Cecile Hobbs is employed as Branch Manager for American General Finance Services in Tulare. Hobbs was born in Salinas, raised in Sacramento, and moved to Visalia in 1976. Tulare became her home in 1993. She has two teenage sons, and has volunteered through several programs that her sons were active in, including 4-H, Tulare Little League and AYSO. Hobbs joined American General Finance as a CSR in 1987, and now manages the local branch. She has obtained her life agent and fire and casualty agent licenses and is a notary public. Her hobbies include attending concerts and weekend trips to the coast.

Kristin has fourteen years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry and seven years with Woodward Commercial Realty, Inc. She has 19 years of experience in sales and enjoys the challenge of working with all types of businesses and individuals. Her specialties range from leasing and selling investment property to selling commercial land and active businesses. Her newest interests include multi-family and business park developments. Along with an Indiana Real Estate license, she also holds a license in Kentucky to further benefit her clients. Kristin is involved in several community and not-for-profit organizations. Her commitment to the community as well as her decision to join an aggressive agency such as Woodward has lead to a successful career in Commercial Real Estate. Kristin is married to Erik Ripper, who is the Technology Assets Manager at American General Finance. They live in Newburgh with daughters, Hadley, a Sophomore at Indiana University, and Berkley, who is a Fourth grader at St. John the Baptist in Newburgh.
