John M. Dionisio leads AECOM (NYSE: ACM), a global company with over 43,000 employees and revenue of more than $5.2 billion. Prior to being appointed to his current role in 2005, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and earlier as the Chief Executive Officer and President of AECOM operating company DMJM Harris. During Mr. Dionisio's 30-plus-year career at AECOM, his leadership has helped advance the company's transportation and energy infrastructure business in the Americas. While in operations, he also oversaw the combination of three AECOM business units Frederic R. Harris, DMJM Infrastructure, and Holmes & Narver Infrastructure to form DMJM Harris in 2000. While heading DMJM Harris, Mr. Dionisio was involved in the advancement of many notable projects. These include the Second Avenue Subway in New York, Tren Urbano transit rail system in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the State Highway 130 toll-way in Texas, Southern California's Metrolink Commuter Rail System, and the new World Trade Center PATH Terminal in Lower Manhattan.

Mr. Barwell has been involved with technical professional services for more than 20 years in the United Kingdom, Australasia, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to moving to the Middle East, he was the Chief Operating Officer of AECOM in Australia and New Zealand. With a background in rail and transit, Mr. Barwell has been involved with the planning and design of urban mass transit systems in London, Hong Kong, Manila, Sydney and Brisbane. He has an interest in alternative project delivery and has been active in alliance contracting. Mr. Barwell has served on alliance boards that have successfully delivered transit projects in Australia.

Frederick “Fred” Werner leads all mega-project pursuits and ensures that AECOM is advancing technology and best practices across all of its business lines. Mr. Werner previously led AECOM’s U.S. Infrastructure Group, which brought together the company’s business throughout the U.S. in the fields of transportation, energy, water and development. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AECOM's Americas Transportation Group – part of the U.S. Infrastructure Group. He was promoted to that position following a successful stint as President of AECOM's DMJM Harris operation. During Mr. Werner's tenure as DMJM Harris President, major projects included the design of the new Second Avenue Subway and the Permanent World Trade Center PATH Terminal projects in Manhattan; program management of the $2.4-billion Alameda Corridor rail expressway for the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach; program management of the $2.5-billion Tren Urbano transit system serving San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the general engineering consultancy for the $5-billion Phoenix, Arizona, freeway system. Mr. Werner began his DMJM Harris career in the Geotechnical Division, and his portfolio includes numerous projects for which he managed the preparation of technical environmental study reports/environmental impact assessments, field investigations, alternative analyses, and the public participation and permitting processes. He progressed through a variety of roles at DMJM Harris-from Vice President and Manager of New Jersey Operations, Senior Vice President and Manager of New York Operations, to Chief Operating Officer-before becoming President. During his professional career, which spans more than 30 years, Mr. Werner earned industry-wide recognition for his expertise in corporate operations management and for the management of large, technically complex civil engineering projects. James R. Royer oversees AECOM's operations around the world. Prior to his appointment as AECOM Chief Operating Officer in 2005, he headed AECOM's Americas Facilities, Governmental Services, and Regional Groups, and directed activities with the aviation, commercial, technical, and government segments. Mr. Royer joined TCB in 1975, which merged with AECOM in 1996. Since then, he has served in senior management positions with several AECOM companies and oversaw many mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Royer has more than 35 years of professional experience. During his career, he has participated in a wide array of transportation, environmental, and facilities projects in Texas, the southwestern U.S., and other areas. These have included land development programs throughout the Southwest; the expansion of the Port of Houston; large municipal water treatment and wastewater programs; the tollroad systems in Texas; the flood control program in Harris County, Texas; and airport improvements at Houston's commercial airports and airports in Philadelphia, Orlando, and Miami. He was also involved in a project to develop wastewater systems to serve the City of Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Joseph Brown serves as Chief Executive Officer of AECOM's Global Planning, Design and Development group as well as EDAW, one of the world's leading land and community consultancies. EDAW's services - a unique blend of landscape architecture, urban design, and environmental and economic planning - are provided by over 1600 professionals working from offices across the globe. The firm's diverse U.S. and international projects have garnered consistent acclaim from clients and peers in the land-based professions. Mr. Brown has 30 years of experience as a planner and landscape architect, with particular emphasis on new community planning, urban planning and redevelopment, community revitalization, historic and cultural design, and issues confronting rapid-growth areas. Examples of his work include the new Tokyo Midtown mixed-use development in the city's Roppongi neighborhood; the Suzhou Historic District Revitalization Plan in Suzhou, China; and the redevelopment of Denver's Stapleton Airport site as urban community and parks. With others, he was responsible for a highly respected but controversial early New Orleans renewal strategy sponsored by the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Brown has been involved in the advancement of many notable projects. These include MeadWestvaco's holdings in Charleston, South Carolina; TimberWest's on Vancouver Island; and several projects for The St. Joe Company in West Florida. His other current projects include a comprehensive site and streetscape design for the New York World Trade Center district. Additionally, Mr. Brown's urban design and landscape architectural expertise is frequently solicited by a multi-disciplinary team assisting the National Capital Planning Commission in preparing a long-range plan for Washington, D.C.'s Monumental core. Mr. Brown has been both author and subject of several articles published in Urban Land, Harvard Design Magazine, Metropolis, and Landscape Architecture. His commitment to sustainable and distinguished design and planning is evidenced by a wide variety of professional and teaching activities, including participating in panels, study groups, and studios around the world. He has lectured at Harvard Graduate School of Design, and has led a number of design charrettes and seminars.

