The company provides skilled nursing, recreational therapy, food services, social opportunities, and specialized ancillary services. It has about 43 nursing centers with about 4,500 beds in the US Southwest, mostly in rural areas. The company had 2005 revenue of about $203.7 million and employs about 4,680 people. In August 2005, it acquired Briarcliff Health Care Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, with 120-beds.
