Dan Bogan is senior vice president and general manager, NCR Consumables, a business unit of NCR Corporation responsible for business consumables, which include thermal paper rolls, pressure sensitive labels and inking products sold in conjunction with NCR’s solution offers. She managed senior DoD and other agency's program managers on multiple Information Technology projects and programs for web development, information assurance, BPR and enterprise architecture and applications design and development and network and system security. While a Senior Program Manager for Lockheed-Martin Information Systems & Astronautics, Mrs. Johnson assigned turnaround responsibility for an under-performing government IT program. Her responsibility was to turn the program around, re-establish 100% customer satisfaction or shut the program down. She accomplished program turnaround, obtained 100% customer satisfaction and made actual profit for the company. Steve is the sole external, non-federal, member of the US Department of Veterans Affairs Executive Committee/Business Oversight Board chaired by the presidential cabinet secretary. He also serves as a US Treasury Department Senior Advisor, at the US Government Cabinet Secretary level. Previously, Steve was on Revlon's Executive Board and COO responsible for global demand & fulfillment programs plus information management & technology. Earlier, he was Johnson & Johnson's worldwide corporate Vice President of Business Improvement & Management Quality - reporting to the Executive Committee - for JNJ's portfolio of 180 worldwide operating companies in 59 countries. Steve led portfolio assessment, financial and operational improvements. His outcomes include: reforming JNJ's global $8B consumer healthcare products supply chain, integration into JNJ of multi-billion dollar acquisitions of medical device, pharmaceuticals and consumer products firms, and expansionary growth of Neutrogena from $275M to $1B in 4 years. He served on JNJ healthcare company management boards in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Mr. Roehrich served as a career United States Naval Officer & naval aviator with 4,327 flight hours in carrier and land based tactical combat aircraft, holding leadership roles in Navy squadrons and air-wings with non-flying assignments as CFO of the US Naval Academy and CFO of a $3 billion Navy weapons program. He taught economics and business at the US Naval Academy where he was selected educator of the year. Steve is a member of NCR Corporation's Teradata (Informatics) Executive Board; Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business Advisory Board and was a board member of Connectadas.com. He holds a master's degree in financial management from the US Naval Post-Graduate School and has completed advanced management education at the Wharton School of Business-University of Pennsylvania.
