Alexander M. Cutler is chairman and chief executive officer of Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. Cutler assumed his current position in August 2000, after serving as Eaton’s president and chief operating officer since 1995.
Cutler began his career with Cutler-Hammer in 1975 as a financial analyst and became business group controller in 1977. After Eaton acquired Cutler-Hammer, he was made a division controller in 1979, and in 1980, was appointed plant manager of the Atlanta Assembly Plant.
In 1982, he became division manager of the Power Distribution Division, and in April 1985, was appointed general manager of Industrial Control and Power Distribution Operations in the United States. In 1986, he was elected president of the Industrial Group, and in 1989, was promoted to president of Eaton's Controls Group. He was elected executive vice president—Operations in 1991 and executive vice president and chief operating officer—Controls in 1993 before assuming the position of Eaton’s president and chief operating officer.
Cutler is a board member of DuPont, KeyCorp, the Greater Cleveland Partnership, United Way Services of Greater Cleveland, the Electrical Manufacturers Club and the Musical Arts Association.
Previously, he served as chairman of the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the United Way of Greater Cleveland and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. He has also served as president of the Yale Alumni Association of Cleveland.
He is a past member of the board of the Yale University Alumni Fund, the Yale University Development Board, the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and the Loomis Chaffee School.
Cutler also served on the executive committees of the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education (formerly the Cleveland Commission on Higher Education), the Visiting Committee of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Play House, the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and the Museum of Natural History. He is a past co-chairman of the Cleveland Commission on Economic Partnerships and Inclusion.
Cutler was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and attended the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Richard H. Fearon is vice chairman and chief financial and planning officer for Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company.
Fearon was named to the position in January 2009. In this role, he has responsibility for the accounting, control, corporate development, information systems, internal audit, investor relations, strategic planning, tax and treasury functions.
Most recently, Fearon was executive vice president and chief financial and planning officer, Eaton Corporation, a position he held since 2002.
Fearon joined Eaton from Willow Place Partners, a Menlo Park, California-based corporate advisory firm he founded in 2001. From 1995 through 2000, he was with Transamerica Corporation, where he had most recently served as senior vice president of corporate development. From 1990 to 1995, Fearon was general manager, corporate development, for Singapore-based NatSteel Ltd. and vice chairman, NatSteel Chemicals.
Prior to that, he worked with management consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton in Singapore and The Boston Consulting Group in Los Angeles and served as director of strategic planning for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, California.
Fearon sits on the boards of PolyOne Corporation, Hawken School, The Playhouse Square Foundation, and the Cleveland Museum of Art. He serves as vice chairman of the Playhouse Square Foundation, responsible for strategic planning; chairman of the investment committee at Hawken School; vice-chairman of the finance committee of the Cleveland Museum of Art; and chairman of the Audit Committee at PolyOne. Fearon also chairs the CFO Council of the Manufacturers Alliance, a trade organization of leading U.S. manufacturing companies, and serves as the Northeast Ohio Commissioner on the Third Frontier Commission of the State of Ohio.
Fearon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, with distinction, from Stanford University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He later received a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School. Fearon is a member of the California Bar.

Carson assumed his current position in January 2000, after serving as Eaton's corporate vice president, Growth Initiatives, working with senior operating managers on new product programs and strategic marketing initiatives across the company. Before joining Eaton in February 1999, Carson was executive vice president for Rockwell Automation. Bihary joins Eaton from Shell Chemical Company in Houston, Texas, where she was vice president, External Affairs, Internal and Marketing Communications.
From 1975 to 1984 she worked in a variety of public affairs positions at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. In 1984, she joined the public relations and marketing firm of Watt, Roop & Co. as an account manager, and in 1987 was promoted to vice president.
In 1989, Bihary became director of Marketing Services for Medimetrix Group, a Cleveland-based firm that specializes in consulting on health issues. In 1991, she was named director, Corporate Communications, for Johnson & Johnson’s Pharmaceutical Research Institute and later, for Johnson & Johnson’s pharmaceutical companies. Bihary joined Varity Corporation in 1995 as vice president, Public Affairs, and in 1998, was named by Shell Chemical Company, a unit of Royal Dutch/Shell Group, to her most recent position.
Bihary, a native Clevelander, graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.A. in social psychology in 1975. She will be located at Eaton Center.

Thomas S. Gross is vice chairman and chief operating officer – Electrical Sector for Eaton Corporation, a $15.4 billion global diversified power management company. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s global electrical business.
Gross joined Eaton in 2003 as vice president, Eaton Business System, and most recently served as president of the company’s power quality and controls business.

Bruce Wier is the Vice President of Engineering for Ultra Clean Technology. He joined UCT as the Director of Design Engineering in 1997. He is responsible for all of UCT's design engineering, documentation, and new product design activity.
Bruce is a veteran in the semiconductor capital equipment industry; prior to joining UCT, he was the engineering manager for Lam Research, Oxide Etch Business Unit. His experience also includes engineering management positions at Genus, Varian Associates and Eaton Corporation.
