Mandar Sukhatankar heads the Information Systems and Operations teams at Alibre. With over 7 years of software architecture experience, he oversees the management and development of Alibre's internal systems and other aspects of IT. He also functions as Alibre's Chief Database Architect and Administrator. Until March 2006, he worked at Alibre as the Systems Architect, where he spearheaded development in critical areas of the Alibre Design software and implemented long term technical strategies. He was encouraged to return to Alibre in his present role in October 2006 after working as an Application Architect for BEST CROSSMARK, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and an ISO 9001:2000 certified IT Professional Services firm. Prior to working at Alibre, he worked as a Software Developer at Scient Corporation, a multinational industry leader in e-Business systems. Mandar graduated with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota at Twin Cities with a minor in Computer Science, where he also earned his first patent. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology, India, and is a Project Management Institute (PMI ) certified Project Management Professional (PMP ).

Mike Maples' impressive background spans over 35 years in the computer industry, including tenure at Microsoft, where he served as Executive Vice President of the Worldwide Products Group, and as a member of the Office of the President, reporting directly to Bill Gates. He is still a Microsoft Ambassador, advising Microsoft on strategic relationships and management initiatives. Prior to joining Microsoft, Maples served as the Director of Software Strategy at IBM. He is currently on the boards of J. D. Edwards & Co., Lexmark Corporation, Mission Critical Software, Motive Communications, Alibre, and Concero.
