"Mark T. Bertolini is President of Aetna, which includes oversight and responsibility for all businesses and service operations across Aetna's broad range of health care products. Since May 2007, he was Executive Vice President and head of Aetna Business Operations. Prior to taking this position, Mr. Bertolini served as head of Aetna Regional Businesses, which included Aetna's Individual, Retiree, Small Group and Middle Market segments as well as numerous product, network and service areas. Mr. Bertolini joined Aetna as head of Aetna Specialty Products in February 2003. He came to Aetna from Cigna HealthCare, where he served in several Senior Vice President positions. Before joining Cigna, he was Executive Vice President of NYLCare Health Plans and Chief Executive Officer of SelectCare, Inc., a multi-lined managed care company in the Greater Detroit metropolitan area. Joseph M. Zubretsky, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Aetna, Inc. in February 2007. In his position, he leads all of the corporation’s financial activities, including financial and performance management, capital strategy and planning, investor relations as well as corporate development, investment management and strategic planning. He is a member of the Executive Committee, the senior governing body of the company, and is a key strategic contributor. Mr. Zubretsky came to Aetna from UnumProvident Corporation, where he was Senior Executive Vice President of Finance, Investments and Corporate Development. In that capacity, he was responsible for Unum’s financial operations and capital management, investment management operations, enterprise risk management, and strategy development and planning. Prior to Unum, Mr. Zubretsky was President and Chief Executive Officer of GAB Robins Group, a global insurance services company, for over six years. Concurrently, he was a partner with New York-based private equity firm, Brera Capital Partners, specializing in insurance industry investments. He has also served as executive vice president of business development and chief financial officer of MassMutual Financial Group, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Healthsource, Inc, and as a partner in the firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Zubretsky is a native of Hartford and graduated from the University of Hartford where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

"Lonny Reisman, M.D., is Aetna’s chief medical officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s clinical strategy which seeks to improve the health of Aetna’s members. Dr. Reisman is a recognized leader in health information technology, patient safety and evidence-based medicine, and has published numerous medical articles. Dr. Reisman most recently served as ActiveHealth Management’s Chief Executive Officer and as a director since October 1998. He co-founded ActiveHealth Management, now an Aetna subsidiary, following nearly 20 years of experience as a physician and consultant to large employers concerned about health care quality and costs. Dr. Reisman led the development of the ActiveHealth CareEngine® System, a clinical decision support technology platform that received a U.S. Patent in 2004. Dr. Reisman was a principal in the Managed Care Group of William M. Mercer from 1991 to 1998, where he led numerous consulting engagements with Fortune 500 corporations, health care providers, suppliers, and payers that focused on managing the demand for health care resources. Dr. Reisman was an attending physician at NY Hospital and St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center between 1987 and 1999, and was a cardiology fellow at the University of Chicago from 1985 to 1987. He received his undergraduate degree from SUNY at Stony Brook and his medical degree from Tel Aviv University. "

Meg McCarthy is Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President of Procurement and Real Estate. She is responsible for all information technology services, process and performance improvement, procurement and real estate for Aetna. Ms. McCarthy has served as Vice President and Head of Business Solutions Delivery at Aetna, which brought together all IT project management, development, quality engineering and IT-related business-process reengineering functions, necessary to create, develop and deliver end-to-end business solutions. She was named Aetna CIO in 2005. Prior to joining Aetna in 2003, Ms. McCarthy was Senior Vice President of Information Technology at CIGNA in Bloomfield, CT (a Fortune 500 employee benefits company). She has 20 years of information systems and health care operations experience, with strengths in hospital, insurance and managed care systems. Her operations and consulting experience includes cost management, mergers, productivity management, care management, clinical work redesign, financial management, and information systems design and implementation. Ms. McCarthy has worked on the provider side of the industry in CIO positions at Catholic Health Initiatives, Denver, CO, one of the largest Catholic Systems in the country; and at Franciscan Health System. She was a consulting partner at Ernst & Young in the IT and Performance Improvement practice and also was with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a Senior Manager. Ms. McCarthy has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree, Hospital Administration, from Yale University, and a B.A. in Philosophy, Magna Cum Laude, from Providence College. Her professional affiliations include Yale University Hospital Administration Alumni Association and Yale University Delaware and Massachusetts Alumni Associations. Ms. McCarthy's military experience includes U.S. Navy Medical Services Corps; Lieutenant at Bethesda Naval Hospital; and U.S. Navy Reserves, Lieutenant Commander.

