A graduate of the University of Kentucky in Business Administration, Rick is a seasoned business professional with more than 20 years of consulting and sales management experience. Rick's background includes extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Health Care Industry, including business development, mergers and acquisitions, technology planning, and financial business analysis. Rick served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Coastal Physician Group. He has a strong and successful background in technology and software start-ups, building sales and marketing organizations, and revitalizing corporations through turn-around strategies. He has worked in both public and private sector corporations and has successfully owned several consulting businesses and a community pharmacy business. Representing LearnSomething in our industries, Rick is an Associate Member of the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations (NASPA) and a member of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) Pharmacy Conference Planning Committee, the National Council of Prescription Drug Plans (NCPDP), the American Pharmacist Association (APhA), and the National Pharmacy Technician Association (NPTA).
Jeff Noddle is chairman and chief executive officer of Minnesota-based SUPERVALU INC.®, the third-largest grocery retail company and leading food distributor in the United States. He has held this position since 2002.
Prior to his present position, he held a number of leadership positions across SUPERVALU’s retail and supply chain operations, including president and chief operating officer; corporate executive vice president and president and chief operating officer of SUPERVALU’s supply chain company; and corporate vice president, Merchandising.
In addition to his role as chairman of the SUPERVALU board of directors, Noddle serves on a number of industry and corporate boards. He is the immediate past chairman of the board of directors of The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and serves as a member of the boards of directors of Donaldson Company, Inc., Ameriprise Financial, Inc., The Food Industry Center at the University of Minnesota, the Independent Grocers Alliance, Inc. (IGA), and the Academy of Food Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University. In addition, he is a member of The Business Council, a national organization of CEOs.
Noddle is also active in Minneapolis civic affairs, currently serving on the Greater Twin Cities United Way board of directors and executive committee, the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management’s Board of Overseers, and as a member of the executive committee of the Minnesota Business Partnership.

Bruce Heitzinger is Senior Vice President, Central Region of Centro Properties Group (US). In this role, he oversees approximately 12.9 million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers in seven states, including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin. Through May 2007, Mr. Heitzinger was Director of Leasing, Midwest for Centro Properties Group (US). Until its acquisition by Centro Properties Group (ASX:CNP) in October 2006, he was Director of Leasing for Heritage Property Investment Trust. Mr. Heitzinger joined Heritage in 2002 from Albertsons, where he was a Senior Real Estate Manager responsible for drug and grocery store development in Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix and San Francisco. Prior to 1999, Mr. Heitzinger was a partner at Midwest Properties, a shopping center development company and spent 15 years in the real estate department of Walgreens. He is Chairman of the ICSC Governmental Affairs Committee and a Planning Committee member of the Food Marketing Institute. Mr. Heitzinger has been involved in the shopping center industry for over 28 years.

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, K.V. Mart Co. Darioush Khaledi was first elected to Unified Grocers Board of Directors in 1989 and served until 1991. He was re-elected for a second term in 1993. Darioush is a first generation Persian-American who left his country to protest its dictatorship regime. Shortly after his arrival in Los Angeles, he teamed up with his brother-in-law and they acquired their first Top Valu Market in Torrance, California. Today, Darioush heads a chain of 23 markets, under the banners of Top Valu Market, Valu Plus Food Warehouse, Buy Low, Price Rite Grocery Depot, Amar Ranch and Valu Mart. He also is the founder of Darioush Winery in Napa Valley, California. Darioush serves on the Board of Directors of the Food Marketing Institute, Western Association of Food Chains, Inc., and served as chairman of the Board of Directors of the California Grocers Association. He is also the recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year award in Southern California and the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.

