John J. McMahon, Jr. is Chairman and a co-founder of Ligon Industries, LLC. He has been involved in direct equity investing for more than 30 years. Mr. McMahon worked for McWane, Inc., a closely held manufacturing holding company with over 20 plants and over one billion in sales, for 25 years. During his career at McWane, Inc., Mr. McMahon held numerous management positions including President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. McMahon negotiated over 25 acquisitions ranging from publicly held companies to small privately held companies. Mr. McMahon serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of McWane, Inc; and is a director of Alabama National Bancorporation, National Bank of Commerce, Protective Life Insurance Company, ProAssurance, John H. Harland Company, UAB Health Systems, University of Alabama Health Services Foundation (Kirklin Clinic), Callahan Eye Foundation, Birmingham Police Foundation and the Birmingham Opera. Mr. McMahon also serves as President Pro-Tem of the board of trustees of the University of Alabama and as a trustee of Birmingham-Southern College. Mr. McMahon's educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College and a law degree from the University of Alabama.

Dan M. David-Age 60- Vice Chairman. Mr. David has served as Vice Chairman of Alabama National since 1997 when First American Bancorp merged with and into Alabama National. Mr. David also serves as Vice Chairman of First American Bank, a position he has held since February 2005. From 1995 to February 2005, Mr. David served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bank. Mr. David served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bancorp from 1995 though 1997.

Dan M. David , 61, has served as a director of ANB since 1997. Mr. David has also served as Vice Chairman of ANB since 1997. Mr. David serves as Vice Chairman of First American Bank, which position he has held since February 2005. From 1995 to February 2005 Mr. David served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bank.

W. Edgar Welden , 64, has served as a director of ANB since 2005. Mr. Welden is an active real estate investor and is the retired Chairman of Southeastern Property Management, Inc. (a real estate development and management company), where he worked from 1977 to 1997. Mr. Welden served as a director of NBC from 1994 through 2005. William D. Montgomery, one of ANB s current directors and a nominee for director, is Mr. Welden s brother-in-law.