"Elease E. Wright is the Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) for Aetna Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the development of all HR strategies, and the delivery of HR services and programs. Ms. Wright has specialized in HR for more than 20 years. During that time, she has held many key positions, including Head of HR Re-engineering Implementation and Head of HR Finance and Administration. She has also served in senior positions in the Education, Pension, and Employee Relations departments. An expert in strategic education models, staffing, employee relations, re-engineering, organizational and leadership development, Ms. Wright has led many critical and successful human resources initiatives. Recently, she has managed the transformation of HR into a strategic business partner, the development and launch of a comprehensive and leading-edge benefits strategy and creation of a comprehensive talent management system. "Robert Mead is Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications. He leads a combined group that includes the Strategic Marketing, Communications and Corporate Public Involvement organizations. Mr. Mead is responsible for effectively integrating and influencing communications across a broad array of key constituents -- including customers, health care providers, employees, brokers/consultants, the media and public policymakers. He also is a member of Aetna's Executive Committee, the senior governing body for the company. Mr. Mead joined Aetna from the Brunswick Group LLP, a leading international corporate and financial communications consulting firm. Prior to joining Brunswick, he was the President of Gavin Anderson & Co., an Omnicom subsidiary and global consulting firm specializing in financial, corporate and public affairs. In his career, Mr. Mead has consulted with many high profile organizations and corporations, including the United Nations, Caremark, United Airlines, Prudential, General Motors, Standard & Poor's and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Mead received his Bachelor's degree and completed coursework for a Master's in Business Administration at the University of Texas. He and his wife, Katia, have two children."

William J. Casazza is Senior Vice President and General Counsel, reporting to the Company's Chairman and CEO, Ronald A. Williams. Mr. Casazza joined Aetna’s Law & Regulatory Affairs department in 1992. He was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in 1997 and to Corporate Secretary in 1999. Previously, Mr. Casazza was engaged in the private practice of law with Sullivan & Cromwell, a Wall Street law firm, specializing in corporate/securities law matters and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Mr. Casazza was a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young. Mr. Casazza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Tufts University; a Masters of Business Administration with high distinction from the University of Notre Dame Graduate School of Business Administration; and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, with distinction in all subjects, from Cornell Law School.

Darwyn Azzinaro has been a PMI member since 1997, a PMP since 1999 and on the SNEC Board of Directors since 2002. He has a passion for volunteer leadership and actively contributes to the project management profession. Additionally, he is an experienced project manager and instructor. Darwyn has a record of solid accomplishments with the SNEC-PMI Chapter, PMI and other volunteer organizations. He established and chaired the SNEC Strategic Planning Committee which introduced the organization to strategic and operational planning and budgeting. Darwyn was part of PMI's international Portfolio and Program Management standard development team and is currently on PMI's international standards development team for OPM3, (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model) Second Edition. Additionally, he was recently the President of Aetna Middletown Toastmasters and the Second Sr. Vice President of the Westbrook Lions Club. Darwyn has 15 years of IT project management experience. As a Sr. Project Manager at Aetna he performs portfolio and program management support activities for a large strategic program. Additionally, he instructs Project Management Fundamentals, PMP Prep and PMO courses and is a part-time adjunct professor at Holyoke Community College. Darwyn lives with his wife and 2 children in Ivoryton, Connecticut.