Mr. Sebastian is currently Vice President of Special Projects for Bozzuto's
Inc., a Connecticut based consumer product distributor. Mr. Sebastian did serve on the Board of
Directors of Food Marketing Institute (FMI) acting as Chairman of such company's Vendex and
ABC Convention Committees. Mr. Sebastian has past experience as Director of Grocery
Merchandising for Pegnataro's, Director of Purchasing and varied other management positions for
Sweet Life Foods, various management authority with Supervalu culminating in his position as
Vice President of Category Management for the New England Region previous to the transfer of such part of Supervalu to C&S Wholesalers in Bratelboro, VT whereafter Mr. Sebastian returned
to Bozzuto's in his present management position there. Mr. Sebastian is a member of various
consumer merchandising trade associations and has served in the past on advisory boards and
management committees with IGA, Ralston Purina, Connecticut Food Association, FDI (Formerly
NAWGA) and Emeritus of North East Food Distributors Association) and currently serves as
Chairman of FDI's Vendex and ABC Convention Committees. Mr. Sebastian has also schooled
with the Levinson Institute and a vast array of consumer product distribution training seminars and
has been guest speaker at numerous related trade association seminars, conferences and
conventions including those sponsored by the American Marketing Association, Nestle Foods and
Grocery Manufacture's of America, NEWFDA, the Frozen Food Association of New England, the
Connecticut/Western Mass Knights of the Grip, Grocery Manufacturer Representatives of New
England, Food Marketing Institute and numerous universities and colleges.
Mike Provenzano is the President, Chief Executive Officer for Pro's Ranch Markets. Mr. Provenzano is a recognized leader whose strategic planning and operational expertise has proven invaluable for the Company. His focused vision and effective leadership skills has enabled Pro's Ranch Markets to rise to the next level in the Supermarket Industry. Mr. Provenzano began his career working for three grocery chains in Southern California during the 1960's and 1970's. In 1982, he opened his first grocery store in the community of Ontario, California. In 1997, Mike's knowledge of the industry, enabled him to open Delano and Arvin Ranch Market. Shortly, thereafter in 1999 and 2000, Mr. Provenzano opened his signature stores in Phoenix, Arizona and was named the 2004 Arizona Retailer of the Year. While holding the position as CEO of Pro's Ranch Markets, Mr. Provenzano has served on a variety of Boards. Mike is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Unified Western Grocers and has been a member of the Executive Committee for the National Grocers Association as well as a member of the Arizona Food Marketing Alliance Board (AFMA). He is currently on the Food Marketing Institute Board, the Western Association of Food Chains Board, and most recently received the Ben Schwartz Retail Grocery Visionary Award from Unified Western Grocers, Inc. Mike Provenzano has a Bachelor Degree from Cal Poly Pomona and Masters Degree from the University of Southern California. He is married, has four sons, all of whom are working at Pro's Ranch Markets in various positions and eleven grandchildren.
Pierre-Olivier Beckers (1960). Mr. Beckers has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 1999. Mr. Beckers earned a Master s degree in applied economics at I.A.G., Louvain-La-Neuve and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He began working in the food retail industry in 1982 as a store manager for a bakery chain in Belgium. Mr. Beckers joined us in 1983, to work initially three years in our U.S. operations as a store manager. After his return to Belgium, he broadened his retail experience as a buyer, director of purchasing, member of the Executive Committee and Director and Executive Vice-President in charge of international activities. In January 2000, Mr. Beckers was named Manager of the Year by the leading Belgian business magazine Trends/Tendances. He is on the Board of Directors of the Food Marketing Institute and since July 2008, he is Chairman of the CIES The Food Business Forum (an international food business network serving as interface between more than 400 retailers and suppliers from 50 countries). He is the President of the BOIC (Belgian Olympic Committee) since December 2004, with a current term expiring in 2013. Mr. Beckers is also a Board member of Guberna (a Belgian network for directors and companies that offers a platform for exchange of experience and best practices fostering good corporate governance) and The Belgian Corporate Governance Committee.

Tony Vercillo, President and CEO of IFMC, Inc., has performed marketing, distribution and fleet-related projects for clients around the world, including the countries of Brazil, Italy, France, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, and Venezuela. Mr. Vercillo spent 12 years as an international business consultant, four years as a chief operating officer and regional vice president for a major financial services firm, and nine years as the national manager of distribution for PepsiCo. Mr. Vercillo has an MBA from Arizona State University, with a concentration in leadership and human behavior.
