Mindy C. Meads has served as our President and Chief Merchandising Officer since March 2007. Ms. Meads most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Victoria's Secret Direct, a division of Limited Brands, Inc from August 2006 to January, 2007. From 1998 to 2005 Ms. Meads served in senior executive positions at Lands' End, Inc./Sears Holding including President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President Sears Apparel and Executive Vice President Lands' End Apparel and Sourcing. From 1996 to 1998 Ms. Meads was Senior Vice President Merchandising, Design, Planning & Allocation at Gymboree Corporation. From 1991 to 1996 she served as Senior Vice President Merchandising, Design and Vice President General Merchandise Manager for Lands' End.

John D. Howard has served as a Director of VS Parent, Inc. since June 2006 and prior to that time, he served as a Director of VS Holdings, Inc. since 2002. He is currently a Senior Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and is the Chief Executive Officer of Bear Stearns Merchant Banking LLC, an affiliate of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Howard has been the head of the merchant banking department of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. since its inception in 1997. From 1990 to 1997, he was a co-CEO of Vestar Capital Partners, Inc., a private investment firm specializing in management buyouts. Previously he was a Senior Vice President of Wesray Capital Corporation, a private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts. Mr. Howard currently serves as a director of several private companies, as a director and member of the Corporate Governance Committee of New York & Company, Inc., a publicly traded company, and as a director and lead director of the publicly traded companies Aeropostale, Inc. and Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc., respectively.

Stacy is the wife of Pastor Mike. They initially met at Central Michigan University before Pastor Mike transfered to Southeastern University (and eventually she did as well). They were married in June of 2006. She enjoys scrapbooking, volleyball, softball, and just about anything outdoors. Her passion is people; she desires to pursue a career in the counseling field. Stacy is presently a manager at the clothing store Aeropostale.

Ernesto Rivera is a Director of Sales who exclusively covers Remsen Village out of Massey Knakal's Brooklyn office. Mr. Rivera graduated from Pratt Institute where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Architecture. While there he was nominated for In Process, a highly selective and prestigious publication that documents unique design work created by students. During that time he also enlisted in the United States Marine Corp where he trained as a Satellite Communications Specialist. Mr. Rivera's professional career includes management positions at The Children's Place, Aeropostale, The Gap and J-Crew. In these roles he was directly responsible for operations management, training and development of assistant managers and sales associates. While at Aeropostale, he was recruited by upper management to turn around an underperforming store within the district of Brooklyn. By implementing specific inventory and sales strategies, he increased sales by 15% his first year as a Store Manager at The Children's Place in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Mr. Rivera began his real estate career at Massey Knakal in 2005 as an Associate to Broker Rene Santiago, Director of Sales for Ocean Hill and Brownsville. He has assisted in the marketing of over 25 exclusive listings, the signing of 12 contracts and contributed to the closing of nine transactions. Mr. Rivera, a Brooklynite, grew up in Park Slope and Sunset Park. He currently resides in Bensonhurst with his wife, Presencia, and daughter, Eryka. Robert B. Chavez , 54, has served as a director since April 2004 and currently is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hermes of Paris, Inc., which he joined in August 2000. Between 1992 and August 2000 Mr. Chavez was the Chief Executive Officer at Etienne Aigner. Mr. Chavez was also President of Frederic Fekkai (Hair Services and Products), a division of Chanel, Inc. from May 2000 through July 2000. Mr. Chavez is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.

Evelyn Dilsaver serves as Director of Tamalpais Bancorp and its subsidiary, Tamalpais Bank; she is also a member of Tamalpais Bancorp’s Audit and Enterprise Risk committees. Evelyn Dilsaver is a recognized leader in building highly motivated teams in both the public and non-profit sector. As President and CEO of Charles Schwab Investment Management, she was responsible for all facets of the business from portfolio management to product development, sales, operations and technology, growing the assets from $137 Billion to over $200 Billion in 4 short years while generating $1 Billion in revenue. At the same time, she was Chair of the Board for Women’s Initiative, a non-profit organization that helps lower income women become economically independent, by providing a one-stop organization for training, micro-finance and savings to help them start their own businesses. She took this organization through a founder transition, restructuring the board and its finances after the dot-com bust, to a healthy and growing organization serving over 3000 women annually. Starting her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Ernst, Evelyn spent the first 17 years of her career in the finance function as Controller for First Nationwide Bank and for The Charles Schwab Corporation and 3 years as CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for U.S. Trust, a wealth management subsidiary of Schwab. Deciding to move into general management, Evelyn was given the opportunity to hone her skills in marketing, business development, strategy, mergers and acquisition and product development, culminating in the role of President and CEO of Charles Schwab Investment Management. Evelyn has been recognized in the community for her leadership, receiving the 2003 Filipinas Magazine Corporate Award, the San Francisco Business Times “100 Most Influential Woman award for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, the California Women’s Leadership Alliance Award, 2006 and Legal Momentum’s Women of Achievement award, 2007, and Cal State East Bay Alumnae of the Year, 2008. A sought after speaker on leadership and strategy, Evelyn has been a guest lecturer at Stanford’s Senior Executive Program for the last 10 years and has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. Evelyn is also a frequent speaker at leadership conferences such as the professional Business Women’s Conference, The Governor’s Conference for Women, California Diversity Council and the Financial Women’s Network. Evelyn served on the public company board of Longs Drugs and is presently on the boards of Aeropostale, High Mark Funds and three non-profit boards, Women’s Initiative, The Commonwealth Club and Bishop O’Dowd High School.

John N. Haugh , 46, has served as a director since June 2007. Mr. Haugh is currently President and Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer for Build-A-Bear Workshop. From January 2008 through December 2008 he served as President of IT SUGAR LLC. Mr. Haugh served as President of Mars Retail Group from January 2004 through December 2007, where he lead all retail business operations for this subsidiary of Mars, Incorporated. Mr. Haugh is a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees of the Board.
