"Wes Bush is president and chief operating officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation. Bush was appointed president in May 2006 and chief operating officer in March 2007. He also serves on the company’s corporate policy council. He was appointed corporate vice president and chief financial officer for the company in 2005. Dr. Dale Burton is sector vice president, Technology and Chief Technology Officer for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector, reporting directly to the sector president. He is responsible for directing the technology focus, reviewing sector technology development, and managing the decision-making process for discretionary resources for technology development and fielding. Having joined Northrop Grumman in July 1987 as a lead engineer, Dr. Burton was promoted to chief systems engineer a year later, heading the preparation of the top-level Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (Joint STARS) Preliminary Design Review summary. He led the engineering flight test system integration and flight test effort to a successful completion, which was capped by the "Early Look" and the European operational field demonstrations in 1990. Dr. Robert F. Brammer is vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector. He is responsible for the sector's technology strategy and investments, and he reviews regularly all major sector programs and proposals to ensure continuing technology leadership. Current major IT sector investment areas include advanced wireless, satellite and optical networks, information operations and security engineering, large-scale information and knowledge management, enterprise systems and managed services, and software and enterprise engineering. He also worked on a dual assignment as the CTO for Primark, a previous TASC parent corporation in the 1990s. He led technology infusion from TASC into Primark global financial information services businesses. He also led technology due diligence for several acquisitions, managed global telecommunications serving customers in more than 60 countries and provided oversight for the implementation of a new SAP-based ERP system. Prior to serving as TASC's CTO, Dr. Brammer was director of its Physical Sciences Division. He began its weather-related business and several applications of earth and environmental remote-sensing technologies. He led numerous research and development programs in high-performance computing, digital image processing and geophysical sciences for programs within the U.S. national security community, and developed the first commercial weather satellite ground station. Before joining the company, Dr. Brammer was with NASA where he worked on Apollo and Skylab. His work focused on real-time software for tracking, command, telemetry and communications. Dr. Brammer has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan, and master's and doctoral degrees in mathematics from the University of Maryland. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi, and is a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. He received achievement awards for work on the Apollo program and for principal investigator research on NASA satellite remote-sensing programs. He is a Fellow of both the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers and the American Meteorological Society. Albert F. Radio Systems also developed affordable modular avionics upgrades to military platforms and supplied multifunction antenna systems, integration support facilities, management and information systems, simulation and modeling tools, software development and a full-spectrum of engineering services for the military and aircraft prime contractors. Prior to his service with Radio Systems, Mr. Vandervoet was vice president of the Quality, Procurement and Operations organization for TRW Space and Electronics. He also served as vice president and general manager of the Telecommunication Programs and the Electronics Systems and Technology divisions. His responsibilities included overseeing electronic space payload programs and electronics technology development of space and terrestrial products. Glenn F. Lamartin is sector vice president of programs for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. In this role, he is responsible for management, technical and programmatic oversight of vital programs across the organization. He is also the sectora s program review authority. Dr. Lamartin joined Northrop Grumman in January 2006 as sector director of special projects, Mission Assurance, where he led an array of projects in the areas of strategy, planning, and execution. Prior to this, Dr. Lamartin served for 34 years in the Department of Defense, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He last served as director for defense systems, reporting to the undersecretary of defense for acquisition, technology and logistics. Dr. Lamartina s awards include recognition as a Presidential Rank Award Distinguished Executive and Secretary of Defense Medals for Meritorious Civilian Service. Dr. Lamartin earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland, and both a Master of Science in system management and a Doctorate of public administration from the University of Southern California. Glenn is an adjunct professor at Georgetown Universitya s Public Policy Institute where he teaches courses in national security and defense management.

