Samuel Zell has served as our Chairman of the Board since September 2005, and had also previously served as a director from 1999 to 2004, as our President and Chief Executive Officer from July 2002 to April 2004 and as our Chairman of the Board from July 2002 to October 2004. Mr. Zell s one-year term as our Chairman and as a director will expire at the next annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Zell has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of EGI since 1999, and had been Chairman of the Board of Directors of its predecessor, Equity Group Investments, Inc., for more than five years. Mr. Zell has been the chairman and chief executive officer of Tribune Company, a media company, since December 2007. Until its sale in September 2007, Mr. Zell was a trustee and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Equity Office Properties Trust, an equity real estate investment trust, commonly known as a REIT, primarily focused on office buildings, since October 1996, was its Interim President from April 2002 until November 2002 and was its and Interim Chief Executive Officer from April 2002 until April 2003. For more than the past five years, Mr. Zell has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anixter International, Inc., a global distributor of electrical and cable systems; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Equity Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (previously known as of Manufactured Home Communities, Inc.), an equity REIT primarily engaged in the ownership and operation of manufactured home resort communities; Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Equity Residential Properties Trust, an equity REIT that owns and operates multi-family residential properties; and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Trust, Inc., a specialized finance company. Mr. Zell is 67 years old.

F. Philip Handy, 64, CEO of Strategic Industries, a worldwide diversified service and manufacturing company, since 2001. Director since 2006. From 1968 to 1970, Mr. Handy worked at Fidelity Management and Research. He then joined Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette where he served as Vice President from 1970 to 1976. In 1976, he became the CEO of Combanks, a multiple bank holding company based in Orlando, Florida. In 1980, he commenced his career in the private equity business. From 1996 through 1999, Mr. Handy was managing director of Equity Group Corporate Investments, a private investment firm controlled by Sam Zell. Mr. Handy currently serves on the public Board of Directors of Anixter International, Inc., Rewards Network, Inc. and Study Group International. In January 2008, he was re-appointed by President George W. Bush to serve a second term on the National Board of Education Sciences for a three year term; he serves as the vice-chairman of the Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University and later earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. He completed the sixth forum at The Rugby School and graduated from Northfield Mount Hermon School. He also served six years in the U.S. Army Reserve and was honorably discharged in 1973.

George Munoz became a member of the Board of Directors of Esmark on November 27, 2007. Mr. Munoz became a director of Wheeling-Pittsburgh in November 2006. Mr. Munoz is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant. Since 2001, Mr. Munoz has served as Principal and President of Munoz Investment Banking Group, LLC in Washington, DC, and as a partner at the law firm of Tobin, Petkus & Munoz in Chicago. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Munoz was President and CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation where he supervised an $18 billion portfolio of loans, guarantees and political risk insurance on private sector investments in global emerging markets. Mr. Munoz served in the U.S. Treasury Department as Assistant Secretary for Management and Chief Financial Officer from 1993 to 1997. From 1990 to 1993, Mr. Munoz was a partner in the investment banking firm of Stevenson, Colling & Munoz. Mr. Munoz was an associate and partner in the Chicago law firm of Mayer Brown and Platt from 1980 to 1989. Mr. Munoz currently serves as a director for Marriott International Inc., Altria Group Inc., Anixter International, Inc., and MWH, a privately held global engineering consulting firm. In addition, Mr. Munoz is a trustee for The National Geographic Society.

Bob Crandall is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Airlines and chairman of The SABRE Group. As American's top marketing executive, and subsequently as the airline's president and chairman, Mr. Crandall participated in developing many of the innovations that stand to American's credit. These include American's SABRE automation system; the AAdvantage program for frequent travelers; a series of major hubs at Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago, Miami and San Juan and the creation of a wide-ranging international route system. ROD F. DAMMEYER was appointed to our Board of Directors in February 2006. Mr. Dammeyer is the President of CAC, L.L.C., a private company providing capital investment and management advisory services, and is the retired Vice Chairman of Anixter International, where he served from 1985 until February 2001, and retired managing partner of corporate investments of Equity Group Investments, L.L.C., where he served from 1995 until June 2000. Mr. Dammeyer serves as a director of Stericycle, Inc., a medical waste management and healthcare compliance services company. He also serves as a trustee of Van Kampen Investments, Inc. He received a B.S. degree in accounting from Kent State University.
