Gerry is responsible for the products and growth of Advanced AMR, the Energy and Utility business unit of AES Corp. Prior to joining AES, Gerry was a Vice President at McPherson Corporation a financial advisor for capital resources where he was responsible for facilitating the use of credit enhancement, venture capital and corporate alliances to increase capital for business development purposes. Prior to that he was the Economic Development Director for the City of Cambridge, MA, and the Community Development Director for the City of Melrose, MA. He is a Licensed Construction Supervisor in the Commonwealth of MA. Gerry has a BA and MCP from Harvard University in economic and business development.
Paul Hanrahan has been a Director of AES since June 2002. At that time he was also appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Hanrahan was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of AES where he was responsible for business development activities and the operation of multiple electric utilities and generation facilities in Europe, Asia and Latin America . In addition, Mr. Hanrahan was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of AES China Generating Co. Ltd., a public company formerly listed on NASDAQ. He also managed other AES businesses in the U.S. , Europe and Asia . Prior to joining AES in 1986, Mr. Hanrahan served as a line Officer on a fast attack nuclear submarine, USS Parche (SSN-683). Mr. Hanrahan serves on the Board of Directors of Corn Products International, Inc. He is a graduate of Harvard School of Business and the U.S. Naval Academy. Mr. Hanrahan chairs the Finance and Investment Committee of the Board.
Mr. Lader, the former U.S. Ambassador to the Court of St. James's, is non-executive Chairman of WPP Group plc, the worldwide advertising/communications firm. He is also a Senior Adviser to Morgan Stanley, a director of WPP, Lloyd's of London, Marathon Oil and AES Corporations, a trustee of RAND Corporation, St. Paul's Cathedral, and The Salzburg Seminar, and a partner at the law firm, Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough. Ambassador Lader served in President Clinton's Cabinet and was White House Deputy Chief of Staff and an Assistant to the President, Deputy Director for Management of the Office of Management and Budget, and Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Before entering government service, he had been Executive Vice President of Sir James Goldsmith's U.S. holdings, President of Sea Pines Company, and President of universities in South Carolina and Australia, as well as a candidate for South Carolina Governor in 1986. He founded Renaissance Weekends, the non-partisan family retreats for innovative leaders from diverse fields, in 1981. Mr. Lader resides in Charleston, SC.
Ned Hall , 49 years old, has been an Executive Vice President, Regional President for North America and Chairman, Global Wind Generation and Energy Storage since June 2008. In December of 2008, Mr. Hall became Chairman, Greenhouse Gas Services, LLC, a joint venture between AES, GE and Mission Point. Prior to his current position, Mr. Hall was Vice President of the Company and President, Global Wind Generation from April 2005 to June 2008, Managing Director of AES Global Development from September 2003 to April 2005, and was an AES Group Manager from April 2001 to September 2003. Mr. Hall joined AES in 1988 as a Project Manager working in the Development Group and has held a variety of development and operating roles for AES, including assignments in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts. Mr. Hall holds a BSME degree from Tufts University and an SM degree in finance/operations management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Andrés Gluski has been an Executive Vice President and COO of AES since March 2007. Prior to becoming the COO, Mr. Gluski was Executive Vice President and the Regional President of Latin America from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Gluski was Senior Vice President for the Caribbean and Central America (Venezuela, El Salvador, Panama and the Dominican Republic) from 2003 to 2006, Group Manager and CEO of La Electricidad de Caracas (EDC) from 2002 to 2003, CEO of AES Gener (Chile) in 2001 and EVP of Finance (CFO) and Shared Services of EDC and Corporacion EDC.
Prior to joining AES in 2000, Mr. Gluski was Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking for Banco de Venezuela (Grupo Santander), Vice President for Santander Investment Banking, and EVP and CFO of CANTV (subsidiary of GTE) in Venezuela. Mr. Gluski has also worked with the International Monetary Fund in the Treasury and Latin American Departments, served as Director General of Public Finance and Senior Macro Economic Policy Advisor to the Minister of Planning of Venezuela, and was also a Member of the Board for the Venezuelan Investment Fund.
Mr. Gluski is a graduate of Wake Forest University and holds an MA and a PhD in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Andrew Vesey is the Executive Vice-President and President of Latin America. He has been with AES since 2004, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Latin America. Andrew also served as Vice President and Group Manager for AES Latin America, DR-CAFTA Region, as well as Vice President of the Global Business Transformation Group. Prior to AES, Andrew was a Managing Director of the Utility Finance and Regulatory Advisory Practice at FTI Consulting Inc, a Partner in the Energy, Chemicals and Utilities Practice of Ernst & Young LLP, and CEO and Managing Director of Citipower Pty of Melbourne Australia. He received his BA (Economics) and BS Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady New York and his MS from New York University.

