Tim McCrae is the Chief Financial Officer at AFS Technologies, Inc. As AFS' CFO, Tim is responsible for managing and directing all activities relating to finance, legal, accounting, tax, audit, human resources and systems related activities. He brings more than 15 years of experience to his position in working with various technology and software companies. Prior to joining AFS, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Thomson NETg, an industry leading e-learning technology company based in Arizona and was responsible for the direction of all of the financial and IT related activities of the company. At Thomson NETg, he was a key member of the team responsible for the integration and relocation of the company's headquarters and operations in to the acquired operations of KnowledgeNet, as well as the eventual successful sale of the company to Skillsoft Corp., the firm's leading public competitor in the e-learning market. Prior to his time with Thomson NETg, Tim served as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting for KnowledgeNet, Inc., an industry leading e-learning technology company based in Arizona. Through his financial leadership, this company grew from a modest start-up to a multi-million dollar enterprise. At KnowledgeNet Tim was responsible for the finance and accounting related activities of the company, which included participation in the activities related to raising several rounds of venture capital funding, as well as the successful sale of the company to Thomson NETg. While at KnowledgeNet, Tim was honored by having his reporting package selected for a Harvard Business School case study highlighting the business tracking systems that had been implemented at the company. His background also includes serving as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Mastering, Inc. as well as several other key financial related roles. Tim graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Western International University with a Masters degree in Finance. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and Financial Executives International.

Lisa Whinnie possesses extensive experience as a software developer, designing, programming and managing IT projects in a distribution environment. Over the past 16 years, she has worked with end users to convert their business requirements into comprehensive, streamlined technical solutions. As Senior Vice President, Customer Relations she is responsible for customer relations including customer service, custom code, implementations, technical sales and Managed Services. Prior to joining AFS, Lisa served as the IT Director for an international espresso distributor Illy Espresso of the Americas, and was formerly the MIS Manager at the telecommunications company Executone Information Systems Inc.. She holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.

Don manages the operations of the East Coast office for AFS Technologies and brings more than 20 years experience in the delivery of technology to the food and beverage distribution industries. Prior to joining AFS, he was Vice President and CTO of Distribution Management Systems, where he was active in all phases of software development. While at DMS, Don directed the expansion of the company's product line from a single distribution system to a complete end-to-end portfolio of integrated software encompassing ERP, SFA and WMS systems. He is experienced in systems integration, having designed and implemented hundreds of complex interfaces including the Department of Defense Prime Vendor program and the DOT Foods Virtual Storefront. He holds a BA in Economics with a Computer Science concentration from Boston College where he was a Scholar of the College, and an MBA with a minor in Logistics from the University of New Haven where he was named a graduate fellow.

Paul Garrett is a certified public accountant and former audit partner with the former Arthur Andersen & Co.. Mr. Garrett is an audit committee financial expert under the requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Metalico, Inc. and chairs its Audit Committee. Mr. Garrett will also head the audit committee for AFS Technologies, Inc.. He was the chief executive officer of FCR, Inc., an environmental services company involved in the recycling of paper, plastic, aluminum, glass and metals, from 1991 to 1998. Upon FCR's merger in 1998 into KTI, Inc., a solid waste disposal and recycling concern that operated waste-to-energy facilities and manufacturing facilities utilizing recycled materials, he was appointed vice chairman and a member of KTI's Executive Committee. He held those positions until KTI was acquired by Casella Waste Systems, Inc., in 1999.
