As chief sales and marketing officer, Mike Majerik is responsible for designing and implementing Magellan's sales and marketing strategy, as well as overseeing Magellan's Public Relations and Communications and Proposal Strategy and Development departments to further drive and support Magellan's business growth efforts. Mike most recently served as executive vice president of sales for CorSolutions Medical, Inc. a leading disease management firm that was acquired by Matria Healthcare in 2006. He had held a variety of progressively responsible sales and marketing positions with CorSolutions during his six-year tenure, and prior to that, had served in sales, marketing and business development roles with CM Healthcare Resources, a health care products and services provider, the USCI Division of C.R. Bard, a medical/surgical product manufacturer, and SmithKline Pharmaceuticals, a predecessor organization of pharmaceutical manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business finance from Indiana University.

Mr. Roggensack is a senior IT executive with 20 years of experience in directing technology-related products, services, and resources to address business needs. He was most recently Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer for Rehabcare Group, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri. He previously served as Vice President of Information Services for Health Partners Southeast, Inc., as well as Vice President of Information Services / CIO for United Healthcare of Illinois. Mr. Roggensack has also held IT management positions with Baxter International Inc. and Andersen Consulting.

Ms. Tang has more than 10 years of experience in health care information analysis, quality measurement and performance reporting. Previously, she was Vice President of Health Informatics and Outcomes Management for CorSolutions Inc. She also worked with more than 50 Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans nationwide on quality measurement, performance reporting and system-wide benchmarking initiatives. Ms. Tang also has extensive knowledge of outcomes management, serving on the CMS Health Outcomes Study Committee from 1998-2000, as well as on the NCQA Committee on Performance Measurement (CPM) from 1998-1999. She is currently a member of the Quality and Research Committee of DMAA.

Jack Lloyd was founder of Nellcor Inc., a manufacturer of medical instruments for anesthesia and critical care, and served as the company's CEO from 1981 to 1990. He retired from Nellcor in 1990 when sales were, which had sales of $150 million. Nellcore is now part of Tyco Medical., merged with Puritan Bennett in 1992. Mr. Lloyd was founder and also President of Humphrey Instruments, now owned by Karl Zeiss, a manufacturer of eye care instruments from 1974 to 1981. He served as Chairman of Aradigm Inc., a developer of aerosol drug delivery systems from 1993 to 1997 and President from 1993 to 1995. He served as director was on the NexRray board from 2000 to 2004. He is founder and director of Alere Medical Inc., a provider of disease management services using electronic home monitoring. Mr. Lloyd serves on the board of several medical device companies and is presently Chairman of Alere Medical Inc. He holds a B.S.M.E. from the University of California at Berkeley.

Phillip A. Turberg has been an independent management consultant since he retired in 1992 after serving as a Director of KPMG Peat Marwick, a public accounting firm, New York, New York since 1989. From 1963 to January 1989, he served as President of Huggins and Company, Inc. Mr. Turberg has been a Director of Unity Mutual Life Insurance Company since 1988. He also serves as a Director of Firemark Investors, Morristown, New Jersey; United Agents Insurance Company, Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Aspen Holdings, Omaha, Nebraska; Alere Medical Company, San Francisco, California; and Unity Financial Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Unity Mutual.