Victoria Harker is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Victoria joined AES in January 2006. She also served as a Financial Manager with the Washington, DC law firm Arnold & Porter, LLP. She holds a BA in English and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from American University (Washington, DC).
John McLaren is Executive Vice President and regional President of the Europe, CIS and Africa group. Since joining AES in 1993, John has held several senior management positions including AES Vice President of Generation for Europe and Africa. John is a power engineer with extensive commercial and operational experience in construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of conventional thermal and gas turbine based power plants. Prior to AES, he was with CEGB and PowerGen. He holds an MBA from the University of Greenwich Business School in London.

Mark Woodruff is Executive Vice President and regional President of the Asia and Middle East group. Since joining AES in 1991, Mark has held several senior management positions, including Vice President of business development in North America and Group Manager for the western North America region.
Prior to AES, Mark held management positions at Delmarva Power & Light Company and served as General Manager of Burney Forest Products, an integrated sawmill and wood-fired cogeneration facility in California.

John (Jay) B. Morse, Jr. has been a Director of AES since December 2008. Mr. Morse is Retired Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of The Washington Post Company, where he had corporate responsibility for technology, investor relations, treasury and investment functions as well as tax, audit and accounting areas. Mr. Morse is also former President, Washington Post Telecommunications, having joined the Post in July 1989 as Vice President and Controller and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer until his retirement in December 2008. Prior to joining The Washington Post Company, Mr. Morse was a partner at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), an international accounting firm, where he worked with publishing/media companies and multilateral lending institutions for more than 17 years. Mr. Morse is a director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Host Hotels & Resorts Corporation, and a Director of Home Shopping Network, where he is a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. He also serves as the President of the College Foundation of the University of Virginia. A certified public accountant, Mr. Morse is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute where for the past fifteen years he has served on the Committee on Corporate Reporting. In addition, Mr. Morse is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and he is a past chairman of the US Council for Financial Executives of the Conference Board. Mr. Morse holds degrees from the University of Virginia (B.A. History) and the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania (M.B.A. Industrial Relations and Accounting).
Sandra O. Moose has been a Director of AES since April 2004. Dr. Moose is President of Strategic Advisory Services and previously was a Senior Vice President of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She joined BCG in 1968, was a Director since 1975, and a Senior Vice President through 2003. She managed BCG's New York Office from 1988 1998 and was appointed Chair of the East Coast. Dr. Moose received her PhD and MA in economics from Harvard University and BA summa cum laude in economics from Wheaton College. Dr. Moose serves on the Boards of Directors of Verizon Communications, Rohm and Haas Company, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and IXIS Advisor Funds and Loomis Sayles Funds where she is Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Moose serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Special Committee of the Board (and will serve on the newly formed Finance and Investment Committee). The Board has determined that Dr. Moose meets the standards of independence established by the NYSE and the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

He was Co-Founder President and CEO of the AES Corporation (AES). He was president and CEO of company from 1994 to 2002. AES was formed in 1981 to generate and sell electricity, AES has grown into a leading global power company with business in over 30 countries, $40 billion in assets, revenue of over $10 billion per year, and 30,000 employees. Corporate headquarters are in Arlington, VA. Dennis is currently the President and CEO of Imagine Schools, an education service provider for K-12 public charter and independent schools nationwide.
Mr. Humke is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Indianapolis Power & Light Company (NYSE: IPL), now currently a subsidiary of AES (NYSE: AES). Prior to joining IPL, Mr. Humke served as President and CEO of Indiana Bell and President and CEO of Ameritech Services. Mr. Humke serves on many public and private boards, including State Auto (NASDAQ: STFC), LDI Management, and Cambridge Capital Management. Mr. Humke serves as the Trustee of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and is a life director of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
John A. Koskinen was named as Freddie Mac’s interim chief executive officer in March 2009, having served as non-executive chairman since September 2008, when the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) placed the company into conservatorship. He will be serving in this capacity until FHFA appoints a permanent CEO. As non-executive chairman, Koskinen was responsible for ensuring strong corporate governance and forming a new Board of Directors for Freddie Mac. He was appointed to the position by FHFA Director James B. Lockhart. Koskinen has extensive public and private sector experience. He worked at the Palmieri Company for many years, including serving as President and CEO from 1979 to 1993. There he participated in the restructuring and turnarounds of many companies including the Penn Central Transportation Company, Levitt and Sons, Inc. and Mutual Benefit, the largest insurance company in history to fail. Most recently, Koskinen served as president of the United States Soccer Foundation. Prior to that, he served as deputy mayor and city administrator of the District of Columbia, where he was responsible for the operation of all city departments. Koskinen has also occupied several senior positions with the federal government, including service as deputy director for management in the Office of Management and Budget, where he coordinated the work of the chief financial officers, chief information officers and inspectors general of all government agencies. He also guided the country into the new millennium as the Chair of the President’s Council on Year 2000 Conversion. Koskinen earned his law degree from the Yale University School of Law, where he was graduated cum laude. He also has a Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in physics from Duke University. He served for 12 years as a trustee of Duke University and was also chairman of the Board for three years. He currently serves on the Boards of the AES Corporation, American Capital, Ltd. and the nonprofit D.C. Education Compact.
