Mr. Deepak Rastogi is responsible for Business Planning, M & A, Treasury, Budgeting, Fund Mobilization, & MIS. Prior to joining Aegis in Oct 2005, Deepak was Vice President (Finance and Business Planning) for BPO business with Essar Group. He has a diversified experience of being in Telecom, Venture Capital & Automotive industries. Deepak worked on setting-up Cellular Mobile &, Wireline Telephony, Broadband Internet and Call-center BPO business for Essar Group, in areas of project finance, risk management and planning, debt/equity syndication and M&A. He was also the Head of Corporate Planning at TACO, a member of the prestigious TATA Group in India. He co-managed Auto Ancillary Fund for IL&FS Venture Fund after his stint with Maruti Suzuki--the largest automaker in India. Deepak was invited to speak on 'People Oriented Economics- New Social Contracts in the Twenty First Century" at the State of World Forum, San Francisco.

Dan has a total of 25 years experience in the call center industry, ranging from On-line services, Airline, Shipping, Telecommunications, Healthcare, E-commerce, Cable, Technical Support, Sales, and general Customer Service. His key focus areas include Operations, Account Engagement and Implementation management. In addition, he has seven years of Account and Program management experience in Implementation/Launch, Operations, Day to Day Contact Maintenance and Business Process Improvement areas. Dan has an Associates of Business Management Degree from the Metro State College in Denver, Colorado.

Mary Mullen joined the Aegis human resources team in December of 2000. At the time, she was instrumental in writing and combining the policies and procedures of the entities that had recently merged to create Aegis and implementing one set of across-the-board policies and procedures for all Aegis locations. Prior to joining Aegis, Mary worked for National Linen Service of Atlanta, Georgia, for nine years as a Regional Human Resources Manager with site responsibility for as many as 28 plants across the country. Prior to National Linen Service, she was the Director of Personnel for Television Group, Inc., an Austin, Texas based advertising agency. In addition to human resources, Mary directs the benefits, payroll and corporate training functions at Aegis.

John-Michael Lind is the founder and CEO of the Strategic Partners Group of Companies, which includes Strategic Partners Holding Ltd., the General Partner of The Strategic Partners Opportunities LBO Fund, Persona Ventures, an India-based proprietary venture capital fund, Strategic Partners India Pvt. Ltd., a corporate finance services company with offices in Silicon Valley, New York, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore, and Haseltine Global Health, LLC, a global healthcare and life sciences company headquartered in New York. Prior to establishing SPL, Mr. Lind was the CEO of Hughes Ispat Limited, a basic telecom services operator in India. Mr. Lind is also the Trustee of the Lind Family Trust which supports charitable activities in science and healthcare in the US and India.
