organization comprised of 14 country-based operations, a pan-European business unit and a joint venture in South Africa. He was named to the position in 2007. Forbes, a native of Canada, was most recently president and chief executive officer of Aliant Inc., an Atlantic-Canadian telecommunications and information technology company generating revenues of approximately $2 billion. In this role, Forbes successfully solidified Aliant’s financial position while leading a series of initiatives designed to shift its strategic direction. Prior to his work at Aliant, Forbes held a series of executive positions for some of the leading companies in Canada. He served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Oxford Properties Group, a Canadian commercial real estate company, as well as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Emera Inc., formerly Nova Scotia Power Inc., a Canadian energy provider. Forbes earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Dalhousie University where he graduated class valedictorian in 1983. He also completed Duke University’s Strategic Financial Management Program and Harvard University’s Strategic Elements of Financial Management Program. Forbes earned his chartered accountant fellowship in 2005.

Keith Bradley Executive Vice President and President, Ingram Micro North America Keith Bradley serves as executive vice president and president of Ingram Micro North America, and is responsible for the overall performance of the company's U.S. and Canadian operations. Previously as CFO of Ingram Micro's North America operations, Keith was responsible for the accounting, credit and finance functions, as well as overseeing the distributor's in-house financial service company, which develops and markets financial programs to customers and manufacturers. Bradley joined Ingram Micro in 2000 as vice president and controller for North America. Under his leadership, the controllership group was instrumental in managing the region's superior balance sheet, enhancing margin and mitigating risk. During 2002, he helped to lead the company's U.S. profit enhancement program, which was completed ahead of schedule and was a large contributor to making the distributor a more efficient and profitable organization. Bradley has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. He joined Ingram Micro after four years with the Disney Company, where he served as vice president and global controller of The Disney Stores, director of finance at Disney Consumer Corporate, and controller of Walt Disney Records. Prior to his tenure at Disney, Bradley spent nine years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the U.K., U.S. and United Arab Emirates as a senior manager. During this period he served in the firm's audit, world firm technical and consultancy departments. Bradley is a chartered accountant from Ireland. (placing fourth in the country), with both a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from The Queen's University of Belfast, U.K. He and his wife and three children live in Orange County, Calif.

Larry C. Boyd Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel Larry C. Boyd is senior vice president, secretary and general counsel for Ingram Micro Inc. Boyd leads a team of legal professionals located on four continents and manages all legal aspects on behalf of the global organization, from contract negotiations and labor issues to regulatory compliance and corporate disclosure requirements. He was promoted to this position in March 2004. Boyd joined Ingram Micro in January 2000 as senior vice president, U.S. legal services. Prior to Ingram Micro, he was a partner with the national law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he practiced law for 22 years. A graduate of Stanford Law School, Boyd also earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Stanford University. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.

Lynn Jolliffe Senior Vice President, Human Resources Lynn Jolliffe is the senior vice president of human resources for Ingram Micro Inc. Based in Santa Ana, Calif., Jolliffe is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of the company's human resources strategies in support of the organization's global objectives. Jolliffe oversees all aspects of human resources worldwide, including associate relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, the Human Resources Information System, payroll, as well as the regional human resources teams. Jolliffe joined Ingram Micro in 1999 as the vice president of human resources for the European region and established the department as a strategic business unit by making a number of organizational improvements, implementing and standardizing performance metrics within the region’s 14 country operations and introducing Six Sigma. Within the European region, she also implemented and developed a Competency and Performance Management system, an intranet-based Knowledge and Information Center, and Career Guide. Most recently, Jolliffe served as the vice president of human resources for the North American region where she initiated major projects focusing on improving associate performance management, development and retention. Prior to her work at Ingram Micro, Jolliffe served as vice president and chief financial officer at the Canadian company, White Rose Limited. Jolliffe holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Queen’s University, as well as a CEGEP diploma from Bishop's University in Canada. In 1979 she received her MBA in finance and organizational behavior from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Ria M. Carlson Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Communications Ria Marie Carlson is corporate vice president of strategy and communications for Ingram Micro Inc., the world's leading technology distributor. In this role, Carlson serves as the company's chief strategy and communications officer, responsible for strategic planning and market development, internal and external communications, and investor and public relations. Carlson is also a member of Ingram Micro's worldwide executive team. Prior to becoming corporate vice president of strategy and communications in April 2005, Carlson was vice president, corporate communications and investor relations for Ingram Micro. In this role, she served as the worldwide chief communications officer, leading all internal and external communications, community relations and shareowner services, and was the company's spokesperson for the media and financial markets. Carlson joined Ingram Micro in March 2001, and immediately set out to develop global strategic communication plans that ushered the company through a period of significant organizational change. She is responsible for enhancing the company's profile with the investment community and national media, which has resulted in increased analyst coverage and international business media exposure. In 2005, Ingram Micro was ranked 76 on the Fortune 500. A senior communications executive with more than 20 years of corporate, agency, media and non-profit experience, Carlson has been a corporate chief communications officer for more than eight years. Before joining Ingram Micro, she served as vice president, communications and investor relations for Equity Marketing, Inc., an international toy and promotions company, where she helped the organization transform from a manufacturer to a marketing services agency. Prior to Equity, Carlson held executive positions in the healthcare industry. She served as vice president, public and investor relations for Sierra Health Services, Inc., where she led communication efforts for acquisitions, political programs, organizational changes and subsidiary start-ups. Carlson also served as associate vice president corporate communications for FHP International Corporation, a Fortune 500 health care organization, where she oversaw communication efforts for an acquisition that doubled the size of the company and helped launch a new subsidiary. Before beginning her corporate career, Carlson was a news producer with a network-owned television station and led public relations efforts at two prestigious arts organizations. Carlson is based at Ingram Micro's corporate headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif. She earned bachelor's degrees in journalism and political science from the University of Southern California and holds certificates in management and health care management from the University of California, Irvine.

