Align Technology Inc.

Mr. Prescott has served as President and CEO of Align Technology since March 2002. Previously, he was President and CEO of Cardiac Pathways, Inc., where he brought focus to the organization, launched new products and substantially grew the revenue run rate over a 24-month period. Prior to Cardiac Pathways, Mr. Prescott held various sales, general management and executive roles at Nellcor Puritan Bennett, Inc., and various management positions at GE Medical Systems. In addition, Mr. Prescott served in sales, marketing and management roles at Siemens. He earned his Masters degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in 1992 and his Bachelors degree, with emphasis in Civil Engineering, from Arizona State University.

George J. Morrow has served as a director of Align since February 2006. He is currently the Executive Vice President, Global Commercial Operations at Amgen Inc., a global biotechnology company, where he also served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing between 2001 and 2003. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Morrow held multiple leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline Inc. and its subsidiaries, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Glaxo Wellcome Inc. Mr. Morrow holds a B.S. in chemistry from Southampton College, Long Island University, an M.S. in Biochemistry from Bryn Mawr College and an M.B.A. from Duke University.

Mr. Ellis has served as Align Technology's Vice President, North American Sales since June 2005. He is responsible for developing new and existing customer relationships and for scaling Align's North American sales organization. He is also responsible for customer support, training and inside sales. Prior to joining Align, Mr. Ellis was Vice President, Sales for privately-held BARRx Medical. He was alsoVice President, BioSurgery US and Vice President, Sales for Fusion Medical Technologies, a division of Baxter Healthcare, and Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Cardiac Pathways Corporation. Earlier in his career Mr. Ellis held national sales positions of increasing scope and responsibility at Fusion Medical Technologies and Eli Lilly MDD/Guidant Corporation. Mr. Ellis graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University, and subsequently served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Mr. Laks has served as Align Technology's Vice President, International since September 2005 and has been with Align since June 2001. He is responsible for managing strategic direction and operations for Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Prior to joining Align, Mr. Laks was Vice President, Business Development for the diagnostic imaging division of Singapore Technologies. He was also Director of International for ISIX, Ltd., and educational computing services firm. Mr. Laks graduated with a BBA in Business Management from The University of Iowa and and MBA from the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. He also served 5 years in the U.S. Air Force.

Len Hedge was promoted to Vice President of Operations in March 2002. From January 1999 to March 2002, he served as Align's Vice President of Manufacturing, where he built a preeminent worldwide manufacturing team and operation, and customized and deployed many cutting-edge technologies for Align's one-of-a-kind manufacturing process. Prior to Align, Mr. Hedge served as Vice President of Operations for Plynetics Express Corporation, a rapid-prototyping and stereolithography services supplier. From October 1991 to December 1996, Mr. Hedge worked at Beckman Instruments Corporation as Manager for Prototype Manufacturing and Process Development. Prior to joining Beckman, Mr. Hedge spent 13 years with General Dynamics Corporation, holding positions of increasing responsibility from Machinist to Manager of Mechanical Fabrication. Mr. Hedge received his B.S. degree from La Verne University.

Roger E. George is the Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Align. Mr. George is responsible for all aspects of Align's legal affairs including transactional, securities, governance, intellectual property, real estate and employment matters. Prior to joining Align, Mr. George was the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Legal Affairs and General Counsel of SkyStream Networks, a worldwide network infrastructure company whose products enable service providers to create and deliver digital medial services across converged broadband and broadcast networks. Prior to SkyStream, Mr. George was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, CA, the leading law firm representing technology companies at all stages of their growth, and the investment banks and venture capital firms that finance them. Prior to joining WSGR, Roger was an associate attorney with Buist Moore Smythe & McGee in Charleston, SC. Mr. George worked at KPMG Peat Marwick in Washington, DC, before attending law school. He is a Certified Pubic Accountant. Mr. George attended the University of Virginia where he earned the degrees of BS in Commerce (1988) and Juris Doctor (1992).

Sonia Clark has served as Vice President, Human Resources since October 2006. She is responsible for leading the global human resources team for Align's operations and facilities around the world. Prior to joining Align, Ms. Clark was with Avago Technologies, a recent spin-off of the Semiconductor Products Group (SPG) of Agilent Technologies. Her experience also includes positions of increasing responsibilities in Human Resources at Cadence Design Systems, Black & Decker, Price Pfister and several startups. Ms. Clark received her bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from California State University Northridge, and has earned numerous certifications in organizational development programs.

Cheryl has been Dr. Whitmore's Dental Assistant for 7 years. She handles all treatment with him including all restorative and cosmetic procedures, surgery, invisalign, and more. She has 10 years of dental experience, 7 of which are with Dr. Whitmore. Cheryl is NTI and Pinnacle trained as well as Radiology, Nitrous oxide, and CPR certified. She attended Lynchburg College and is now a Registered Dental Assistant with Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Cheryl loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband Greg and her children Alexi, Jack, and Hayden.

Natasha has worked with jaredRESEARCH since 2003, including projects for Wells Fargo, Crayola, McGraw-Hill, Ask and Align Technology. Natasha is fluent in Turkish. Her background also includes journalism, advertising, internet start-ups, and content systems.

