Tim Woodward boasts eight years of managing venture capital investments for Liberty Environmental Partners, where he co-managed the firm's venture capital activities. Before that, Woodward was part of the senior management team of First Source, a start-up company providing industrial solvent recycling services. Woodward also has over six years of international marketing experience for a manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment. In 1989, Woodward earned his M.B.A. with Honors from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, where he focused on entrepreneurial studies and strategic planning. He received his B.S. in Resource Economics from UCLA at Berkeley, graduating with high honors.

Steve Rakes is an experienced finance executive with fully cycle venture capital experience that joined SEInteractive in 1999. Mr. Rakes is a General Partner and currently serves on the boards of the Academy Funds and BuildLinks, Inc., and is a board observer at Allconnect, Inc., Arsenal Digital Solutions and VisionAIR, Inc. Mr. Rakes also serves and the Fund's Chief Operating and Financial Officer overseeing the day to day investment operations and financing of the General Partner and Management Company. Previously, Mr. Rakes was a Manager in Ernst & Young, LLP's Financial Services Practice specializing in working with investment and insurance companies. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Rakes worked with a number of public companies and supervised multiple securities offering engagements. Prior to being with Ernst & Young, Mr. Rakes was the Controller of NCM Capital, Inc., a diversified investment management firm with over $2.2 billion under management. Prior to working at NCM Capital, Inc., Mr. Rakes was a staff accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Rakes holds a B.A. in English and Radio and Television Production and a Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Edward H. Meyer is the Chairman, Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer of Ocean Road Advisors, Inc., an investment management company that directs the investment and related management activities of several leading New York City-based families. Ocean Road Advisors, Inc. manages a portfolio in excess of $750 million invested on behalf of numerous client entities in a broad range of investment strategies, including public and private equities, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital. The Company also oversees the activities of several large and active philanthropic foundations. Mr. Meyer is the past Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grey Global Group, part of WPP, one of the world’s largest communications services groups, from which he retired in 2006. Grey is involved in a large number of marketing communications businesses globally including consumer advertising, media planning and buying, direct marketing, healthcare marketing, public relations/public affairs, sales promotion, graphic design, corporate communications, sponsorship and event marketing, interactive communications, channel marketing and retailer advertising support and product branding. Its clients include some of the largest and most prominent corporations in the world, including Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, BAT, Diageo, Nokia, Volkswagen, BellSouth, Wyeth, Merck, Novartis and Con Agra. During his 35-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Grey, Mr. Meyer built the company from a mid-sized U.S. agency into a leader in global marketing communications with operations in 83 countries. Under his leadership, Grey’s revenues soared by a factor of over 40 times, from $29.5 million in 1970 to more than $1.3 billion in 2003. Mr. Meyer has served as a Director of a number of public companies, and is currently on the boards of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. and National Cinemedia and is a trustee of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the New York University Medical Center. Mr. Meyer is also a member of the Board of Director Jim Pattison Group and the Film Society of Lincoln Center. A Cornell graduate with honors in economics. Ed and his wife, Sandy, live in Manhattan. They have two grown children and three grandchildren

During his thirty-eight year career with Southern, he also held the position of Senior VP of Accounting and Finance at Georgia Power Company. He serves on the boards of Zoo Atlanta and Northside Hospital, and on the Advisory Board of First Union / Wachovia Bank of Atlanta.

The businesses all focus on attracting and serving consumers during a relocation event and each one has played a part in transforming the relocation experience. The formula for success is simple: (1) design an innovative, "consumer centric" business model, (2) recruit and develop the right people, and (3) and drive stakeholder results through an energetic, values based culture. R. Lee Pritchard, Founder & CEO. Mr. Pritchard began his career in public accounting in 1984, spending seven years with Arthur Andersen & Co. He left public accounting to pursue opportunities in convenience oriented consumer services. His first venture, Appliance Warehouse, was sold to a public company in March of 1997 and today remains in its industry leading position. Mr. Pritchard, through ICH, acquired a controlling interest in PROMOVE in October of 1997 as part of a broader strategy to launch Allconnect, a service that helps consumers select and order utility, communications, and other home services when moving into a new home or apartment. Allconnect will reach over 10% of the US Move Market in 2005 (selling over $1 billion in services for participating partners) and is on pace to reach over 15% in 2006. Mr. Pritchard served as Chairman and/or CEO of Allconnect until July of 2004. Currently, Mr. Pritchard serves as Chairman & CEO of PROMOVE/rentmoney and Vice Chairman of Allconnect, Inc.
