Mr. Geman is the President/CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors of SPF. From 1994 to 1998, he was President of Pretzelmaker a national franchisor of soft pretzels that he built from a handful to over 240 stores and sold to Mrs. Fields Cookies, Inc. in November 1998. Prior to SPF Mr. Geman was an officer, and director of both Bayview Technology Group a company that developed energy efficient products, and in the early 90's of Portfolio Management Consultants, Inc., an investment advisory firm managing assets for high net worth individuals. Mr. Geman has been a licensed attorney since 1973.

Mark "Max" Maximovich has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, having started as a nightclub and restaurant manager for two different organizations from 1985 to 1994. He owned and operated Antonino's Italian restaurant from 1994-96. In 1996 he became the VP of Operations for PretzelMaker until its sale to Mrs. Field's Cookies in late 1998 and then became the VP of Canadian and NE US Operations for Mrs. Field's stable of franchises until 2003. In 2003 he became the VP of Midwest Franchise operations for Quizno's a position he held until just before joining Spicy Pickle.

Mr. Jones graduated from the University of Texas in 1978 with a juris doctorate degree, and from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1975 with a bachelor of arts degree. Mr. Jones founded the law firm Jones & Cannon in July of 1980. Mr. Jones was certified in the area of commercial real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1984, and was re-certified in 1989, 1994, and 1999. He is the author of an article, "Texas Mechanics' and Materialmen's Lien Laws: A Guide Through the Maze," which appeared in the Texas Bar Journal in March of 1985.
