Airgo Networks

Jeffry Allen is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Network Appliance (NASDAQ: NTAP). Prior to his role on the Board, Mr. Allen was the vice president of business operations at Network Appliance. He managed manufacturing operations and took responsibility for content delivery and NearStorage business lines as well as strategic initiatives for the SAN market. Allen joined the company in 1996 as CFO and vice president of finance and operations. Prior to joining Network Appliance, Mr. Allen served as senior vice president of operations for Bay Networks, where he was responsible for manufacturing and distribution functions. From 1990 to 1995, he held the position of controller for SynOptics Communications and became vice president and controller for Bay Networks, the new company created via the merger of SynOptics and Wellfleet Communications. Previously, Mr. Allen had a 17-year career at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he served in a variety of financial, information systems and financial management positions, including controller for the Information Networks Group. Mr. Allen holds a bachelor of science degree from San Diego State University.

Mike Gordon was a founder of Meritech in 1999 and currently focuses on the communications equipment and service provider and semiconductor sectors. He has been directly involved with Airgo Networks, BigBand Networks, Calix Networks, Commverge Solutions, FiberTower, Integrated Solutions, Omneon Networks, TeleAtlas NV, Visto Corporation, Vonage Holdings Corporation. Mike joined Meritech Capital Partners from Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown where he was a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst and focused on companies in the communications, networking, wireless data, semiconductor and service provider segments. Mike was the research analyst during the equity financings of Ciena Corporation, Broadcom Corporation, and JDS Uniphase Corporation and was recognized as a two-time Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst. Prior to joining Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Mike worked at Montgomery Securities and Salomon Brothers. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University.

Since joining Sevin Rosen Funds in 1983, Mr. Dow has helped entrepreneurs refine their great ideas and turn them into thriving realities. As a General Partner at Sevin Rosen Funds, Mr. Dow fills the role of advisor and counselor for young companies during their incubation periods, helping them lay the foundation for a fast start. He currently serves on the boards of Cytokinetics and Citrix, two public companies funded by Sevin Rosen Funds. He also sits on the boards of Limerick Neurosciences, Kabira, Plectix B iosystems, and Reactive Nanotechnologies. His empathy for the entrepreneur developed in the 1980s when he was CEO for Ansa Software and Calera. In that role, he performed day-to-day operational duties that are familiar to entrepreneurs the world over, from writing business plans to buying office furniture to calling on prospective customers. He has a special appreciation of the entrepreneurial spirit, and understands how to make it grow and thrive.
