Tony Buda is the Senior Vice President of Finance for Aequitas. Mr. Buda has extensive knowledge and experience in the consumer credit industry and served 12 years with a national credit card issuer, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer. The card issuer is a leading nation-wide credit card issuer with $4 billion in managed accounts, 10 million accounts, and 1,500 employees. During his career, Mr. Buda's responsibilities included accounting, financial management, credit risk management, underwriting, treasury, asset-backed financing and investor relations. The card issuer achieved 20-50% growth rates each of the last six years of his employment and was named the leading small banking institution in the U.S. in terms of Return on Equity for the five years ending with 1999.

Jennifer Sheasgreen joins Aequitas after more than 10 years at GMAC-RFC Health Capital - a Fortune 500 company providing finance products to consumers and businesses nationwide. During her tenure at GMAC-RFC Health Capital (and its predecessor companies) she held various positions including controller/chief financial officer, chief credit officer and for the past seven years, executive vice president of operations. She worked extensively with various financial products ranging from a securitized factoring product to middle market asset-based, cash flow and real estate revolvers, and term loans. Before GMAC-RFC Health Capital, Jennifer worked for Pacific Realty for two years as an accountant and for seven years in accounting for the Sacramento Medical Foundation. Mrs. Sheasgreen attended California State University at Sacramento - College of Business Administration where she obtained a bachelor's degree in strategic management. She is active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, is certified as a Fellow through the organization and has served as a board member.

Mr. Levine joined the Acquisition Group with Hudson Housing Capital in January 2009. He is responsible for financial analysis and client communication throughout the syndication process. Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Levine worked with the consulting firm Zenta as a CMBS loan underwriter. Previous to Zenta, he was with the underwriting group at Centerline Capital Group. Mr. Levine has approximately ten years experience in the real estate industry with a focus on affordable and subsidized housing programs. Mr. Levine received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1998.

Pat Terrell is the managing member of Terrell and Associates and PatRick Investments - private equity and real estate investment companies based in Portland. He also serves on the boards of RS Medical, Routeware Inc, Trios Medical and Bluewave Technology. Mr. Terrell was the founder of Leading Technology in 1984, and led the company as CEO until 1992. He built Leading Technology to a $300 million per year manufacturer of personal computers before selling the company to Video Technology out of Hong Kong. Previously Mr. Terrell founded Byte Shops Northwest in 1977, and served as President and CEO until 1984. Byte Shops grew to $50 million in annual revenues servicing personal computers. In 1984 Mr. Terrell sold the firm to Pacific Telesis, one of the Baby Bell companies.

Edmund Jensen has served as the chairman of the advisory board since May 1999. From 1994 until 1999, he was the president and chief executive officer of Visa International. From 1974 until 1994, he held various positions at US Bancorp. Mr. Jensen served as vice president of corporate planning and development for US Bancorp from 1974 until 1991, chief operating officer from 1991 until 1993, and vice-chairman from 1993 until 1994. Mr. Jensen currently serves on the board of directors of the Corillian Corporation, a software company providing Internet-based financial services platforms, and Phoenix Technology Ltd., a software company providing system-enabling software solutions for PC's and other digital devices.
