William R. Nuti. Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of NCR Corporation, a global technology company. Mr. Nuti has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of NCR since August 2005, and as Chairman of NCR since October 2007. Before joining NCR, Mr. Nuti had served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Symbol Technologies, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Symbol Technologies from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Nuti joined Symbol Technologies in 2002 following more than 10 years at Cisco Systems, where he advanced to the dual role of senior vice president of the company's Worldwide Service Provider Operations and senior vice president of U.S. Theater Operations. Mr. Nuti has served as one of our directors since June 2008.

Quincy L. Allen is president of the Production Systems Group at Xerox Corporation. He was named to this position in October 2004. He was named as a corporate vice president in December 2004. Since joining Xerox as an electrical engineer in 1982, he has held senior technical and management positions in areas such as supply chain, sales and marketing, and product development. In 1999, Allen was appointed vice president, Worldwide Customer Services Strategy. In 2001, he was named senior vice president of North American Services and Solutions. He also served as senior vice president in Xerox Business Group Operations. Allen earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University in 1982 and an MBA from the University of Rochester in 1993. He is a board member of Greater Rochester Enterprise, WXXI Public Broadcasting Council, Gateway Inc. and the University of Notre Dame advisory committee. Allen has been a member of EDSF since 2004.

Tony Massetti is chief financial officer (CFO) for NCR Corporation. Massetti is also responsible for NCR's information technology and corporate real estate functions. Before joining NCR in 2008, Massetti served as CFO for QLogic Corp., a leader in networking storage and high-performance computing. During his five years with QLogic, he was responsible for building a strong finance organization with solid financial processes and controls. His leadership contributed to an improved financial model and profitable growth. Massetti began his career at IBM and served for 17 years in positions that spanned accounting, financial planning, treasury and business controls. He spent five years at IBM's European headquarters managing a business unit with revenue exceeding $20 billion and a balance sheet that included more than $20 billion in assets, as well as two years in Hong Kong and China as the CFO of an IBM joint venture, then CFO of the Technology Group, which included five Asian manufacturing sites with several billion dollars in revenue. Massetti's experience includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and measurement; business case development and modeling; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate governance; analysis and execution of strategic offshore partnering; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; and external reporting and investor relations.

Gary Daichendt served as executive vice president of Cisco Worldwide Operations with global responsibility for sales, distribution, manufacturing and strategic alliances. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of worldwide operations and also served as vice president of Cisco's intercontinental operations. Before joining Cisco, Daichendt spent eight years at Wang Laboratories in positions of increasing responsibility. His background also includes time at Nortel Networks as president and chief operating officer and 10 years at IBM in various sales, marketing and management positions.

John Bruno became Executive Vice President on November 29, 2008. Prior to joining NCR, Mr. Bruno was a Managing Director at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. from August 2007 to November 2008. Prior to this position, he was Senior Vice President General Manager, RFID Division, at Symbol Technologies from June 2005 through February 22, 2006. Mr. Bruno was Symbol Technologies Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, from May 2004 to June 2005, and was Symbol Technologies Senior Vice President, Business Development, and Chief Information Officer, from November 2002 to May 2004. Prior to joining Symbol Technologies , Mr. Bruno served as Vice President, Technology Marketing, and Vice President, Information Technology, from June 2000 to November 2002 at Cisco.

Andrea Ledford is senior vice president of Human Resources for NCR Corporation. Prior to this position, Ledford served as NCR’s vice president of Human Resources for the Asia-Pacific region and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Before joining NCR in February 2006, Ledford was Symbol Technologies’ EMEA leader of Human Resources and held a variety of leadership roles at Cisco Systems in EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Her background also includes positions in the areas of international human resources, compensation and benefits, and leadership development with Storage Technology, United International Holdings and Synergen.