Michael S. Burke is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AECOM Technology Corporation. His responsibilities include finance and accounting, legal, human resources, information technology, communications, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Burke served as Western Area Managing Partner at KPMG. Mr. Burke joined KPMG in 1990 and was admitted to the partnership in 1995. He also was a member of KPMG LLP's Board of Directors, a position he held for five years. As a member of the Board of Directors, he served as the Chairman of the Board Process and Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. In addition to his KPMG leadership roles, he served numerous clients including many Fortune 1,000 companies. These clients cover the landscape of industries including technology, oil and gas, entertainment, private equity, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing. This broad international client experience allowed him to conduct business in numerous countries in Asia, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. In addition to representing numerous publicly held clients, he also represented privately held companies with high-yield debt offerings and initial public equity offerings. Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Burke worked for Arthur Andersen and Company in Los Angeles while attending law school between 1986 and 1990.

Mr. Cruz serves as AECOM's Chief Information Officer; his responsibilities include alignment of technical strategy to business objectives, as well as operations, security, governance of information technology and related activities. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Cruz had significant and broad-based experience in several financial and service industries, including computer facilities and management, architectural and engineering professional consulting, and technical management consulting, wireless and wireline telecommunications infrastructure, life insurance and annuity, as well as property and casualty insurance. Mr. Cruz held senior leadership positions in several companies in these industries, including serving as president and CEO of a computer services company, starting a life insurance and annuity company from scratch, serving as senior officer (COO and CIO) and member of the board of directors for several public companies, and running his own management consulting company.

Bob Kelleher serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer for AECOM, a 43,000-employee professional services firm, with 450 offices throughout the world. In his role as Chief Human Capital Officer, Mr. Kelleher oversees all global human resources and organizational development programs and initiatives. Bob is also responsible for leading employee engagement programs and initiatives throughout AECOM's global operating groups. Prior to assuming the position of Chief Human Capital Officer, Mr. Kelleher was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ENSR International, a subsidiary of AECOM. ENSR is a 2,300-employee global environmental consulting firm, with 70 worldwide offices. In his role as COO, Mr. Kelleher oversaw all of ENSR's operations, both domestic and international, and also led ENSR's organizational development initiatives, including ENSR's performance-management programs, leadership initiatives, internal communications, and employee engagement programs. In addition, Mr. Kelleher oversaw the Human Resources and Information Services departments, the Company's Balanced Scorecard, and was responsible for all training and development programs, including ENSR University. Previously, Mr. Kelleher served as Executive Vice President of Organizational Development, Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Director of Human Resources during his 14-year career at ENSR.

