David Gonski was appointed as a non-executive director of Westfield Holdings Limited in 1985. He holds degrees in law and commerce from the University of NSW. Mr Gonski is chairman of Investec Bank Australia Limited, Coca-Cola Amatil Limited and ASX Limited and a director of Singapore Airlines Limited. He is also chairman of Sydney Grammar School, the National E-Health Transition Authority (NEHTA) and Chancellor of the University of NSW. Mr Gonski is a member of the Westfield Group Audit & Compliance Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Mr. Sasi Ganeshan is the Managing Director of the General Sales Agency of Singapore Airlines in Colombo, as well as the Company's Outbound Travels division. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Management UK, he counts many years of experience in and possesses a wide knowledge of the Travels industry.

Gordon Ramsay has been named Chef of the Year in the UK (2000) and his restaurant group is the recipient of 7 Michelin stars. Chef Ramsay is Scottish by birth and was brought up in England from the age of 5. He has worked in numerous locations, including London and France. In October 1993, Chef Ramsay became part owner of Aubergine (Chelsea, London) where he won many accolades including two Michelin stars awarded within just three years of opening. Chef Ramsay's cooking is renowned and well appreciated for its rich flavours, while remaining light and healthy. He is also a book author and presents his own cookery series "Passion for Flavour".

Regarded as one of Asia's preeminent authorities on wine, Jeannie Cho Lee was the first Asian to be awarded the illustrious Master of Wine (MW) title in 2008. She is the co-founder of The Fine Wine School in Hong Kong and is an approved WSET Certified Educator as well as a Certified Wine Educator from the Society of Wine Educators in the United States. Jeannie contributes regularly to renowned wine magazines such as Decanter, Wine Spectator and Revue du Vin. Besides being a wine educator and columnist, Jeannie travels frequently around regional Asia to report on market trends, lectures at various Institute of Masters of Wine seminars worldwide, and judges international wine competitions like the Decanter World Wine Awards (London), International Wine Challenge (London & Tokyo) and the Royal Adelaide Wine Show. In 2009, Jeannie was awarded the Vinitaly International Award for her contributions to the wine industry by the organisers of Vinitaly, the largest wine trade fair in the world. Jeannie graduated from Harvard University with a Master's degree in Public Policy.

In 1988, Michael Hill Smith became the first Australian to pass the rigorous Master of Wine examination. He also won the Madame Bollinger Tasting Medal that same year. Aiming to make some of the best wines in Australia, Michael formed 'Shaw and Smith' with his cousin Martin Shaw, specialising in Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Shiraz grown in the Adelaide Hills. He is also a wine consultant, wine judge, writer and broadcaster. As the current Australian Regional Chairman for the Decanter World Wine Awards, Michael has attained extensive tasting experience in numerous international and Australian wine shows. In 2008, he was awarded the prestigious Order of Australia in recognition of his contributions to the Australian wine industry. Michael received his education in Roseworthy Agricultural College and received an Advanced Diploma from Cordon Bleu School in London.

Sam Leong is the award-winning Director of Kitchens for Singapore's Tung Lok restaurant group and the maestro behind the modern Chinese cuisine served at renowned Singapore restaurants: Jade, My Humble House, Space @ My Humble House, and Paddy Fields Thai Restaurant. Testament to his 20+ years of hard work and well-honed skill, Leong has won numerous accolades, including hat trick wins of 'Asian Ethnic Chef of the Year' in 2001, 2002, and 2004 at the prestigious World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence. In August 2004, Leong attained yet another significant milestone in his culinary career by publishing, "A Wok Through Time", featuring 60 of his best recipes. Leong's creations reflect the cultural diversity and modernity of his Singapore home - traditional Chinese dishes transformed with an infusion of western herbs and Asian spices, presented in pleasingly contemporary styles.

Sanjeev Kapoor is Chef, TV host, author of 10 best selling cookbooks, restauranteur and winner of several culinary awards. Chef Kapoor has won numerous accolades, among which include the Best Cooking Programme, five times in a row, Best Executive Chef in India by Food and Hotel Service in 1993 and the "Mercury Gold Award" at IFCA Geneva (1993) for "Best Meal Concept and Creation". His innovations in Indian cuisine have made him a household name in India and abroad. Known for popularizing Indian cooking programmes, his show which first started in 1993 now has over a staggering 150 million viewers in 60 countries.

A restaurateur and global wine consultant, Steven's clients include Christie's, for whom he created and manages the Christie's Wine Course. He is also a Consultant Editor to Decanter Magazine and Vice President of the Circle of Wine Writers. Steven is Chairman of the Decanter World Wine, and since 1999 has been Chairman of the Japan Wine Challenge, the largest wine competition in Asia. He has authored several books on wine, and is co-author with Oz Clarke of "The Clarke-Spurrier Guide to Fine Wines". Steven founded L'Academie du Vin, the first wine school in Paris, and is the recipient of numerous awards, including "Le Grand Prix de l'Academie Internationale du Vin" (2001; the third time this award has been given since 1982), and "The Andre Tchelistcheff Maestro Award" from California. Steven was educated at Rugby School and the London School of Economics, and joined the wine trade as a trainee with Christopher & Co. of Saint James's (founded 1666).

A third-generation chef, Yoshihiro Murata is a leading and respected authority who has helped develop and shape Japan's culinary culture. Chef Murata has earned numerous accolades, including his appointment as the Assistant Chairman of the Kyoto Japanese Culinary Association. He is currently a master chef and proprietor of the renowned Kikunoi Kyoto restaurant. Chef Murata, who lectures at several Japanese culinary schools, has published three books, presented culinary TV programmes, and held several food promotions overseas.

Zhu Jun is the Executive Chef at Jade Garden Restaurant an icon that is synonymous with elegance, quality and service excellence. Credited with establishing the Jade Garden brand, Chef Zhu is an authority on the art of Shanghainese cuisine and has garnered several accolades to his name, including 'Excellent Chef' at the 15th China Chef Festival. Today, Chef Zhu's creations also include a range of Sichuan, Cantonese and Fujian specialties.

Mr Chew joined the Board and was appointed Deputy Chairman of SIA Engineering Company with effect from 22 May 2003. Mr Chew is the CEO and a Director of Singapore Airlines Ltd, which he joined in 1972. He is a Director of Singapore Exchange Ltd and of Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). He holds a Bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Singapore, and a Master’s degree in Operations Research and Management Studies from Imperial College, University of London.