Christine Wallace is senior vice president, NCR Services, for NCR Corporation. She leads a global team of service professionals who ensure that today’s busy consumers are able to connect, interact and transact with business. NCR Services supports NCR's strategy to provide solutions that address consumer demand for fast, easy and convenient self-service options, and the business need to increase revenues, build customer loyalty and improve operational productivity. Wallace’s team does this by providing robust service delivery for NCR’s growing portfolio of self-service and assisted service solutions, including e-commerce and mobility solutions. Under Wallace’s direction, NCR has established two Centers of Excellence, one serving the Americas and another meeting the needs of customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The creation of these integrated centers is another step forward in NCR’s transformation process as the world’s leader in consumer interactions. By collocating essential activities that support the delivery of world-class customer service, NCR creates an innovative, collaborative and easy-to-do-business-with services partnership. Prior to assuming her current role in 2006, Wallace’s most recent assignments included two years as senior vice president of NCR human resources and several years as vice president of global customer services for Teradata, a division of NCR, where she led a worldwide team with a presence in over 100 countries and territories. Wallace began her career at NCR in 1978 and has held numerous managerial assignments of increasing responsibility throughout the company, including NCR vice president and treasurer, vice president of Americas sales and service for Teradata, and other senior positions within the finance and administration organization at both the corporate and regional level. She was recently recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal, a leading business publication focused on diversity/inclusion in the workplace, in their “2009 Women Worth Watching” issue. The issue focuses on women in positions of leadership who foster diversity in the workplace and serve as a mentor to others. Wallace holds a master of business administration degree in banking and finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wright State University.

Malcolm Collins is senior vice president of the Financial Solutions Division for the NCR Corporation. He is responsible for driving growth and improving NCR's capabilities as the world's leading provider of automated teller machines and financial self-service and a major player in payments and imaging solutions. Prior to joining NCR in 2006, Collins was president of Enterprise Networks for Nortel Networks, Inc. In that role, he had end-to-end responsibility for all elements of Nortel's Enterprise business, including business development, products, marketing and sales. Prior to that position, Collins served as the senior executive for the United Kingdom and Northern European region where he had financial and customer responsibility across all major European accounts. Earlier, he led Nortel's European data business as managing director and general manager, growing the business throughout key markets in Europe. He had responsibility for all aspects of sales, marketing, operations and service. Before joining Nortel in 1992 as vice president of sales, Collins served in sales leadership roles with N.E.T. Europe Limited and Infotron Systems. Collins graduated from Brunel University with an engineering degree.

Peter Leav is senior vice president of NCR's Global Sales organization. Leav is responsible for driving growth of NCR's assisted and self-service solutions across the financial services, retail and hospitality, travel and gaming, entertainment, healthcare and public sector, and software and technology services industries in more than 100 countries. Leav joins NCR from Motorola, Inc., where he served as corporate vice president and general manager for North America, Latin America and EMEA for the Enterprise Business. Leav led his team to top line revenue growth, successive market share gains and improved operating earnings. Prior to Motorola, Leav served as vice president of sales for Symbol Technologies having led his team to eight consecutive quarters of both quarter-over- quarter and year-over-year growth, while growing the business 18% and decreasing the expense line by over 20%. Before moving to Symbol, Leav held service and sales leadership positions with Cisco Systems and Tektronix, Inc. Leav is a graduate of Lehigh University and a member of the Board of Directors for the Eye Bank for Sight Restoration based in New York.

Peter Lieb is senior vice president, general counsel and board secretary for NCR Corporation. Lieb is responsible for providing legal counsel and services to the company. Before joining NCR in 2006, Lieb was senior vice president and general counsel at Symbol Technologies where he was a member of the executive committee and provided counsel on all legal matters affecting the company. Prior to Symbol, he served in various senior legal positions, including vice president and deputy general counsel, at International Paper Company and, before that, was assistant general counsel at GTE Service Corporation. Lieb’s experience also includes being a partner in the Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue law firm, as well as serving in the United States Attorney’s Office under Rudy Giuliani. Early in his legal career, Lieb was a law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger. Lieb holds a law degree from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from Yale College.

Janet Brewer is vice president of corporate communications for NCR Corporation. She brings over 25 years of communications and marketing experience to her leadership role, where she has responsibility for the strategic direction, planning and implementation of internal and external communications programs. Brewer joined NCR in September 2005 as director of community relations. Prior to that, she founded and led J. Brewer Communications, a strategic marketing and communications company based in Dayton, Ohio. Previously, she served as senior director of corporate communications responsible for public relations, employee communications, issues management and interactive communications at LexisNexis, a leading provider of information and services solutions. She also held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including director of community and public relations, at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a leading provider of automotive retailing technology solutions. Brewer's career also includes marketing and public information positions at Monarch Marking (now Paxar), Mosier Industries and the Kentucky Department of Public Information. Currently, Brewer is a board member for Dayton History and chairs its NCR Archive Council. She is past-president of the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery Board of Trustees and co-chair of the Culture Works Advisory Board. Past board and committee volunteerism has centered on K-12 urban education, the arts, health and human services and downtown development in Dayton. She is a past recipient of the IABC Communication Leadership Award and holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Eastern Kentucky University.