Diane Stevenson is the 2006-2007 President of the Junior League of Oakland-East Bay, Inc. (JLOEB). She is a Senior Account Manager with Aetna Inc., Walnut Creek, California. Diane's League career began in 2001. During her first two active years, Diane co-chaired the tutoring division of the League's award-winning signature program, the Super Stars Literacy Program, designed to improve literacy and life skills in the lowest performing quartile of children at Hoover Elementary in West Oakland from kindergarten to second grade. She also has been actively involved with the League's Strategic Planning & Fund Development. Prior to being elected President, she served as Community Programs Director for the Board of Directors. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. Diane lives in Alamo, California, with her husband Mark, their daughter Miranda, cat "Kitty" and dog "Tex." When not working or volunteering, Diane enjoys gardening, reading, shopping, and traveling.

Becki M. Hall, ASA, MAAA, is an actuary at Aetna, Inc. managing the Individual Health block of business for the North central, MidAtlantic, and Southeastern regions of the United States. Prior to joining Aetna, Inc. in 2002, Becki was an actuarial consultant at a major accounting firm. Her focus was primarily on financial analysis of life and health insurance liabilities on a GAAP and statutory basis for insurers and employer groups, acquisition and due diligence analyses, and statutory financial examinations. Becki graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec (Canada) with a degree in Mathematics and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. Becki serves as a mathematics tutor for the Advancing Student Achievement program in Hartford, Connecticut, steering committee member of the Alliance for Bloomfield Children (which focuses on early childhood education), and treasurer for the Parent Teacher Organization at Laurel Elementary School in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Becki is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha where she served as Financial Secretary and Treasurer for the Epsilon Omicron Omega Chapter of Hartford, Connecticut. Becki has been an active member of IABA since 2002 serving on the Board and as immediate past Vice President.

Bill began his 33-year insurance career as an underwriter for Aetna Casualty and Surety, based in Reading, Pa. After rising to the position of senior underwriter, Bill joined the Hampson Mowrer Agency as a commercial lines producer. With his focus now on business insurance sales, Bill significantly increased the agency's market share and became a company principal in 1976.

Charles Griswold has over 25 years experience in the software product and consulting industries. He was former vice-president of the healthcare practice at Symmetrix/NextEra in Lexington Ma. Mr. Griswold has led large-scale business and systems integration projects with companies such as CIGNA, Aetna, Prudential, and a number of Blue Cross companies.

Dave left Fischer & Company in 2002 to create a boutique brokerage firm dedicated to "hands on" personalized service for office space users, DMc Corporate Services. Curt Linn his business partner for 8 years at Fischer & Company joined him there in early 2003. In 2006, Curt & Dave moved their company and created Bradford's Corporate Services division. Don Benson is a Senior Executive offering 30 years of successes and functional skill sets. Mr. Benson's positions have ranged from being manager of a worldwide command and control system for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon and the White House to senior executive positions in defense, insurance, financial services, healthcare, and real estate management and information systems in the United States, Latin America and Pacific Rim. Mr. Wardell has represented a wide variety of businesses and financial institutions in complex commercial, tort, professional liability, health care and ERISA litigation before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Wardell is counsel to Aetna, Inc., Aetna U.S. Healthcare, Inc., and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, and is widely recognized as one of the leading litigation attorneys for health maintenance organizations and other managed care entities. Mr. Wardell is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Associations. He received his law degree with High Honors from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1979. Mr. Wardell is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Frank Bruton is a lawyer who practiced in Connecticut for many years and, as Vice President and Senior Counsel of the Aetna Life and Casualty Law Department, was head of the legal organization responsible for providing overall counsel and advice to Aetna's property/casualty insurance businesses until his retirement from the company. Mr. Bruton has a thorough knowledge of the legal, legislative and regulatory environments. He has excellent negotiating, analytical and problem solving capabilities. He is skilled in dealing with and analyzing issues (legal as well as business) in a thorough manner and brings a "big picture" outlook to his practice. A particular strength is his ability to organize and deploy legal, regulatory, litigation and legislative resources in an effective and coherent manner. He has chaired many senior multi-insurer committees dealing with important insurance industry issues. He is also affiliated with the Hartford Law firm of Bingham, Dana in providing legal services to a number of clients. Mr. Bruton was born in Brooklyn, New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a Bachelor of Laws degree from St. Johns University, School of Law. He served as a communications officer in the US Navy. He was adjunct professor of Insurance Law at the University of Connecticut for five years and was elected a member of the Board of Selectmen and Chairman of the Board of Finance in Canton, CT. Mr. Bruton is currently the Treasurer of the Volunteer Homeland Reserve Unit (VHRU) and President of the Aventura Homeowners Association. He and his wife Peggy have lived full-time in Nevada for five years.

