Alan has been the chief executive officer at Aeon since 1988 and has led the development of 1,200 units of affordable housing in Minneapolis. He brings 33 years of experience in housing and real estate development, including construction, project development, lending, code enforcement, and city planning. He earned a B.A. in political science from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. Alan teaches affordable housing development, financing and organizational governance issues to a variety of organizations, and serves on numerous local housing boards and task forces.

Jenny Johnson was adopted from Seoul, S. Korea at the age of six months, and has one younger brother who is biological to her parents. She has over six years of work experience in the non-profit community and is currently working as Fund Development Manager for Aeon, an affordable housing non-profit. She holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Sociology from North Park University in Chicago, and in addition to serving on RCAA, mentors youth at-risk on the eastside of St. Paul. Jenny believes that RCAA is uniquely positioned to be able to connect adopted adults to critical services and effect policies and procedures around adoption practices.

Arofan Gregory has been working with markup languages as a consultant, developer, architect, teacher, business analyst, and standards advocate since the early 1990s. He was the architect of the XML Common Business Library at Commerce One, and has been active in the ebXML Core Components work and earlier in the CommerceNet eCo initiative. Within the UBL initiative, he is a member of the Naming and Design Rules Subcommittee, the Context Methodology Subcommittee, and the Context Classifications Subcommittee. He has participated in UN/CEFACT, working on the editorial team in the Core Components group and in the work of the ATG. Current standards focus is in the area of statistical data and metadata, and the creation of registry-centric architectures for web services.

Caroline earned her B.S.B.A. in accounting from Boston University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her experience in the nonprofit sector encompasses accounting, administrative and direct service work, including two years as an AmeriCorps volunteer in the hills of Kentucky. Caroline is responsible for CCHT's real estate asset management and resident services areas, as well as all internal accounting, finance and general administrative functions. Caroline has been with CCHT since 1998.

Sherry has been with Aeon since May 2005, and is responsible for managing the companies Human Resource functions. She represents the company's employment-related matters, including worker's compensation and liability, as well as managing the company's benefits, payroll and recruiting functions. She maintains constant improvement and monitoring of staff welfare, producing an enjoyable work environment while supporting Aeon's culture. Sherry also oversees our two call centers in Birmingham, AL and Jacksonville, FL which provide support of AT&T's telecommunications and technology divisions. Managing the dispatch and access management of the nine state region for all building related services.

Mr. Kajita, 54, serves as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors. He has been a Director of the Company since 2005 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in 2008. He is Senior Vice President, International Operations of AEON. Mr. Kajita served as Senior Advisor of Ripplewood Holdings, LLC from 2003 to 2005, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Diamond Generating Corporation, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, from 2000 to 2002, and Assistant General Manager, Power and Traffic Project Development of Mitsubishi Corporation from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Kajita is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Executive Committee.