Mel Walter is vice president of self-service business development for NCR Corporation. He is responsible for strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and industry analyst relations as it relates to NCR's self-service businesses.

Dan Bogan is senior vice president and general manager, NCR Consumables, a business unit of NCR Corporation responsible for business consumables, which include thermal paper rolls, pressure sensitive labels and inking products sold in conjunction with NCR’s solution offers. Prior to this role, Bogan served as senior vice president of NCR’s Retail, Hospitality and Self-Service Solutions business, responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, development, finance, professional services and customer services. Bogan joined NCR in 1977 as a retail systems sales representative in Fargo, N.D. In addition to holding increasingly responsible sales management and marketing positions over the course of his career, Bogan has met with thousands of retail industry executives and briefed hundreds of research analysts, consultants and journalists on technology and market trends. His assignments have included vice president of worldwide marketing; assistant vice president, cooperative marketing; area vice president for NCR’s Western division; vice president, food industry marketing; and director of food and drug industry marketing for the United States for NCR’s worldwide retail business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Moorhead State University in Minnesota.

Mrs. Maureen Johnson is a Management and Operations Executive with over 25 years of program management experience in domestic and international markets providing business and leadership management advisory services to governments and private industry worldwide. Mrs. Johnson analyzes and assesses client technologies and services against US Government requirements to help position those clients in the Federal marketplace. As a Member of Defense Solutions Advisory Board, Mrs. Johnson advises on client relationship strategies, account growth, and new business development. As Director of Program and Capture Management, Mrs. Johnson provides government proposal preparation guidance, management and training. As an Executive Services Director for NCR, Inc., Mrs. Johnson directed and managed NCR's premiere Global Customer Account ($75 Mil) for US Government DeCA Program employing Six Sigma processes and standards. She directed and managed senior program/project managers and business operations for 275 worldwide locations ensuring contractual compliance, cost management/schedule/EVM, and budget and performance analyses and customer service performance satisfaction. As the primary customer interface, she coordinated performance of highly diverse and stratified matrix organizations including Sales, Customer Support, business operations, e-commerce, Teradata, and Professional Services. Mrs. Johnson has previously served as the Director of Pentagon Operations for DSD Laboratories, Inc. where she directed, trained, mentored and managed Senior Program Managers for DoD, USAF, Army and Navy large multi-faceted decentralized task order driven programs. She directed management of all CORs, external consultants, subcontractors, and program staff. Mrs. Johnson conducted financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with all customer requirements, DoD procurement law and regulations. She managed senior DoD and other agency's program managers on multiple Information Technology projects and programs for web development, information assurance, BPR and enterprise architecture and applications design and development and network and system security. While a Senior Program Manager for Lockheed-Martin Information Systems & Astronautics, Mrs. Johnson assigned turnaround responsibility for an under-performing government IT program. Her responsibility was to turn the program around, re-establish 100% customer satisfaction or shut the program down. She accomplished program turnaround, obtained 100% customer satisfaction and made actual profit for the company. She directed approximately 100 program technical and business staff in achieving all program objectives and initiated team-based approach to management. Implementing Program Management Institute (PMI) processes, Mrs. Johnson completely re-engineered/re-structured technical & business program plans. While with Lockheed Martin, Mrs. Johnson also directed and managed a staff of 450 hardware, software, network engineers and vendors for an internal $40M 2-year program to integrate Denver Division's multiple platforms, operating systems, applications and interfaces into a single integrated IT system. She utilized team approach to management, implemented cross training within disciplines and performed performance reviews and acted as mentor/ teacher. Mrs. Johnson held various other Program & Business Management positions including proposal team lead while at Lockheed Martin, with responsibility for directing and managing anywhere from 35 to 450 program staff. Mrs. Johnson is certified and trained in Kepner-Tregoe Executive Decision Making and Strategic Planning; Total Quality Management (TQM, JIT, Q2, ISO 9000 series), High Performance Work Teams, BPR, CPI and Change Management and Manufacturing Cell Team Management; and Transactional Analysis and Interpersonal Communications Training.