Prior to joining MITEM, Mr. White was the founder and CEO of Cornerstone Consulting Company (acquired by MITEM in March 2000), and co-founder of Winthrop-Lawrence Corporation. Both of these organizations provided I.T Services ranging from training and mentoring to turn-key software solutions. His companies have been closely associated with MITEM Corporation for nine years, during which time he has consulted on over 30 MITEM customer projects. Previously, he gained large systems experience at Aetna Inc.

Mike Cole has over 15 years experience in the field of provider relations and recruitment, having worked for Prudential, Aetna and United Concordia over the years. For the past four years, he has served as Insurance Director with responsibility for overseeing all insurance-related negotiations and third-party reimbursement and relations, as well as in-office training.

Pam is a Colorado native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State College. She has 23 years experience in the commercial insurance market, and has been with Mountain States Insurance Group since 2000. Her professional experience includes employment with Maryland Casualty Company, Aetna and Kemper National. Pam is actively involved in community organizations and currently serves on the board of a local non-profit, Dress for Success.

Paul Martino is the vice president of Sales for Healthy Solutions. He is responsible for managing the Healthy Solutions sales staff. Paul is an industry veteran with sales experience at both CIGNA and Aetna. He was also a vice president at Buck Consulting and a managing consultant at Foster Higgins, responsible for new business, before joining Kaiser Permanente as director of national accounts sales.

Stephanie Curry is Assistant Vice President of Advanced Sales in Pacific Life's Annuities & Mutual Funds Division overseeing the area responsible for assisting brokers in individual case design and implementation. She has over 25 years of industry experience, which includes advanced marketing consulting and sales for both Chubb Life and Aetna. Her experience encompasses a variety of financial positions from individual inside and outside sales, wholesaler, advanced life consultant, and advanced annuities consultant. Stephanie has sold a broad spectrum of financial service products including: annuities, mutual funds, life insurance, and property casualty products. Her focus for the past 12 years has been on charitable giving and retirement planning strategies. She is also a certified continuing education instructor in all states and provides business building services by delivering presentations and conducting seminars and workshops on: Annuities & Mutual Funds, Portfolio Optimization, IRAs, Gifting Opportunities, 529 Plans, CRTs, Retirement Income Planning, and Retirement Income Accumulation. Stephanie received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island and holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), professional designations. She has completed comprehensive training on advanced planning techniques, and is published in such topics as estate, charitable, and retirement planning.