James M. Jaska was appointed Executive Vice President, Government in January 2009. Mr. Jaska previously served as Group Chief Executive of our Government Group from 2005 to January 2009 and was a consultant to us from 2004 to 2005. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Jaska served as President of Tetra Tech, Inc. from November 2001 to 2004, after serving as its Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 1994 to 2001. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Jaska held several operations and management positions at Alliant Techsystems, Inc., in addition to leading the environmental business venture and having operational responsibility for large government defense plants. From 1981 to 1990, he held various finance and business management positions at Honeywell, Inc. From 1977 to 1981, Mr. Jaska managed regulatory affairs dealing with the production of specialty chemicals at Ecolab, Inc. Mr. Jaska also served as an advisor to numerous government and professional committees.

Nigel Robinson is Executive Vice President, Geographies. He leads AECOM's geographic groups, focusing on the overall growth and performance of AECOM's regional operations, in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand as well as its growth in key emerging geographies. Mr Robinson was previously the Group Chief Executive of AECOM's Australia, New Zealand, Asia Group and the Middle East Group. Mr. Robinson is a member of AECOM's seven-person Enterprise Management Team and is Co-Chair of AECOM's Global Ethics and Compliance Committee. Since joining AECOM with the Maunsell merger in 2000, Mr. Robinson has directed the growth and diversification of AECOM's operations in the ANZA and Middle East regions, including geographic expansion in the Middle East, New Zealand, Western Australia, and Malaysia, and diversification into the power, minerals, and building sectors. Mr. Robinson has led six acquisitions. Prior to Maunsell joining AECOM, Mr. Robinson was Chief Executive for Maunsell's Australia and the balance of its Asia business. He joined Maunsell in 1989 and was Director of Maunsell's Queensland, Australia, operations until becoming Chief Executive in 1998. Mr. Robinson has over 30 years of professional experience spanning four continents. He began his career in the United Kingdom, where he worked in consulting and contracting. He subsequently held technical and management positions in Central Africa, North Africa, and the Middle East before moving to Australia. He holds Australian, British, and French nationality and is currently resides in Dubai.

Eric Chen has a dual role at AECOM. As senior vice president of corporate finance, he helps lead AECOM's capital markets and mergers and acquisitions activities. As general counsel, he oversees AECOM's global law department and advises senior management and the board of directors. Mr. Chen is a member of AECOM's Executive Board. He also serves as Co-Chairperson of the Global Compliance Committee, Vice Chairman of the U.S. pension committee, and a member of the Global Stock and Pension Committee. Mr. Chen has 25 years of professional experience. Before joining AECOM in 1998, he was a merchant banker at Prudential Capital Group, a division of the Prudential Insurance Co. of America, where he managed a $1.5-billion portfolio of investments, including structured and leveraged financings. He also practiced law at O'Melveny & Myers, with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, including advising boards of directors.

Gregory Sauter was appointed AECOM's Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, in March 2009. In this role, Mr. Sauter provides operational leadership to enterprise-level Human Resources, Information Technology, Chief Technical Office and the Safety, Health, and Environment support services teams. He also oversees the AECOM Community Trust (ACT) and the emerging Technical Practice Networks, as well as advancing the company's corporate-level commitment to sustainability and its relationship to ACT. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Sauter was Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for AECOM's U.S. Group, where he was responsible for Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Safety & Health, Information Technology, Communications, Project Management, and other group-wide initiatives and activities. Previously, he was also responsible for Human Resources, Recruiting, and Training and Development. Mr. Sauter is a professional engineer who joined AECOM in 2000 as Director of Quality and Risk Management for its legacy Frederic R. Harris operation. Prior to joining Frederic R. Harris, he was with Stone & Webster, where he held several different leadership positions in project and program management, engineering, quality, risk, and safety. He is a member of AECOM's Ethics and Compliance Committee and is the Administrator of the Stock Incentive Plan. Mr. Sauter has held significant project positions on major programs, including transportation, environmental remediation, power generation, unexploded ordinance, and chemical weapons destruction. During Mr. Sauter's 20-plus-year career, his leadership skills have helped advance teams across multi-disciplined areas to build consensus and collaborate on developing effective, creative and implementable solutions in response to complex challenges.