Paul Tartre is a co-founder and CEO of Blue Oasis Technologies, Inc. Mr. Tartre has over 20 years of technical and management experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), technology consulting services and application development servicing Fortune 100 companies. Prior to Blue Oasis Technologies, Inc. Mr. Tartre served as Chief Information Officer and President of Technology Solutions for Digital Lighthouse Corporation (DLC). DLC grew from 30 to 900 employees in two-and-half years by providing CRM sales, call center and integration services for customer direct initiatives. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Eden Financial and FundMark Investment Company Services, Director of Software Development at Apricorn, Inc. and Developer of compiler technologies at NCR. Mr. Tartre graduated Summa Cum Laude in Computer Science from San Diego State University.

Douglas Bass was appointed County Emergency Manager for Fairfax County, Virginia in November of 2002. He is responsible for overseeing the county's emergency management program, county emergency operations center, domestic terrorism planning and grant programs as well as other emergency planning, training and exercise initiatives. In short, he is responsible for leading the County's efforts as necessary to prepare for, respond to and recover from significant emergencies that affect the more than one million residents of Fairfax County. Douglas Bass represents Fairfax County on multiple local, regional, and national committees. He currently serves as Chairman of the International Association of Emergency Manager's Homeland Security Committee and Chairman of the National Capital Region (NCR) Emergency Manager's Committee. In addition, he serves on several national homeland security advisory boards. During his 18 years as an emergency management director he has been the recipient of four National Association of County's Awards. These awards cite program enhancements and leadership in incident command, hazardous materials, public notification and warning and emergency technology initiatives.

Vinay, as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Ardesta LLC, was founding CEO of venture backed companies Discera and Sensicore. Previously he was co-founder and CFO of BlueGill Technologies, an online bill presentment company sold to CheckFree Corporation in 2000 for $250 Million. Vinay has held positions as Managing Director-Asia Pacific and General Manager-India for Cabletron Systems, as well as Manager of Global Operations at NCR and Zenith Electronics. Vinay serves on the board of Translume.

With more than 20 years experience, Chris Smith established TriAlliance to provide commercial real estate brokerage services with an entrepreneurial spirit and an emphasis on quick action for clients. Previously a senior vice president/partner and top producer for a regional real estate company, Chris has earned the designation and is an active office member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an international society of commercial real estate professionals. Chris was elected Regional Director of the society's Mid-Atlantic USA region for 2004-2005. For the past 15 years, Chris has maintained a regular schedule of races, marathons, and triathlons. He's completed 12 marathons including events in Boston, Bermuda, Baltimore, and New York City as well as the Marine Corps Marathon. A three-time "survivor" of the Shawangunks Adventure Triathlon in the Catskill Mountains, Chris has led team TriAlliance to victory four times in the relay at the Eagleman Half Ironman Triathlon and in the 2002 NCR Marathon.

Eduardo "Eddie" Perez has over twenty years of technical, management and sales experience in the computerized banking and financial services industry. This experience includes eight years with NCR, ITT and Datapoint Corporation and over twelve years with small businesses where sales ranged from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 equivalent to 1999 dollars. His small business experience includes a successful start-up company, Financial Services Support Group, Inc., which he founded and now manages.

Edward King has over twenty-five years of industry experience with CPU Tech, NCR and Burroughs. The inventor/co-inventor of many pending and issued processor and System-on-a-Chip design patents, Mr. King founded CPU Technology, Inc. in 1989.

Mr. Perkins has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the information technology business, including solution development, product marketing, sales and customer services. Focused on the solution delivery arena for the past 15 years, he has served as a senior services executive for industry-leading companies including Interwoven, NCR Corporation and Siebel Systems, where he directed global services operations during a time of 23% quarter-to-quarter growth. He has managed large services delivery organizations for MCI (SHL) Systemhouse and Seer Technologies, and led a consulting services development function for NCR Corporation, where he co-authored the NCR Services Framework. His ten years of vertical market expertise in the commercial banking industry include serving as President of a community bank core systems solution provider, managing an industry-leading banking systems program for NCR Corporation, and creating numerous educational offerings for banks in the areas of loan and deposit account management and regulatory compliance.

