Bill Jones currently serves as president of Air2Web, responsible for driving the company strategy and execution. He joined Air2Web as chief marketing officer in May 2007, with more than 20 years of software and mobility experience. Previously, Jones served as Nokia's Director of Product Management and Enterprise Solutions, driving product management and execution for all of Nokia's enterprise solutions worldwide. Before working at Nokia, Jones was the Vice President of Products at Intellisync, managing a diverse portfolio of acquired products while supporting aggressive product marketing. He held several vice president positions at Atlanta-based Synchrologic as well as several senior management roles at IBM, Lotus, and Samna. He has a BA with honors in Economics from the University of Georgia and a MBA from Rice University.

Kyle Truax serves as Air2Web's Senior Vice President of Customer Operations, responsible for managing the company's worldwide customer-facing technical operations and overseeing Air2Web's global network operation centers. He joined Air2Web in April 2007 with more than 20 years of software industry experience. Previously, Truax managed the professional services operations of Nokia's Enterprise Solutions Americas region. Additionally, he ran client services for Intellisync and Synchrologic, and also is a veteran of Informix and EDS technical services. Truax holds a bachelor of science degree from Syracuse University.

Founder, President & CEO Aqua Marine Partners, LLC. A lifelong boater, Mr. Sturner founded Aqua Marine Partners, LLC (AMP) in 2002. Mr. Sturner led the acquisition of Hi Lift Marina, a 269 slip, full-service marina, and its 30-year-old boat dealership. A seasoned executive with a proven entrepreneurial track record and extensive strategic deal making experience, he founded AMP to locate and invest in marine industry companies. Prior to founding AMP, Mr. Sturner was a founding executive of two start-up ventures. He served as President of Corporate & Business Development of SportsLine.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPLN), the publisher of cbs.sportsline.com. He joined SportsLine in 1995 and managed all aspects of domestic and international business development initiatives, corporate development, M&A, e-commerce and legal affairs for the company. Before joining SportsLine, Mr. Sturner served as the Vice President of Business Development for MovieFone (NASDAQ: MOFN), after he sold his company Interactive Services to MovieFone in 1994. After graduating with a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1990, he worked as an attorney in the Bankruptcy, Workout & Restructuring department of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Mr. Sturner received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Washington University. Admitted to the New York, Connecticut and Washington, D.C. bars. He was appointed to the Building Regulatory Board of the town of Golden Beach. Mr. Sturner is an active member of the Marine Industry Association of South Florida and was formerly a Director of the International Marina Institute where he served as treasurer before it merged with Marina Operators Association of America in 2004. He sits on the Board of the Marina Mile Association and is Chairman of the Board of Passport Marine, Inc.

With over 7 years commercial experience in the wireless telecom and media industry, Tobias is a leader in Sales and Business Development. Based in Paris and later in London, he worked as Sales Director for a major American mobile data aggregator. Whilst in this role, he was responsible for growing the sales and bringing the company to forefront of the market. Prior to working in Paris, Tobias was the Sales Manager for iobox in Scandinavia. He has also held a number of different commercial roles within the wider media and internet industries.

Bill Nussey has more than 14 years of experience as a chief executive for technology companies. Previously, Nussey was president and CEO of iXL Inc., a publicly traded e-business consulting firm. During his tenure, iXL executed its initial public offering, grew revenues from $10 million to $120 million per quarter and served multiple Fortune 500 customers including General Electric, JP Morgan and Delta. Prior to iXL, Nussey was an investment professional with Greylock, where he worked on investments including DoubleClick, MediaMetrix and iXL. Before Greylock, Nussey was the co-founder and CEO of Da Vinci Systems. When he sold the company to ON Technologies in 1994, Da Vinci was the third most widely used email product in the world with more than 3 million customers in 45 countries. Over the years and under Nussey's guidance, Silverpop has been the originator of many industry best practices and innovations. As CEO, he has consulted with numerous marketing executives on the use of email as a strategic communications channel and uncovered solutions to many of the challenges marketers are facing. Nussey shares these insights in his groundbreaking book, "The Quiet Revolution in Email Marketing." In 2004, Nussey received the Direct Marketing Association's Marketing Technology and Internet Council Annual Award of Excellence, and was named Marketer of the Year by the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association. He also serves on the board of directors of nuBridges and Air2Web. Nussey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Most recently, Mr. Parrish served as Senior Vice President of Standards for Openwave Systems. Before joining Openwave, Mr. Parrish was Vice President of Marketing for GTE Mobile Communications and General Manager of Mobile Data for GTE Mobile Communications. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Contel Cellular, Inc. and co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriCom Corporation. Mr. Parrish also served as Chief of Staff in the Department of Interior under the Carter Administration and was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors for the WAP Forum.

Greg Santoro serves as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for NII Holdings, Inc. where he is responsible for corporate strategy, product marketing and management, and new service development. Santoro coordinates the development of NII’s long term strategic plan and leads key strategic growth initiatives such as mobile data, wireless broadband, and the next generation network program. Additionally, Santoro oversees product management and development, which comprises subscriber equipment portfolio, wireless data and enhanced voice products; and he establishes and drives cross-market marketing, branding, and sales support initiatives necessary to help NII meet its key business objectives. Prior to assuming his new position within NII Holdings, Santoro served as the Vice President of Products and Services for Nextel Communications, Inc where he was responsible for product management for Nextel’s suite of voice, data, digital media and custom network solutions product lines. In this role, he represented enhanced voice services, such as the Direct Connect™ family of Push to Talk™ services, directory assistance and calling features; subscriber units; wireless data services such as messaging, blackberry and mobile office products; enterprise solutions targeted at vertical industries; digital media; and in-building and campus solutions. Santoro was also responsible for Nextel’s e-business services organization, which oversaw the www.nextel.com website, its on-line store and MyNextel customer self-service center. Prior to joining Nextel in 2000 as Vice President of Internet and Wireless Services, he served as Vice President of Product Development at BellSouth.net. There, he was responsible for the management and development of BellSouth’s portfolio of Internet products, including the company’s consumer Internet service BellSouth.net™, business internet access products, consumer ADSL services, and web hosting services. Santoro was a founding member of CTIA’s Wireless Internet Council where he has helped foster cross carrier initiatives to improve the access and breadth of wireless services for all mobile customers in the US and abroad. Santoro has an MBA from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a BS degree in computer science, cum laude, from the University of Vermont.