Mr. MacLeod has been involved in the management of the Human Resources function in the technical, scientific and engineering fields for close to 20 years. His AECOM career began more than 13 years ago with a consulting and engineering company, Proctor & Redfern Limited, which was subsequently acquired by Earth Tech, Inc., an AECOM legacy operating company. At Earth Tech, Mr. MacLeod held several leadership roles, including head of the Human Resources function for the company globally. During 2008, Earth Tech was acquired by AECOM, and Mr. MacLeod assumed a larger role leading the North America Human Resources function. During 2009, he was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

AECOM's Senior Vice President, Finance, Stephen Kadenacy leads the company's Corporate Finance team. He is responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Controllership, Government Accounting, Operational Finance, Group CFOs, Procurement and Real Estate. In addition to his role in Corporate Finance, Mr. Kadenacy leads the F&A aspects of the Global Organization Development effort and other corporate initiatives. Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Kadenacy served as Partner in Charge of Americas Global Transfer Pricing Services at KPMG. During his 12-year tenure, Mr. Kadenacy held several leadership roles at KPMG, serving some of the firm's most valued clients, including IBM, Viacom, Time Warner and Herbalife. During his career with KPMG, Mr. Kadenacy was identified as one of KPMG's global lead partners and was admitted to the inaugural class of the "Chairman's 25" group in 2002. His advisory projects ranged from international restructurings to advising clients through complex, multi-year financial restatements. Prior to joining KPMG, Mr. Kadenacy served as Economic Counsel at Putnam, Hayes and Bartlett.

Tom Knight leads UMA’s Transportation sector. In this role, Tom applies his strong project management perspective to UMA’s work in roads and highways, rail, airports and transit projects. Tom joined UMA in 1978. His knowledge and influence within UMA were responsible for the creation of the Greater Toronto Airport Groundside Association (GTAGA), the stand-alone joint venture partnership between UMA and DMJM Harris. As lead engineer, GTAGA was responsible for master planning, design, engineering and construction review for all groundside facilities for the multi-billion dollar redevelopment of Toronto's Lester B. Pearson international airport.

Tom Wingrove has been with UMA for three decades, having joined the firm after graduating in 1973 with a degree in geological engineering from the University of Manitoba. Tom has published several technical papers related to cold climate engineering, groundwater issues and solid waste management. He is a past regional chair of the Geotechnical society and a past member of the Associate Committee of Geotechnical research. Tom is a member of several professional associations and is a Past President of the Consulting Engineers of Manitoba. He is currently on the Executive of ACEC. Before becoming the leader of our Earth & Water sector, he led the firm’s Earth & Environment division and was the Regional Vice President for Manitoba/northwestern Ontario.

Bob Foran is UMA's General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and VP, Legal. He is responsible for all legal, corporate, compliance and insurance/risk management matters affecting the business and operations of UMA Group Ltd. and its subsidiary companies. Bob earned his law degree at Toronto's Osgoode Hall in 1975 and is a member of the Law Societies in Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Bob served as in-house counsel to several large Canadian corporations before joining UMA in 1990. With his broad experience spanning the areas of contracts, engineering, construction, insurance and employment law, Bob manages the operations of the legal department and provides guidance and direction to the UMA management and executive teams to protect UMA's legal interests.

Christina Ching is an AECOM Vice President and its Corporate Secretary. Ms. Ching works closely with AECOM's Board of Directors and executive management team. In this role, she is responsible for organizing the meetings and maintaining records of the proceedings of the Board and shareholders. Ms. Ching has more than 20 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining AECOM, she served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Indymac Bank where she held various leadership positions. Prior to Indymac Bank, she also served five years at KPMG where she held a position in the audit financial services practice.

Gary Beswick serves as Vice President of Safety, Health and Environmental (SH&E) for AECOM Technology Corporation. He has achieved success leading safety, health and environmental professionals in the construction, environmental remediation and engineering industries. In his role, Mr. Beswick is responsible for leading a team of professionals around the globe who provide direction and support to prevent injuries and illnesses, protect the environment and establish a universal AECOM SH&E culture. Mr. Beswick has more than 27 years of experience providing direction and support for SH&E programs. Prior to the AECOM acquisition of Earth Tech, Inc., from Tyco International in 2008, Mr. Beswick served as Vice President of SH&E for five years. Mr. Beswick also served as the Construction Services Division Health and Safety Manager for a multi-national engineering and construction firm.

