Mr. Chiarelli is responsible for Aeris's North American Network Operations Center and relationships with Aeris's wireless carrier partners. Mr. Chiarelli joined Aeris in 2002 as Vice President Operations. He has over twenty years of experience in information technology, networking, telecommunications and wireless, including strategic planning, design and implementation of cutting edge systems. Prior to joining Aeris, Mr. Chiarelli was President and co-founder of EGL Networks, which enabled interoperability for wireless data carriers and connectivity for enterprise solutions via a national routed network infrastructure. When EGL Networks was acquired by Paradigm4, a wireless applications services company, Mr. Chiarelli became their CTO Mr. Chiarelli also held director-level positions for AT&T's Wireless Data Division. Mr. Chiarelli is a member of the CTIA's Wireless Internet Caucus Leadership Council, which designs programs to accelerate the growth of the wireless data ecosystem in the United States. He holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Environmental Systems Simulation and Modeling from Western Washington University.

Mr. Schoenfield, who joined Aeris in 1999, is responsible for all new business development activities and developing new markets. Mr. Schoenfield joined Tetra Tech after leading a successful acquisition of Whalen & Company, where he was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, directing the deployment of next-generation wireless networks on behalf of wireless operators. He was also a key member of the Senior Management team at Nextel Communications during its start-up and early operational phases. Mr. Schoenfield holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, and a Certificate in Strategic Marketing of Information Technology from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
