John M. Dionisio leads AECOM (NYSE: ACM), a global company with over 43,000 employees and revenue of more than $5.2 billion. Prior to being appointed to his current role in 2005, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and earlier as the Chief Executive Officer and President of AECOM operating company DMJM Harris. During Mr. Dionisio's 30-plus-year career at AECOM, his leadership has helped advance the company's transportation and energy infrastructure business in the Americas. While in operations, he also oversaw the combination of three AECOM business units Frederic R. Harris, DMJM Infrastructure, and Holmes & Narver Infrastructure to form DMJM Harris in 2000. While heading DMJM Harris, Mr. Dionisio was involved in the advancement of many notable projects. These include the Second Avenue Subway in New York, Tren Urbano transit rail system in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the State Highway 130 toll-way in Texas, Southern California's Metrolink Commuter Rail System, and the new World Trade Center PATH Terminal in Lower Manhattan.

Frederick “Fred” Werner leads all mega-project pursuits and ensures that AECOM is advancing technology and best practices across all of its business lines.
Mr. Werner previously led AECOM’s U.S. Infrastructure Group, which brought together the company’s business throughout the U.S. in the fields of transportation, energy, water and development. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AECOM's Americas Transportation Group – part of the U.S. Infrastructure Group. He was promoted to that position following a successful stint as President of AECOM's DMJM Harris operation.
During Mr. Werner's tenure as DMJM Harris President, major projects included the design of the new Second Avenue Subway and the Permanent World Trade Center PATH Terminal projects in Manhattan; program management of the $2.4-billion Alameda Corridor rail expressway for the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach; program management of the $2.5-billion Tren Urbano transit system serving San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the general engineering consultancy for the $5-billion Phoenix, Arizona, freeway system.
Mr. Werner began his DMJM Harris career in the Geotechnical Division, and his portfolio includes numerous projects for which he managed the preparation of technical environmental study reports/environmental impact assessments, field investigations, alternative analyses, and the public participation and permitting processes. He progressed through a variety of roles at DMJM Harris-from Vice President and Manager of New Jersey Operations, Senior Vice President and Manager of New York Operations, to Chief Operating Officer-before becoming President.
During his professional career, which spans more than 30 years, Mr. Werner earned industry-wide recognition for his expertise in corporate operations management and for the management of large, technically complex civil engineering projects. He has overseen major projects in numerous market sectors, from highway and bridges to airports, ports and transit.

James R. Royer oversees AECOM's operations around the world. Prior to his appointment as AECOM Chief Operating Officer in 2005, he headed AECOM's Americas Facilities, Governmental Services, and Regional Groups, and directed activities with the aviation, commercial, technical, and government segments. Mr. Royer joined TCB in 1975, which merged with AECOM in 1996. Since then, he has served in senior management positions with several AECOM companies and oversaw many mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Royer has more than 35 years of professional experience. During his career, he has participated in a wide array of transportation, environmental, and facilities projects in Texas, the southwestern U.S., and other areas. These have included land development programs throughout the Southwest; the expansion of the Port of Houston; large municipal water treatment and wastewater programs; the tollroad systems in Texas; the flood control program in Harris County, Texas; and airport improvements at Houston's commercial airports and airports in Philadelphia, Orlando, and Miami. He was also involved in a project to develop wastewater systems to serve the City of Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Joseph Brown serves as Chief Executive Officer of AECOM's Global Planning, Design and Development group as well as EDAW, one of the world's leading land and community consultancies. EDAW's services - a unique blend of landscape architecture, urban design, and environmental and economic planning - are provided by over 1600 professionals working from offices across the globe. The firm's diverse U.S. and international projects have garnered consistent acclaim from clients and peers in the land-based professions. Mr. Brown has 30 years of experience as a planner and landscape architect, with particular emphasis on new community planning, urban planning and redevelopment, community revitalization, historic and cultural design, and issues confronting rapid-growth areas. Examples of his work include the new Tokyo Midtown mixed-use development in the city's Roppongi neighborhood; the Suzhou Historic District Revitalization Plan in Suzhou, China; and the redevelopment of Denver's Stapleton Airport site as urban community and parks. With others, he was responsible for a highly respected but controversial early New Orleans renewal strategy sponsored by the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Brown has been involved in the advancement of many notable projects. These include MeadWestvaco's holdings in Charleston, South Carolina; TimberWest's on Vancouver Island; and several projects for The St. Joe Company in West Florida. His other current projects include a comprehensive site and streetscape design for the New York World Trade Center district. Additionally, Mr. Brown's urban design and landscape architectural expertise is frequently solicited by a multi-disciplinary team assisting the National Capital Planning Commission in preparing a long-range plan for Washington, D.C.'s Monumental core. Mr. Brown has been both author and subject of several articles published in Urban Land, Harvard Design Magazine, Metropolis, and Landscape Architecture. His commitment to sustainable and distinguished design and planning is evidenced by a wide variety of professional and teaching activities, including participating in panels, study groups, and studios around the world. He has lectured at Harvard Graduate School of Design, and has led a number of design charrettes and seminars.

Michael S. Burke is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AECOM Technology Corporation. Bob Kelleher serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer for AECOM, a 43,000-employee professional services firm, with 450 offices throughout the world. In his role as Chief Human Capital Officer, Mr. Kelleher oversees all global human resources and organizational development programs and initiatives. Bob is also responsible for leading employee engagement programs and initiatives throughout AECOM's global operating groups. Prior to assuming the position of Chief Human Capital Officer, Mr. Kelleher was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ENSR International, a subsidiary of AECOM. ENSR is a 2,300-employee global environmental consulting firm, with 70 worldwide offices. In his role as COO, Mr. Kelleher oversaw all of ENSR's operations, both domestic and international, and also led ENSR's organizational development initiatives, including ENSR's performance-management programs, leadership initiatives, internal communications, and employee engagement programs. In addition, Mr. Kelleher oversaw the Human Resources and Information Services departments, the Company's Balanced Scorecard, and was responsible for all training and development programs, including ENSR University. James M. Jaska was appointed Executive Vice President, Government in January 2009. Mr. Jaska previously served as Group Chief Executive of our Government Group from 2005 to January 2009 and was a consultant to us from 2004 to 2005. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Jaska served as President of Tetra Tech, Inc. from November 2001 to 2004, after serving as its Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 1994 to 2001. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Jaska held several operations and management positions at Alliant Techsystems, Inc., in addition to leading the environmental business venture and having operational responsibility for large government defense plants. Nigel Robinson is Executive Vice President, Geographies. He also managed the Corp's natural disaster response as well as the Corp's Military Construction Program in Southern California . Terry is currently employed as a Senior Project Engineer for AECOM, a Multi-National, Architectural and Engineering Firm. Terry is a Vietnam veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