As CTO, James provides the technical strategic vision for SteelEye's future products and research programs. He is also a committed member of the Open Source community currently holding the Linux Kernel SCSI Maintainership and is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows and conferences. James is also an active member of the SteelEye engineering team, directly applying his experience and expertise to SteelEye's ongoing product development efforts. James has 12 years of prior experience both in Acadaemia, AT&T Bell Labs and NCR working on diverse enterprise and clustering technologies. He holds an MA and a PhD from Cambridge University.

Nancy McClain has been in Government contracts since 1985. She currently works for the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA's) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-National Capital Region (DITCO-NCR). Prior to working at DISA, she served as Director, Facility Support Contracts at the U.S. Navy's Officer in Charge of Construction-Marianas Islands, and as Director of Acquisition at the U.S. Navy Public Works Center-Guam. She also worked at Andersen AFB, Guam in the Contracts Directorate, the Navy Supply Depot-Guam in the Contracts Department, and the U.S. Navy Public Works Center-Washington Navy Yard in the Contracts Department. She is DAWIA Level III certified. Nancy is a graduate of the University of Guam's College of Business and Public Administration, where she was awarded a BS with a double major in Management and Marketing and a minor in Communication. She has been a member of the Northern Virginia (NOVA) Chapter of the National Contract Management Association since 1995. She has served as the NOVA Chapter Graalman Chair for 2 years and the chapter Treasurer for 3 years.

Peder is a networking industry visionary, IT executive and entrepreneur who has pioneered high-speed content-based networking and security systems to meet the needs of government, carriers, and large enterprises. During a career that spans more than 20 years, Peder has worked closely with Global 2000 customers, helping them simplify and streamline the deployment and management of their large-scale, complex networks. Peder is the creator and guiding architect behind the company's CS-2000 Network Applications Server and RAVE , CloudShield's unique and powerful packet processing development language. Previously as CTO of yesmail.com, Peder helped guide the company to a successful IPO and subsequent acquisition by CMGI. Earlier positions included: CTO of SVIC, Managing Partner and CIO of Internet-technology consulting firm Remington Associates, Ltd., and VP of Production and Engineering for groundbreaking consumer CD-ROM developer TerraGlyph Interactive Studios. Also noteworthy are his positions at Sterling Commerce, developing SNA and TCP/IP bulk data transfer applications, and at AT&T Global Information Systems/NCR, where he led the group's Technology and Professional Services efforts on behalf of J.C. Penney. Peder attended Clarkson University for electrical and computer engineering and received a bachelor of arts degree from Beloit College in mathematics and computer science.

As President of DALSA's Semiconductor Business, Ralf is responsible for both the semiconductor wafer processing facility and the company's Professional Imaging sensor components and CMOS IC components operations. Prior to his appointment, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager for DALSA's Vision for Machines division from 2000, Vice President, Research and Development from 1997, and Vice President of Image Sensor R&D from 1994. Before joining DALSA, Ralf was involved with advanced product development activities at NCR for 15 years. He holds 14 patents and obtained a number of Outstanding Technical Achievement awards during his time at NCR.

Rob Ziemba is responsible for leading Gryphon's entry into new markets around the world. Mr. Ziemba brings broad expertise in domestic and international markets. He has held executive roles in business development, sales, marketing, and product management over his 20 years of professional experience in the networking and technology industries. Prior to joining Gryphon in 2004, Mr. Ziemba was responsible for sales and business development at BT Global Services, the leading service provider of Information Communications Technology solutions. At Telcordia Technologies, while based in London, Mr. Ziemba was responsible for establishing the company's commercial entry into the European market as one of the world's largest providers of operations support systems, network software and consulting and engineering services to the networking and telecommunications industry. Mr. Ziemba has also held management roles at information technology organizations NCR and TesCom International. Mr. Ziemba earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer, his M.S. in Computer Science from University of Southern California, and his M.B.A from the Rutgers Business School.

Mr. Grady has been engaged in high technology business development since holding sales positions at NCR beginning in 1970. In 1973 he partnered the launch of General Systems Corp and was Executive VP until 1986 when he began a career as a business development consultant. In that capacity, he has represented companies wishing to enter new markets or diversify their high tech business in both the Commercial and Federal Sectors. Clients include Windemere Systems, Genasys Corp, Data Systems Analysts, Digital Lightwave, Inc., Equitrac Corp., Norell Systems, Cat Technology, Windward Consulting Group, Trueposition, Inc. and others. Since 1998 Michael has focused on taking clients and their technology into the Federal Marketplace. He received his BA from the University of Dayton.