Formally the European Sales Director for Ingram Micro, (the worlds biggest distributor of IT products), Chris is dedicated to ensuring that Norbain continues to strengthen customer relationships.

Gary Stickler is an Account Executive for Arbitech, LLC. With over 17 years of experience in Sales, Gary joins Arbitech after more than five years with Ingram Micro, the world's largest electronics distributor. At Ingram Micro he was an Account Manager in the fastest-growing division: Premium VAR...

John Lysinger serves as Hoover's Vice President of U.S. Sales. In his role, John is responsible for increasing sales to existing enterprise-level accounts and growing the company's base of loyal customers. Lysinger brings to Hoover's more than 20 years of experience with such companies as Ingram Micro, Sprint, and AT&T. Much of his career has been focused on serving small and midsized businesses, an important target market for Hoover's. Most recently, Lysinger served as general manager of sales with Birch Telecom, where he built and managed a sales division focused on the mid-market.

Dale R. Laurance Dr. Laurance is the owner of Laurance Enterprises LLC, a private advisory services company. He is also the owner of Nightingale Properties, LLC, a Hawaiian real estate development company. He retired from Occidental Petroleum Corporation on December 31, 2004 where he had served as president since 1996 and director since 1990. From 1983 to 1996 he served in various management and executive positions with Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Dr. Laurance also serves on the Advisory Board of Hancock Park Associates. Dr. Laurance is a director of the Saint John’s Health Center and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Polytechnic School. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Bureau and the Advisory Board of the Golden West Humanitarian Foundation. Dr. Laurance has been our chairman of the board since the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders in June 2007.

Mr. Schulmeyer is managing partner of Gerhard LLC. From January 2002 to July 2006, Mr. Schulmeyer was professor of practice at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. Schulmeyer served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Corporation, the holding company for U.S. businesses of Siemens AG (Munich, Germany), a world leader in electrical engineering and electronics in the information and communications, automation and control, power, transportation, medical and lighting fields, from January 1999 to December 2003. Prior to assuming such positions, he served as president and chief executive officer of Siemens Nixdorf, Munich/Paderborn, a position he held since 1994. Mr. Schulmeyer serves on the board of directors of Korn/Ferry International.

Howard I. Atkins, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, is responsible for Wells Fargo’s financial management functions (including controllers, financial reporting, tax management, asset-liability management, treasury, corporate development, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions), its investment portfolios (including fixed income, venture capital and private equity investments) and its corporate properties functions. A 32-year veteran of the financial services industry, he joined Wells Fargo in 2001. Formerly, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New York Life Insurance Company responsible for financial management and information technology. Before joining New York Life in 1996, he was Chief Financial Officer at Midlantic Corporation before its merger with PNCBank Corp. He helped design and oversee Midlantic’s financial restructuring, taking the company from near bankruptcy to one with among the best operating margins, productivity levels, and capital ratios in commercial banking in the United States at that time. He also spent 17 years at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he rose to Corporate Treasurer. During his tenure at Chase, he was responsible for asset liability management, capital planning, funding and investments, and interest rate insurance products. He spent four years in Europe with responsibility for Chase’s foreign exchange and capital markets business. He is a member of the American Banker CFO Advisory Board, the Financial Executives Institute, and the Conference Board. He also is a director of Ingram Micro, the largest IT distributor in the world, and serves on the board of trustees for the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco. He received a B.S. degree in mathematics from City College, New York, and his master’s degree in economics from Ohio State University.

Mr. Murai joined SYNNEX in March 2008 and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a seasoned executive, Mr. Murai has more than 19 years of distribution channel experience with focused expertise in global management, operations, information technology and customer relationships. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Murai was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro. During his nineteen-year tenure at Ingram Micro, he held a series of senior management positions in all aspect of the Company's operations and was responsible for the integration of Ingram Micro's former U.S. and Canadian regions as a single management team. Mr. Murai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario.

Leslie S. Heisz Ms. Heisz is an experienced investment banking and finance executive, and currently is a managing director of the Los Angeles office of Lazard Freres & Co., where she provides strategic advisory services for clients in a variety of industries. Before joining Lazard in 2003, Ms. Heisz was managing director of the Los Angeles office of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (and its predecessor Wasserstein Perella & Co.) for six years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and leading the Gaming and Leisure Group. She was also a vice president at Salomon Brothers, where she developed the firm’s industry-leading gaming practice, and a senior consultant specializing in strategic information systems at Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Ingram has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Ingram Industries Inc., a diversified products and services company, since 1999. Before that, he held various positions with Ingram Materials Company and Ingram Barge Company, and was co-president of Ingram Industries from January 1996 to June 1999. He is a director of Ingram Micro Inc., a global information technology distributor. Age 46.
