Yanki Margalit is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Ltd. In 1984, he designed and developed several products in the areas of artificial intelligence and software security, founding Aladdin to market them. Mr. Margalit then introduced HASP, a system offering software protection without inconveniencing legitimate users. In 1993, Mr. Margalit took Aladdin public on the NASDAQ stock exchange, and in 1996 he brought about the merger of Aladdin with FAST Software Security in Germany. Aladdin acquired eSafe Technologies in 1998 and Preview Systems in 2001. Today, Aladdin is a worldwide leader in digital security, providing trusted solutions for software Digital Rights Management and Internet Security. A strong proponent of community activism, Mr. Margalit has shaped Aladdin into a company with longstanding involvement in a number of philanthropic and charity organizations.

Masaru Kosaka is the President of Aladdin's Japanese subsidiary. Aladdin Japan has been offering high quality digital security solutions to the technology market for more than a decade. Initially started as a dedicated Aladdin distributor, Aladdin Japan has many years of experience providing high quality service and solutions including software and IP protection, identity and password management, and secure content management. The Aladdin Japan team, led by President Masaru Kosaka, is committed to delivering consistently high quality solutions and professional service to the Japanese market.

Tsion Gonen leads Aladdin's innovative eSafe Business Unit and its line of eSafe solutions that protect against Web-based malware and zero-day threats through an in-line, wire-speed secure Web gateway providing comprehensive secure content management for large organizations, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Tsion comes to Aladdin with an extensive background in the technology sector and telecommunications industry, demonstrating proven sales and management successes. Prior to joining Aladdin, Tsion was instrumental in significantly increasing revenues and gaining major customers while serving as General Manager and Managing Director of Sony Ericsson Israel, and as Vice President of International Marketing & Sales for Emblaze Mobile. Tsion holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Ludger Wilmer joined Aladdin in May 2001 as General Manager for Aladdin Germany and member of the Aladdin Executive Management Team. Ludger comes to Aladdin with a strong background in Sales, Marketing, Services and Business Development, leveraging more than 20 years in the Information Technology industry. Prior to joining Aladdin, Ludger was the Managing Director for Micro Focus and MERANT (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), a leading global e-business software solution company. Ludger's career also spans a long history in Information Technology, holding various positions in companies such as Siemens and Nixdorf. Ludger studied Business Administration in Germany and England, and received his degree as "Diplom Betriebswirt". He recently completed The General Manager Program (TGMP) at Harvard Business School and since 2006 responsible for consolidating and enhancing our business in our major European markets.

Dany Margalit joined our company in 1987 as Research and Development Manager and has served as a director since 1994. In 1989, Mr. Margalit was appointed Executive Vice President, Research and Development. In 1998, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Technologies. Mr. Margalit holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Tony Nelson, network security director for TIS Worldwide, switched from McAfee's antivirus solution to Aladdin's eSafe Enterprise and Gateway solutions for one simple reason: in his words, "central control and deployment." Headquartered in Manhattan's financial district, TIS is an e-business solutions integrator whose corporate WAN spans 11 locations and more than 800 desktops. Keeping these networks and end nodes immunized against malicious code is as much an administrative challenge as it is a technical one. "The ability to deploy both patterns and engines from a WinNT login script is a natural extension of the login process," says Nelson.

William Ward has been an Aladdin eSafe Sales Engineer since 2004. He has performed over twenty eSafe certification courses in various places including the United States, Mexico, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Ward's diverse background includes more than 6-years in the security field, and 14-years in the computer industry. Prior to this, he worked as a reactor operator in the United States Navy.

DAVID ASSIA, a co-founder of our company, has served as a director since our inception in 1983 and assumed the position of chairman of our board of directors in January 2002, and he has served as our acting chief executive officer since August 2005. Mr. Assia served as chairman of our board of directors from 1986 until October 2000 and served as vice chairman of our board of directors from October 2000 until reassuming the position of chairman of our board of directors in January 2002. From 1986 until September 1997, Mr. Assia served as our chief executive officer. Mr. Assia was managing director of Mashov Computers Ltd. between 1980 and 1986 and has served as the chairman of its board of directors since 1989. Mr. Assia also serves as a director of Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd., Enformia Ltd., Radview Software, The Weitzman Institute of Sciences, RRSat Global Communications Network Ltd. and The Israel Association of Software Houses. Mr. Assia holds a B.A. degree in economics and statistics and M.B.A. degree, both from Tel Aviv University.
