Aerosonic Corp.

Douglas Hillman , age 53, joined the Company in April, 2008 as our President and Chief Executive Officer. He also began serving as our Acting Chief Financial Officer in September 2008. Mr. Hillman has held various executive and management positions within the Aerospace industry for over 25 years. He joined Aerosonic from Kearfott Guidance & Navigation Corporation, a manufacturer of precision guidance components, where he served as Vice President/General Manager since 2005. From 2001 through 2005, he worked for Bird Technologies Group, a designer/manufacturer of telecommunication devices, holding positions ranging from Vice President/General Manager to Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Bird Technologies Group, he held numerous management positions of increasing responsibility at Moog Inc. Mr. Hillman received MBA and BSEE degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He currently serves on the Dean s Council for the University s School of Engineering.

Thomas Cason , age 54, has served as the Company s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since August 2008. Mr. Cason has held a number of senior operations roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DeMorgan Communities, an affordable housing developer, from 2006 through 2008. From 2003 to 2006, he served as Operations Director at Honeywell Aerospace, a provider of cabin management systems for the private corporate jet industry. He holds MBA, MS and BS degrees from Virginia Tech.

P. Mark Perkins , age 52, joined the Company as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1998 and has been a director since 1997. Mr. Perkins has over 19 years of experience in various segments of the aviation industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Gulf Aerospace, Inc.

Thomas E. Whytas, age 43, has been a director since May, 2004. Mr. Whytas, a U.S. veteran, has 22 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Medical Education Technologies Inc. (METI), the industry leader in medical simulation technology and a subsidiary of L-3 Communications Corporation. Prior to METI, he served 15 years at CAE USA Inc. in positions of increasing responsibility up through the position of Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director of CAE s U.S. operations. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Whytas also holds a Master s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.

Don Russell is Managing Director of CEA. He has been Chairman of the Investment Committee for CEA Capital Partners USA, L.P., a $150 million equity fund since its inception in February 1997. Don has also been a member of the Investment Committee of Seaport Capital Partners II, LP, a $262 million equity fund since its inception in February 2000. Both of these funds are focused on the entertainment, media, telecommunications and information technology industries and are operated by CEA through its subsidiary, CEA Capital Advisors, LLC. Don is currently a director of two public companies, eTrials Worldwide, Inc. and Aerosonic Corporation, and one private company, Fuzzie Buddies LLC. From October 2004 through February 2006, Don was Vice Chairman of the Board for CEA Acquisition Corporation, a publicly traded Specified Purpose Acquisition Corporation ("SPAC"), which raised $24,150,000 in February 2004. From July 1987 to June 1994, Don was President of CEA's New York affiliate, CEA, Inc. and was responsible for overseeing CEA's mergers, acquisitions and corporate financing businesses in the cable television and broadcasting industries. Before joining CEA in 1978, he was employed by the National Westminster Bank, USA and was responsible for media and communications lending. Don was a Director of Colonial Cablevison Corporation; River City Broadcasting; the International Radio and Television Society Foundation; Visual Services, Inc.; Cablesoft; Strategic Publications, LLC; and BioCentrex, LLC. Don received a B.A. degree in Economics from Colgate University. He was also elected to the Society of International Business Fellows in 2000.