Gregg is Proposal Center Manager at AECOM, a global provider of professional technical and management support services to a broad range of markets, including transportation, facilities, environmental and energy. Gregg has over 16 years of proposal management and marketing communications experience, working for companies ranging in size from 6 to 60,000 employees. Gregg has served as proposal department manager and individual proposal coordinator/manager for hundreds of opportunities valued between $100,000 and $60 million. He has participated in 2- to 20-person proposal teams, with members spread across as many as 13 time zones. Most of his proposal experience is in the environmental field, focusing on large-scale remediation, environmental health & safety, air quality, water resources, environmental permitting & compliance, and human/ecological risk programs. He has a particular interest in furthering virtual proposal team collaboration, and improving the bid/no bid process. Gregg has been an APMP member since 2003, and the Nor'easters Web/Publicity Chair since 2005.

Mr. Konvicka has over 30 years' experience in business development, operations, and contract management in support of various government agencies. As president of AGS and member or chairman of joint venture oversight committees, he supports current programs and ensures delivery of high-quality services. Mr. Konvicka actively promotes continuous self-assessment and quality improvement programs to measure actual performance against contract requirements. In addition, he continually strives to introduce and implement new technologies that improve the efficiency of AGS contract operations.

Lucia Boselli, M.D. is a consulting physician at the Eastchester Center for Cancer Care. Dr. Boselli earned her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AECOM), Bronx, NY. She specialized in internal medicine and radiation oncology at Montefiore Medical Center, which is part of AECOM. She earned the American College of Radiation Oncology Howard H. Wong Fellowship Award for her fellowship in pediatric radiation oncology at St. Jude's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN. During her training, she participated in bench research involving the metastatic process in breast cancer and earned the Radiologic Society of North America Roentgen Resident/Fellow Research Award. Dr. Boselli is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society for Therapeutic Radiation Oncology and American College of Radiation Oncology.

Mr. King has been a resident of the City of Upland for 30 years. Along with his wife, Pamela, of 34 years, he has raised two grown children. He has been a director for the District since January of 2002. Mr. King has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California , Los Angeles , and a Master of Public Administration from the University of California , Riverside . He is a Registered Professional Engineer in California . Terry retired from the Army Corps of Engineers in 2007 as the Area Engineer for the Southern California Area Office after 37 years of federal service. As Area Engineer, he managed the Corps' construction program from Ventura County to the Mexican Border and east to the Colorado River . During his tenure with the Corps of Engineers, Mr. King's responsibilities included engineering and construction management on many flood control projects in Southern California, including the Seven Oaks Dam project on the Santa Ana River in San Bernardino County . He also managed the Corp's natural disaster response as well as the Corp's Military Construction Program in Southern California . Terry is currently employed as a Senior Project Engineer for AECOM, a Multi-National, Architectural and Engineering Firm. Terry is a Vietnam veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Francis S. Y. Bong was named to our Board of Directors after our merger with Maunsell in May 2000. He serves as Chairman for our operations in Asia. Prior to our merger with Maunsell, Mr. Bong was Chairman and Chief Executive of Maunsell Consultants Asia Holding Ltd. from 1997 to 2000 and served as Managing Director of the same firm from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Bong started with Maunsell in 1975. Mr. Bong also serves on the Board of Directors of Cosmopolitan International Holdings Ltd. as a non-executive director.

James H. Fordyce was named to our Board of Directors in February 2006. Mr. Fordyce is a Managing Director with J.H. Whitney Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm. He has been with J.H. Whitney since July 1996. Mr. Fordyce began his career at Chemical Bank in 1981, where he spent eight years primarily in their leveraged buyout group before then joining Heller Financial, Inc. as a Senior Vice President where he spent his time investing both debt and equity.

Norman Y. Mineta was named to our Board of Directors in May 2007. Mr. Mineta is Vice Chairman of Hill & Knowlton, Inc., a communications consultancy, and has served in that role since July 2006. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Mineta served as the United States Secretary of Transportation and, among other things, guided the creation of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration. Mr. Mineta served as the United States Secretary of Commerce from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Mineta represented San Jose, California, for almost 30 years, as a City Council member, then as Mayor, and then from 1975 to 1995 as a member of Congress. Mr. Mineta is a member of the board of directors of Horizon Lines.

S.
