Region 2 would like to welcome aboard our newest Level I Reserve, Bob Egan. Bob is a Level I Reserve for the Ada County Sheriff's Office, who devotes a great deal of time each month patrolling the Kuna area of Ada County. Bob is the CIO at Boise Corporation here in Boise and is very active in the community. Bob dived right in to his new duties, assisting Craig Rhom with the Level I Academy sponsored by the Southwest Idaho Reserve Association (SWIRA) that ran May through August and graduated 30 new Reserve Officers. Bob's major responsibilities will be assessing the training needs of Reserves and assisting in setting up those classes where and when the Reserve Officers can attend.

Thomas S. Souleles, Managing Director - A.B., Princeton University; J.D., Harvard Law School; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Souleles was with Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. Mr. Souleles concentrates on investments in the basic industries sector and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Forest Products Holdings, LLC (d.b.a. Boise Cascade), Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation, Magellan GP, LLC, Magellan Midstream Holdings GP, LLC, Packaging Corporation of America, US Power Generating Company, and the Children's Memorial Medical Center; and the Board of Trustees of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois Chapter.

Zaid F. Alsikafi, Director - B.S., The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Alsikafi was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financial institutions group and with MDP as an Associate for two years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Forest Products Holdings, L.L.C. (d.b.a. Boise Cascade), Univision Communications Inc., UPC Wind Management, LLC, and US Power Generating Company.