As an Account Executive, Rodolfo handles day-to-day account and project management activities for a range of clients including Acuity Brands, Align Technology, AMVESCAP, Bowater Incorporated and Goodrich Corporation. Rodolfo joined see see eye in 2004 after serving as an intern with the Company. His background includes working as paralegal assistant for Bass & Associates, writer and producer for World Wide, Arts & Entertainment Editor for Georgia State University's Rampway online media group, and credit analyst assistant for Equifax. He has also served as an intern with GSU's College of Education and Melissa Libby & Associates. Rodolfo graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor of arts degree in marketing in May 2005. He is a current member of the Public Relations Student Society of America, the American Marketing Association, and the Latin American Association. Rodolfo is a native of Guatemala.

Ray joined Cutlass Capital in 2001 as a member of our Advisory Board and as a Venture Partner in 2006. Ray has over 30 years of health care industry experience. Prior to Cutlass Capital, he was CEO of Eunoe, a venture-backed start-up medical device company, from 2003 to 2005. From 1983 to 1997, Ray served as CEO of Nellcor Puritan Bennett (NYSE: NPB), a $1 billion revenue medical device company with over 4000 employees sold to Mallinckrodt for $2 billion. He was also the National Sales Manager for Bentley Laboratories from 1976 to 1983 and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1975. Ray has also been a Principal of health care merchant bank Group Outcome since 2000 and has served as Chairman and Director on the board of numerous public and private health care companies. He is also a former President of AdvaMed (Advanced Medical Technology Association, previously Health Industry Manufacturers Association). Ray is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary's College (Moraga, CA) and has a BS from LaSalle University.

David E. Collins has served as director since March 2003. Mr. Collins has over three decades of experience at the world's leading medical device and technology companies and has served on a number of public and private company boards. His most recent operational role was with Kenilworth, NJ-based Schering-Plough Corporation from 1989 to 1994, as President of a new consumer products division known as HealthCare Products. He also served as a member of the Schering-Plough Operations Committee, that company's senior executive management group. Prior to Schering-Plough, Mr. Collins helped found New York-based venture capital firm Galen Partners. Mr. Collins also spent 27 years with Johnson & Johnson in a number of legal and operational roles. He served as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, President of McNeill Laboratories and other Latin American subsidiaries, and had leadership and oversight of the worldwide consumer products business, corporate public relations, investor relations, strategic planning and the government legislative liaison office. He left Johnson & Johnson in 1988 as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Stanley Gersch received a BS in Biology from the City College of New York and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Mass. After completing a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in NY, he specialized in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Gersch and his wife, Cindy, reside in Westfield, NJ where they have raised their two adult children, Scott and Shari. Scott joined Dr. Gersch as his partner at Gersch Orthodontics back in 2005. Dr. Gersch is President of the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists and has been delivering outstanding orthodontic care to children and adults in the Union County area for over 25 years. Dr. Gersch is a clinical professor in the Post-Graduate Orthodontic Department at NYU College of Dentistry and was recently named as one of the Top Orthodontists in America in the Guide to America's Top Dentists by the Consumer's Research Council of America. To remain in the forefront of technological advancements in the orthodontic specialty (including self-ligating brackets, mini-screws, and clear aligner technology), Dr. Gersch continues to research the latest products and advancements in orthodontic care by attending numerous orthodontic education programs each year including the Greater New York Dental Meeting where he is a national speaker. In addition to traditional and clear braces, Dr. Gersch was one of the first orthodontists in the United States to use Invisalign and he has been nationally recognized for his Invisalign treatment and expertise. One of these distinctions is the Top Case Award presented by Align Technology. Dr. Gersch is Director of Invisalign training at NYU College of Dentistry and lectures on a national basis for Invisalign. Honored at the American Association of Orthodontist's Convention for achieving membership in Align Technology's Century Club - he is part of an exclusive group consisting of only the Top 100 Invisalign providers in North America. Dr. Gersch has also consistently been recognized as an Invisalign Premier Provider Elite, a distinction given to less than 1% of Invisalign certified doctors of over 20,000 certified doctors, less than 60 have been given this honor. In addition, Dr. Stanley Gersch has also been responsible for the Invisalign certification process for all New York and New Jersey graduate orthodontic programs. Dr. Gersch is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, New Jersey Association of Orthodontists (where he serves as President), American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Union County Dental Society, and is on staff at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. He is also actively involved in the broader Union County community and is a member and supports many local, charitable and civic organizations. Dr. Gersch and his team at Gersch Orthodontics strive to provide excellent patient care and the highest quality orthodontics in a personal and comfortable atmosphere.

Warren S. Thaler has served as a director of Align since June 2004. Mr. Thaler is the President of Gund Investment Corporation. He directs real estate and venture capital investments, and assists with the management of the companies wholly owned by Gordon Gund. Prior to joining Gund Investment in 1990, Mr. Thaler worked in the corporate finance department of Drexel Burnham Lambert where he structured and marketed debt and equity securities for corporate issuers. Mr. Thaler serves on the board of directors of Cavaliers/Gund Arena Company and represents the Cleveland Cavaliers as its Alternate Governor at meetings of the National Basketball Association's Board of Governors. He also serves on the boards of Ophthonix, Inc. and Valley Forge Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Thaler received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard University.