Barbara Hackman Franklin is President and Chief Executive Officer of Barbara Franklin Enterprises, a private investment and consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC. She is a respected counselor and advocate for American companies doing business in international markets, notably China, and a leading expert on corporate governance, auditing, and financial reporting practices. As the 29th U.S. Secretary of Commerce in the administration of President George H.W. Bush, she achieved a major goal increasing American exports with emphasis on market-opening initiatives in China, Russia, Japan and Mexico. Her historic mission to China in 1992 normalized commercial relations with that country and removed one of the sanctions the ban on ministerial contact that the U.S. had imposed following the events at Tiananmen Square in 1989. Franklin has been a director of fourteen public companies and is currently a director of four Aetna Inc., The Dow Chemical Company, MedImmune, Inc., and GenVec, Inc., as well as the Washington Mutual Investors Fund. She currently chairs the audit committees at Dow, GenVec, and MedImmune and the Nominating & Governance Committee at Aetna. For her outstanding contributions to audit excellence, she received the prestigious John J. McCloy award in 1992. She has been recognized as a Director of the Year by The National Association of Corporate Directors (2000) and an Outstanding Director by the Outstanding Director Exchange (2003). She is a regular commentator on corporate governance and international economic matters on the PBS Nightly Business Report. Franklin is Chairman of the Economic Club of New York, vice chairman of the US-China Business Council, and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board Advisory Council. She is chair of the Asian Studies Center Advisory Council of the Heritage Foundation and a member of numerous other international organizations, including the Council on Foreign Relations, the Atlantic Council, the Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars Advisory Council, and the Japan Society. Prior to her service as Secretary of Commerce, Franklin's trailblazing career included corporate, governmental, academic, and entrepreneurial activities. In 1984, she founded Franklin Associates, a management consulting firm, and served as its president until 1992. She was also a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School of Business and Director of the Wharton Government and Business Program through the 1980s. Franklin served as one of the original commissioners of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission from 1973-79. She led the first White House effort to recruit women for high-level government jobs as a staff assistant to President Nixon, an effort which resulted in tripling the number of women in those positions during her tenure (1971-73). Earlier, Franklin was assistant vice president at Citibank and manager of environmental analysis at the Singer Company. She served four terms on the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, by appointments of Presidents Reagan and Bush. Altogether, Franklin has served five U.S. Presidents. Born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Franklin graduated with distinction from the Pennsylvania State University. She was one of the first women graduates of the Harvard Business School from which she has received an Alumni Achievement Award. She has received numerous honorary degrees, honors, and awards and is a frequent speaker, author, and commentator.

Betsy Z. Cohen is Chairman and a trustee of RAIT Financial Trust (real estate investment trust), a position she assumed in August 1997. Until December 11, 2006, she also held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Since September 2000, she also has served as Chief Executive Officer of The Bancorp, Inc. (holding company) and its subsidiary, The Bancorp Bank (Internet banking and financial services), and served as Chairman of The Bancorp Bank from November 2003 to February 2004. From 1999 to 2000, Mrs. Cohen also served as a director of Hudson United Bancorp (holding company), the successor to JeffBanks, Inc., where she had been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1981 and also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiaries, Jefferson Bank (which she founded in 1974) and Jefferson Bank New Jersey (which she founded in 1987) prior to JeffBanks' merger with Hudson United Bancorp in December 1999. From 1985 until 1993, Mrs. Cohen was a director of First Union Corp. of Virginia (bank holding company) and its predecessor, Dominion Bankshares, Inc. In 1969, Mrs. Cohen co-founded a commercial law firm and served as a Senior Partner until 1984.

The Board of Directors of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) announced today that it has elected Edward J. Ludwig Chairman of the Board, effective immediately following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on February 13, 2002. Mr. Ludwig will succeed Clateo Castellini, who will continue as a member of the Board. In addition to serving as Chairman, Mr. Ludwig, 50, also will continue as BD's President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been President since June 1999 and Chief Executive Officer since January 2000. Mr. Ludwig joined the Company in 1979 and has held a variety of business and corporate positions of increasing responsibility over his 22-year tenure with BD. Mr. Ludwig is a graduate of Holy Cross College and Columbia University Business School.

