Oswald "Oz" Mondejar is a Human Resources Professional and Management Consultant specializing in the development and execution of Recruitment, Orientation, and Retention Programs, Diversity Management, Disability Awareness and Reasonable Accommodation. His academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Lesley College. Mr. Mondejar is also very active in the community. He is a Board Member of the Latino Professional Network, Spaulding Rehabilitation's Board of Overseers, and serves on the Advisory Boards of Partners for Youth With Disabilities, AIDS Action Committee, Resource Partnership and the Massachusetts Business Leadership Network.