Joe G. Taylor, Jr., is vice president of Land Forces Operations and corporate lead executive (CLE) for the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). As vice president, Mr. Taylor has responsibility for leading the Battle Command, Integrated Platform Solutions and Logistics Technologies business units. He is responsible for the overall performance and growth of these land forces-focused business units and their associated market strategy development and execution. He also serves as an interface with key customers in these important market areas. Mr. Taylor joined Northrop Grumman in August 2003 following a 29-year career with the U.S. Army. Attaining the rank of major general, his final military assignment was the commanding general of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, a position he assumed in August 2002. His other general officer assignments included: chief of legislative liaison for the U.S. Army from January 2000 to August 2002; and assistant division commander for Support and Maneuver for the 4th Infantry Division from September 1998 until January 2000. Mr. Taylor served in a wide range of staff and command positions including field commands through the brigade level. John Clay is sector vice president and general manager for the ICBM Prime Integration Contract. He has more than 30 years of acquisition and management experience. Mr. Clay leads the industrial team given the responsibility by the Air Force to sustain and modernize the nationa s ICBMs. The team was awarded the prime integration contract on December 22, 1997. The ICBM Prime Team is headquartered in Clearfield, Utah, adjacent to Hill AFB and the Air Forcea s ICBM Systems Program Office. Mr. Clay joined TRW in 2000. Previous to his employment with TRW (which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in December 2002), Mr. Clay served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring with the rank of brigadier general. During his final assignment, he was Director of Space and Nuclear Deterrence, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition), in the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Before serving in the Pentagon, he was Vice Commander, Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command in Los Angeles. As vice president, Business Development, Kent Schneider leads all business development activities within Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector, including overseeing its long-range strategic plan. Michele P. Toth is vice president of Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) and Competitive Excellence for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector. Otto J. Guenther is sector vice president of special programs, reporting to corporate vice president and president of Mission Systems, Jerry Agee. Paul K. Meyer is sector vice president, Air Mobility Systems, for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector. Before joining Northrop Grumman in May 2000, Mr. Meyer was vice president, Business Development at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, where he was responsible for new business development aspects. His experience encompassed management of new and sustaining program development, classified program and technology development, international special mission aircraft sales, reusable space launch vehicle market development, and strategic planning for the entire company. Mr. Meyer has been actively involved in the aerospace industry since August 1988, with varied duties as an avionics design engineer, business development manager on the Advanced Tactical Fighter DEM/VAL program, and system engineer on F-117A. While a member of the stealth fighter team, he served in several program management positions in Mission Planning, F-117 Advanced Programs, A/F-117X, and ultimately TACAIR Special Projects, focusing on advanced fighter design concepts. He earned his bachelor of science in Business Administration in 1978 and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Meyer is a graduate of the USAF Fighter Weapons Instructor Course. He is also a graduate of USC's Executive Management Development Program. Wendell D. "Daniel L. Montgomery is Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for Huntsville, Alabama. As CLE for Huntsville programs, Mr. Montgomery serves as the principal corporate point of contact for Northrop Grumman’s Huntsville customers. He coordinates corporate-wide resources to satisfy current and future customer needs, and is responsible for all Northrop Grumman community activities, and corporate-wide, multi-sector business development initiatives. Edward T. Alexander, Jr. is the newly appointed Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for the U.S. Air Force Space & Missile Systems Center (SMC), Los Angeles, California. In his last position, Ed served as the System Program Director of the Space Superiority Systems Wing with responsibility for developing and sustaining offensive and defensive counterspace, space situation awareness, and special-access-required systems to gain, maintain, and exploit space superiority. He has received many awards and decorations, including the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit and multiple Meritorious Service Medals. Mr. Alexander has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He also holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida and a Master’s degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, Ft McNair, Washington DC. He is a distinguished graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and has completed the Defense Systems Management College Advanced Program Managers’ Course and the National Defense University Senior Acquisition Program. Fred grew up in a large family in St. Jerome's parish in Hyattsville, MD. He graduated from Gonzaga High School and subsequently earned an AB degree in Mathematics from Mount St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, MD and a MS degree in Numerical Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Fred retired from a 34-year career at the Department of Defense in 2000 and he is currently working as a Systems Engineer for Northrop Grumman. Coach Ehrman has been around the IND Softball program since 1992 when his sister Kristan (Class of '95) played on the team. While not an official coach, he helped Coach Sandy Altadonna in a number of ways, including acting as interim coach for two games in 1994. After his sister graduated in 1995, he moved into an official position as assistant coach in 1996. With Altadonna's departure, Coach Ehrman became head coach in 1997. Since 1997 Tim Trotta has served as an assistant. Coach Trotta continues to provide invaluable help to the program. Coach Ehrman currently ranks as the winningest coach in the history of the IND Varsity Softball program. In addition to high school softball, Coach Ehrman coached for the Lake Shore ASA Class C Unlimited Fastpitch team. This team won ASA State and Regional Titles and finished 9th in the Class C ASA National Tournament in 2000. He also helped in various capacities on the ASA Select teams his sister played on including Wagners, Lake Shore 18&U, Outlaws, and Lake Shore 16&U. Prior to this, he was a coach for Edreco's All-Star traveling team. Coach Ehrman works for Northrop Grumman as an engineer. He attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated in 1986 with a BS in electrical engineering and in 1988 with a MS in EE. He is a 1982 graduate of Mount St. Joseph High School and was on the Varsity Wrestling team, a dynasty that won 22 consecutive conference championships from 1976-1997.

Jeffrey Mounzer is a third-year double major in Electrical Engineering and Economics. His interest in VentureForth stems from his passion for leadership and his desire to become an entrepreneur in engineering and high tech. Jeff is also the president of the Triton Engineering Student Council (TESC), the umbrella organization for the 16 engineering student organizations of the Jacobs School of Engineering. This leadership group serves to promote the professional and social development of the engineering student body. In previous years, Jeff has served in TESC as the VP Finance and the Chairman of the Disciplines of Engineering Career Fair, a recruiting fair which brings together engineering students and members of industry. During his year as Chairman, he grew the event from 20 companies, 500 students in attendance, and $13,000 raised to 50 companies, 1,500 students in attendance, and $36,000 raised. Jeff?s other experiences include electrical engineering and systems engineering internships at General Atomics and Northrop Grumman, research in CalIT2 on RFID mobile asset tracking and 1/f noise, research in underwater optical communications, founding a company with other members of VentureForth that delivers web-based project collaboration and management solutions, and memberships in several other student organizations. He plans to get a Master?s Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and he hopes to someday become the CEO of a major high-tech firm.

"John Pettitt is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for San Diego, California.
