Dow Jones Description
Alaris Consulting provides personalized, proactive, on-demand solutions to meet your needs. We are dedicated to helping clients develop and implement innovative cost reduction strategies and achieve a smooth and successful entry into the Asia market. Our capabilities and experience are rooted in strategic sourcing and supply chain process implementation, and many of our consultants have international operations expertise. We employ a rigorous, standardized, and well-proven approach, to enable clients to solve problems, minimize costs, seize Asian opportunities, and increase profits. Our services are applicable across a broad range of industries. Our focus on achieving bottom line results is especially attractive to our clients. Our project results often correlate directly to an increase in Value (typically defined as EBITDA-earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization). As an example, our last seven projects with private equity clients, a core sector we serve, resulted in a combined increase in EBITDA of over $55 million. That translates into more than $375 million in equity value for the owners! Finally, our Asian office in Shanghai, China, provides our clients unique access to a skilled multi-lingual staff that can rapidly exploit a variety of opportunities across the Asian marketplace.
