He is the founder of the BT Mancini Company, has served as Chairman of the Mineta San Jose International Airport Commission and has been a licensed pilot. Mr. Mancini has served on numerous community boards in both California and Nevada.
Vice President of Sales and Resort Marketing for Vail Resorts Inc. and Heavenly Mountain Resort, Mr. Wagnon directs the marketing for one of the top-five winter sports resorts in the United States. Appointed by the RSCVA, Mr. Wagnon is the current President of Ski Lake Tahoe and has served on the boards of the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority and the California Travel Industry Association.

Mr. Mayer has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Nevada for more than 34 years. Mr. Mayer is a former member and President of the State of Nevada Real Estate Commission, and former member of the Sparks Planning and Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Commissions. Mr. Mayer has served on a wide variety of civic, committee, and service clubs. Appointed by the City of Sparks, Trustee since July 2003.
Former Congressional District Representative and formerly with Sierra Pacific Power, Harrah's, and Washoe Health System. Ms. Atcheson has served as president of numerous organizations: EDAWN, WIN, KNPB, Nevada Women's Fund, Truckee Meadows Tomorrow and Reno Philharmonic Association. She is an active community citizen working in the areas of health and human services and education. Appointed by City of Reno, Trustee since July 2003.
Ms. Simmons is the Vice President of External Affairs for Sierra Pacific Power Company and a 2007 Washoe County appointment. Ms. Simmons is a 22-year employee with Sierra Pacific and holds a CPA. She has extensive financial experience and a history of serving on community boards including EDAWN, The Nevada Women's Fund, Reno/Sparks Chamber and the American Red Cross.
Ms. Thompson, a Washoe County appointee, is a public relations consultant and a former spokesperson for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Ms. Thompson spent nine years with the Congressional Affairs Office of the Department of Energy and Department of the Interior. Ms. Thompson serves on the boards of the Nevada Opera, Morrison University, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Food Bank and UNR's Pack Paws.