Ellen M. Hancock served as the President of Jazz Technologies, Inc. and President and Chief Operating Officer of its predecessor Acquicor Technology Inc. from August 2005 to June 2007. Prior to its merger with Jazz Semiconductor, Inc., a wafer foundry, in February 2007, Jazz Technologies (then known as Acquicor) was a blank check company formed for the purpose of acquiring businesses in the technology, multimedia and networking sector. Mrs. Hancock previously served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Exodus Communications, Inc. (Internet system and network management services). She joined Exodus in March 1998 and served as Chairman from June 2000 to September 2001, Chief Executive Officer from September 1998 to September 2001, and President from March 1998 to June 2000. Mrs. Hancock held various staff, managerial and executive positions at International Business Machines Corporation (information-handling systems, equipment and services) from 1966 to 1995. She became a Vice President of IBM in 1985 and served as President, Communication Products Division, from 1986 to 1988, when she was named General Manager, Networking Systems. Mrs. Hancock was elected an IBM Senior Vice President in November 1992, and in 1993 was appointed Senior Vice President and Group Executive, which position she held until February 1995. Mrs. Hancock served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of National Semiconductor Corporation (semiconductors) from September 1995 to May 1996, and served as Executive Vice President for Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer of Apple Computer, Inc. (personal computers) from July 1996 to July 1997. Mrs. Hancock is a director of Colgate-Palmolive Company (consumer products).

Frank Clark, 63 is the chairman and chief executive officer of ComEd, which provides service to approximately 3.8 million customers across Illinois, or 70 percent of the state’s population. Clark also serves on the ComEd board of directors. ComEd is the largest electric utility in Illinois and a unit of Chicago-based Exelon Corporation. Prior to his appointment as chairman and chief executive officer of ComEd, Clark served as president of ComEd, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, and executive vice president and chief of staff of Exelon. Since joining ComEd in 1966, Clark rose steadily through the ranks, holding various positions in both corporate support and line functions. During his 42-year career at ComEd, he held key leadership positions at a number of business-critical functions across the company, including: customer service operations; marketing and sales; regulatory, governmental and community affairs; information technology; communications; human resources; labor relations; and distribution services. Clark serves as co-chairman of the DuSable Capital Campaign, a $24 million initiative to expand the DuSable Museum, the nation’s first museum devoted to African-American arts and culture. Clark serves on the board of trustees of the Museum of Science and Industry, Adler Planetarium and Astronomy Museum, DePaul University, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and University of Chicago Medical Center. He also is on the board of directors of Metropolitan Family Services, Illinois Manufacturers Association, Big Shoulders Fund, United Way of Metropolitan Chicago, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation and the executive committee of The Chicago Community Trust. Clark sits on the governing board of the Illinois Council on Economic Education and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Economic Club of Chicago, The Commercial Club of Chicago, and the Executives’ Club of Chicago. Clark serves on the board of directors for Waste Management, Inc., Harris Financial Corporation and Aetna Inc. Clark received an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Governors State University in 2005 and an honorary doctorate of law from DePaul University in 2004. Among the numerous awards he has received are the National Humanitarian Award from the National Conference for Community and Justice, the Man of the Year Award from the Rich Township Business Association and the Rerum Novarum Award, bestowed by St. Joseph’s Seminary of Loyola University. In 2002, he was a recipient of the prestigious HistoryMakers Award. In 2008, U.S. Black Engineer & Information Technology Magazine named Clark to its annual list of the 100 Most Important Blacks in Technology. Clark also was ranked among the 50 Most Powerful Black Executives in America by Fortune magazine in 2002. Clark received his bachelor’s and law degrees from DePaul University. Clark and his wife, Vera, have two sons, Frank III and Steve.

Gerald Greenwald is a founding principal of the Greenbriar Equity Group (invests in the global transportation industry). Mr. Greenwald retired in July 1999 as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UAL Corporation and United Airlines (UAL), its principal subsidiary, having served in those positions since July 1994. Mr. Greenwald held various executive positions with Chrysler Corporation (automotive manufacturer) from 1979 to 1990, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board from 1989 to May 1990 and as Chairman of Chrysler Motors from 1985 to 1988. In 1990, Mr. Greenwald was selected to serve as Chief Executive Officer of United Employee Acquisition Corporation in connection with the proposed 1990 employee acquisition of UAL. From 1991 to 1992, he was a Managing Director of Dillon Read & Co., Inc. (investment banking) and, from 1992 to 1993, he was President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Olympia & York Developments Ltd. (Canadian real estate company). Mr. Greenwald then served as Chairman and Managing Director of Tatra Truck Company (truck manufacturer in the Czech Republic) from 1993 to 1994. He is a trustee of the Aspen Institute and a member of an Advisory Council of The RAND Corporation.