Terry Groves has over 20 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions, CAD/CAE, and business analytics, and joins Procelerate Technologies as Vice President of Sales. During his career Terry has been highly successful in developing and executing sustainable business strategies and brings with him a successful track record in penetrating new markets and increasing revenues for early stage, and established fortune 500 companies. As Vice President, Terry manages direct and indirect sales channels for both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Procelerate Technologies Terry aided the successful launch of Federation Web a start up focused on the Aerospace and automotive verticals. Terry was also instrumental in the growth and successful acquisition of International Computex an early stage company in Atlanta, which provided strategic sourcing solutions to manufacturers. In addition, to performing sales management roles, raising capital, and building sales organizations, Terry has lead successful sales campaigns with companies such as SDRC, NCR, and EDS Australia where he was responsible for new market penetration and growth.

C. K. Prahalad was chairman of PRAJA, Inc., a software company located in San Diego, Calif., from 2000 to 2002. Prahalad is The Harvey Freuhauf Professor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan. He is a specialist in corporate strategy and the role of top management in large, diversified, multinational companies. Since completing his D.B.A. at Harvard University, he has been a visiting research fellow at Harvard, a professor at the Indian Institute of Management and a visiting professor at the European Institute of Business Administration.

Robert P. DeRodes serves as First Data’s chief technology officer (CTO). In this role, DeRodes is responsible for product development, systems, infrastructure, and processes. His worldwide team focuses on identifying, creating and implementing technologies that drive customer solutions. DeRodes’ IT experience spans more than 39 years in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail and airline. He recently served as executive vice president and chief information officer for The Home Depot, where he was responsible for leading the company’s technology transformation. DeRodes also served as chief executive officer for Delta Technology, Inc. and chief information officer for Delta Air Lines. In these roles, he was responsible for all aspects of global technology and communications for the airline’s operations. Prior to Delta, DeRodes was chief technology officer for Citibank N.Y. Global Card Products Group, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of a global cards technology platform. In addition, he has led software development and company-wide systems implementation for other innovative companies such as The SABRE Group, a subsidiary of AMR Corporation and United States Automobile Association (USAA). DeRodes offers his leadership skills and experience to several industry forums as well. He currently serves as an advisor to the Center for CIO Leadership. Previously, he was senior industry advisor to the Department of Homeland Security and industry advisor to the Secretary of Defense on information technology. A native of Wooster, Ohio, DeRodes earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Louis University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas in Austin.

Steve is the sole external, non-federal, member of the US Department of Veterans Affairs Executive Committee/Business Oversight Board chaired by the presidential cabinet secretary. He also serves as a US Treasury Department Senior Advisor, at the US Government Cabinet Secretary level. Previously, Steve was on Revlon's Executive Board and COO responsible for global demand & fulfillment programs plus information management & technology. Earlier, he was Johnson & Johnson's worldwide corporate Vice President of Business Improvement & Management Quality - reporting to the Executive Committee - for JNJ's portfolio of 180 worldwide operating companies in 59 countries. Steve led portfolio assessment, financial and operational improvements. His outcomes include: reforming JNJ's global $8B consumer healthcare products supply chain, integration into JNJ of multi-billion dollar acquisitions of medical device, pharmaceuticals and consumer products firms, and expansionary growth of Neutrogena from $275M to $1B in 4 years. He served on JNJ healthcare company management boards in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Mr. Roehrich served as a career United States Naval Officer & naval aviator with 4,327 flight hours in carrier and land based tactical combat aircraft, holding leadership roles in Navy squadrons and air-wings with non-flying assignments as CFO of the US Naval Academy and CFO of a $3 billion Navy weapons program. He taught economics and business at the US Naval Academy where he was selected educator of the year. Steve is a member of NCR Corporation's Teradata (Informatics) Executive Board; Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Business Advisory Board and was a board member of Connectadas.com. He holds a master's degree in financial management from the US Naval Post-Graduate School and has completed advanced management education at the Wharton School of Business-University of Pennsylvania.
