ROBERT J. CIERZAN has been Secretary since January 1991 and Sr. Vice President—Composite
Materials since May 15, 2008. He was Treasurer of Aldila (or its predecessors) from January 1991
through May 15, 2008, and Vice President—Finance from March 1989 through May 15, 2008. From
September 1988 to February 1989, Mr. Cierzan held the position of Executive Vice President—Finance
at Illinois Coil Spring Company, a diversified manufacturer of springs, automotive push-pull controls
and rubber products.

MICHAEL J. ROSSI has been the Vice President—Sales and Marketing of Aldila Golf Corp. since
March 24, 1997 when he joined the Company. Prior to that, from August 1994 to March 1997,
Mr. Rossi was the Vice President and General Manager of Fujikura Composite America, which
manufactures graphite golf shafts and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujikura Rubber Limited, a
Japanese publicly held company. From November 1989 to August 1994, he was Vice President—Sales
and Marketing for True Temper Sports, a division of the Black & Decker Corporation, which
manufactures steel golf shafts.

Andrew Leitch's career spans 28 years in public accounting, including 20 years as a partner at Deloitte & Touche, as well as holding senior executive positions with a number of private companies. He was Vice Chairman of Deloitte's Management Committee in Hong Kong, and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for all of Asia. He has lived and worked in Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong prior to retiring from public practice and relocating to San Diego. Not one to slow down, Mr. Leitch currently serves as an independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of several NASDAQ listed companies, including Wireless Facilities, Blackbaud, and Aldila Inc.

THOMAS A. BRAND has been a director of the Company since November 1997. Since January 1994, Mr. Brand has been a consultant to the composite materials industry. Since August 2000, he has been a director of Reinhold Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of advanced custom composite components and sheet molding compounds for a variety of applications in the United States and Europe. From 1983 to 1992, he was Senior Vice President/General Manager of Fiberite Advanced Materials, a business unit of ICI-PLC. From 1964 to 1983, Mr. Brand served as Vice President/General Manager, Fiberite West Coast Corp., which is a division of Fiberite Corporation. Age: 73.
Bryant R. Riley is both founder and Chairman of B. Riley & Co., Inc. B. Riley & Co. is a Southern California based brokerage firm providing research and trading ideas primarily to institutional investors. Founded in 1997, B. Riley & Co. also has offices in San Francisco and New York. Mr. Riley is also the founder and Chairman of Riley Investment Management, LLC, an investment adviser which provides investment management services. He also serves on the board of directors of Aldila, Inc. and Celeritek, Inc., each a Nasdaq listed company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Riley held a variety of positions in the brokerage industry, primarily as an Institutional Salesman and Trader. From October 1993-January 1997 he was a co-head of Equity at Dabney-Resnick, Inc., a Los Angeles based brokerage firm. From 1991-1993 he was a co-founder of Huberman-Riley, a Texas based brokerage firm. Mr. Riley graduated from Lehigh University in 1989 with a B.S. in finance.
Edward Mulhare is a Non-Executive Director, having joined the Board in April 1994. He has served as the chairman of the board of SenTech EAS Corporation since May 1994, and over the past ten years has served as a director of fifteen companies including Aldila Inc., Truck Components, Inc., Pan American Diamond Co., McGraw Industries, Inc., and American Silver Co. He served as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Merrill Lynch Interfunding, Inc., which managed a $1.6 billion leveraged acquisition portfolio. In addition, he has served as executive vice president of Republic National Bank of New York and vice president of Prudential Insurance Company.

MICHAEL J. SHELDON has been a director of the Company since June 2007. He is a marketing
executive. Since 1997 he has been President of Deutsch Los Angeles, the second largest advertising
agency in Southern California and the West Coast’s only fully integrated agency offering state of the art
capabilities in traditional and new media, media planning and buying, direct marketing, customer
relationship management and graphic design. He has also held other industry and charitable positions.
