Sean M. Healey joined the Company in 1995 and became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Mr. Healey has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since 2001. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Healey was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. focusing on financial institutions. In 2006, Mr. Healey received a presidential appointment to serve on the President's Export Council, the nation's principal advisory committee on international trade. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Peabody Essex Museum, the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston and the Advisory Board of Harvard Law School's Center on Lawyers and the Professional Services Industry. Mr. Healey received a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. from University College, Dublin and an A.B. from Harvard College.

Darrell W. Crate joined the Company in 1998 as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in 2001 became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as the Company's Treasurer. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Crate was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group of Chase Manhattan Corporation focusing exclusively on investment management firms. Mr. Crate received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Bates College.

Nathaniel Dalton joined the Company in 1996 as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel, became Executive Vice President with responsibility for AMG's Affiliate Development efforts in 2001, and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2006. He also served as General Counsel and as the Company's Secretary until June 2002. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Dalton was an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, including those in the asset management industry. Mr. Dalton received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jay Horgen joined the Company in 2007 as Executive Vice President of New Investments. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Horgen was a managing director of Eastside Partners, a private equity firm. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Horgen was an investment banker serving as a managing director in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch and, prior to that, he worked as a banker in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Horgen received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.

John Kingston, III joined AMG in 1999 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel; in that capacity, Mr. Kingston is responsible for AMG corporate and Affiliate legal and compliance matters. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Kingston served as a senior counsel to Miller Anderson & Sherrerd, LLP, a division of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and was an attorney at Ropes & Gray, focusing on corporate and securities laws issues, with a particular focus on the investment management industry. Mr. Kingston received a B.S. Econ and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Daniel J. Shea joined AMG in 1998 and currently serves as Senior Vice President with responsibilities for the Company's accounting, tax and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Shea was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Group at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Mr. Shea received a B.S. from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jennifer M. Borggaard joined AMG in 2001, became Vice President in 2004, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007. She is a senior manager in AMG's Affiliate Development group working with Affiliates on operational and strategic matters. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Borggaard served as Director and Senior Counsel in the Company's legal group.Prior to joining AMG, Ms. Borggaard was a corporate and securities law attorney at Ropes & Gray, with a focus on the investment management industry. Ms. Borggaard received an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Aaron M. Galis joined AMG in 2005, became Vice President in 2007, and is responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting policies. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Galis was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Galis received a B.S. from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Benjamin Scott joined AMG in 2004, became Vice President in 2006, and is a senior manager in AMG's Affiliate Development group. Prior to joining AMG, Mr. Scott was an Associate with UBS Investment Bank, where he worked in the Financial Institutions Group focusing on financial advisory and financing transactions for asset managers, broker-dealers and specialty finance companies. Mr. Scott received a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Laura O'Brien, a resident of Boston, is the Director of Corporate Communications at Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMG), an asset management company. Prior to joining AMG, Ms. O'Brien served as press secretary for Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Kerry Healey and as deputy press secretary for Governor Mitt Romney. She has also held communications roles at New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. and Barnes & Noble, Inc. Ms. O'Brien received a B.S. in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Mr. Ragard is a principal of Friess Associates, manager of the Brandywine Funds and an affiliate of New York Stock Exchange-listed Affiliated Managers Group. He is responsible for a team that manages approximately $2 billion of client assets invested in public growth stocks and is focused on the health care and energy industries. During the five years ended 12/31/05, assets for which he was responsible appreciated by over $1 billion, compounding at 28% per annum while, during the same time, the Standard & Poor's 500 rose by only 0.5% percent per year. Previously Mr. Ragard was a managing partner of venture capital firm Horsley Bridge, a leading investor in U.S.-based private companies. Successful private health care investments made by Horsley Bridge include Genentech, Hybritech and IDEC Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Ragard graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and is a chartered financial analyst.