Jeffrey E. Garten became the Juan Trippe Professor in the Practice of International Trade, Finance and Business at Yale University on July 1, 2005, having served as the Dean of the Yale School of Management since 1995. He also is Chairman of Garten Rothkopf (global consulting firm), a position he assumed in October 2005. Mr. Garten held senior posts on the White House staff and at the U.S. Department of State from 1973 to 1979. He joined Shearson Lehman Brothers (investment banking) in 1979 and served as Managing Director from 1984 to 1987. In 1987, Mr. Garten founded Eliot Group, Inc. (investment banking) and served as President until 1990, when he became Managing Director of The Blackstone Group (private merchant bank). From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Garten was Professor of Finance and Economics at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business. He was appointed U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade in 1993 and served in that position until 1995. Mr. Garten is a director of CarMax, Inc. (automotive retailer) and is also a director of 25 Credit Suisse mutual funds. He is the author of A Cold Peace: America, Japan, Germany and the Struggle for Supremacy; The Big Ten: Big Emerging Markets and How They Will Change Our Lives; The Mind of the CEO; and The Politics of Fortune: A New Agenda for Business Leaders. Mr. Garten is a director of The Conference Board and the International Rescue Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Aetna Foundation, Inc.

Joseph P. Newhouse is the John D. MacArthur Professor of Health Policy and Management at Harvard University, a position he assumed in 1988. At Harvard, he also is the Director of the Division of Health Policy Research and Education, the Director of the Interfaculty Initiative on Health Policy, Chair of the Committee on Higher Degrees in Health Policy and a member of the faculties of the John F. Kennedy School of Government, the Harvard Medical School, the Harvard School of Public Health and the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Prior to joining Harvard, Dr. Newhouse held various positions at The RAND Corporation from 1968 to 1988, serving as a faculty member of the RAND Graduate School from 1972 to 1988, as Deputy Program Manager for Health Sciences Research from 1971 to 1988, Senior Staff Economist from 1972 to 1981, Head of the Economics Department from 1981 to 1985 and as a Senior Corporate Fellow from 1985 to 1988. Dr. Newhouse is the Editor of the Journal of Health Economics, which he founded in 1981. He is a Faculty Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, a member of the New England Journal of Medicine Editorial Board, a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and a director of the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Dr. Newhouse is the author of Free for All: Lessons from the RAND Health Insurance Experiment and Pricing the Priceless: A Health Care Conundrum. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Aetna Foundation, Inc.

Molly J. Coye, M.D. is the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Technology Center (non-profit education and research organization), which she founded in December 2000. Prior to assuming her current position, Dr. Coye served as Senior Vice President of the West Coast Office of The Lewin Group (consulting) from 1997 to December 2000. Before that, she served in both the public and private sectors: Executive Vice President, Strategic Development, of HealthDesk Corporation from 1996 to 1997; Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations, Good Samaritan Health Hospital from 1993 to 1996; Director of the California Department of Health Services from 1991 to 1993; Head of the Division of Public Health, Department of Health Policy and Management, Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health from 1990 to 1991; Commissioner of Health of the New Jersey State Department of Health from 1986 to 1989; Special Advisor for Health and the Environment, State of New Jersey Office of the Governor from 1985 to 1986; and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Medical Investigative Officer from 1980 to 1985. She also is a director of PATH (non-profit research and development organization) and serves as an advisor to the Health Evolution Partners Innovation Network, a health-related investment fund and to Integrated Healthcare Strategies (healthcare consulting). Dr. Coye also serves on the Board of Directors of Aetna Foundation, Inc.

Mr. Farah has been the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of the Company since April 2000. He was Chairman of the Board of Venator Group, Inc. (now Foot Locker, Inc.) from December 1994 until April 2000, and was Chief Executive Officer of Venator Group, Inc. from December 1994 until August 1999.
