" L. Patrick (Pat) Hassey is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. He became President and Chief Executive Officer on
October 1, 2003. Mr. Hassey was elected Chairman on May 6, 2004.
Mr. Hassey has over 40 years of broad international experience in metals manufacturing, engineered products, marketing and sales. He was Executive Vice-President and a member of the corporate executive committee at Alcoa, Inc., at the time of his early retirement in February 2003. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Allegheny Technologies, Mr. Hassey had been working as an outside management consultant to ATI executive management.
Pat is a member of the Board of Ryder System, Inc. and serves on the Executive Committee of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development.
Mr. Hassey is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach and attended the University of Southern California MBA Program. He and his wife have six grown children and reside in Pittsburgh, PA. "

"Jon Walton became Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary in October 2003. In addition to his responsibilities as chief legal and administrative officer, Mr. Walton leads ATI’s human resource policy and administration, including compensation, benefits, and talent evaluation coordination. He also serves as corporate ombudsman and corporate ethics officer for the company.
Previously, Mr. Walton was Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Walton joined Allegheny Ludlum Corporation as General Counsel and Secretary in 1986. He became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Allegheny Teledyne upon the closing of the Allegheny Ludlum-Teledyne combination in August 1996. He was named Senior Vice President in 1997.
A member of the Pennsylvania bar for over 30 years, Mr. Walton previously served in legal and management positions for Dresser Industries Inc., Harbison-Walker Refractories, US Steel Corporation, and Owens Corning Fiberglass. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. Mr. Walton is active in a number of professional, industrial, philanthropic, civic and cultural organizations, and he serves on the boards of directors of the United Way of Allegheny County and the Pittsburgh Symphony and is a member of the board of trustees of Westminster College. "

"Rich Harshman became Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in October 2003. As CFO, Mr. Harshman is responsible for all accounting, financial, treasury, tax, and internal audit functions and for investor relations. Mr. Harshman also leads ATI’s shared services, including procurement and information technologies. He also chairs the ATI corporate pension investment committee.
Mr. Harshman was elected Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer in December 2001. From December 2000 to December 2001 he was Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Mr. Harshman joined the Company as a member of the Corporate Internal Audit Department in 1978, and has served in increasingly important roles at both the corporate and operating levels.
Mr. Harshman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Robert Morris University, is a past director of the Ethics Officer Association, and has been active in various charitable and civic organizations including the United Way and the Challenger Baseball Program for children with special needs. Diane C. Creel is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ecovation, Inc. Ms. Creel joined Ecovation in May of 2003. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its technology offerings through acquisition and exclusive licensing agreements; more than tripled the number of staff; and grown in annual revenues, putting Ecovation in the 2006 Top 100 Companies in Rochester, NY. Today, Ecovation has Fortune 1000 companies as its clients. Ms. Creel was the first woman to hold the chief executive position of a publicly held engineering firm in the United States, as CEO and president of Earth Tech, Inc. Earth Tech is an international consulting engineering firm that provides global water management, transportation, engineering technology and environmental services, headquartered in Long Beach, California. After becoming CEO of Earth Tech in January 1993, the company's revenues grew from $50 million to $1.6 billion including 21 acquisitions. Ms. Creel was the recipient of the Inc. Magazine and Ernst and Young 1995 Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She also received the 2001 Excellence in Leadership Award from Leadership Long Beach, the 2001 Elizabeth Milbank Anderson Award for Contributions to the Arts, the 1999 Silver Achievement Award for Corporate Leadership from the Los Angeles YWCA, the 1999 Legacy of Leadership Award from the American Heart Association, and the 1999 Long Beach Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2006, Ms. Creel was named as a finalist for the Rochester Small Business Council, Business Person of the Year, and Ecovation received the Hugh O'Brien (HOBY) Corporate Citizen Award. Ms. Creel currently serves on the Board of Directors of Allegheny Technologies Inc., the American Funds of Capital Research Management, Foster Wheeler, Inc., and Goodrich Corporation. She is also a member of the Women's Leadership Board of the Kennedy School at Harvard University.

James E. Rohr is chairman and chief executive officer of The PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States.
Rohr joined the company through its Management Development Program in 1972. He proceeded through various marketing and management responsibilities in several Corporate Banking areas, including lending, treasury management services and merchant banking. He was elected a vice chairman of PNC in 1989, named a director in 1990, elected as president in 1992 and named chief operating officer in 1998. Rohr was named chief executive officer in May 2000 and chairman in May 2001. For his leadership of PNC, Rohr was named American Banker's "Banker of the Year" for 2007.
Rohr is a director of BlackRock, Inc., Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, Equitable Resources, Inc, RAND Board of Trustees and the International Monetary Conference. He is a past chairman of the Pennsylvania Business Roundtable and is involved with other industry groups, including The Financial Services Roundtable. He is also a director and former chairman of BITS, the technology group for The Financial Services Roundtable.
In addition, Rohr serves on a number of civic, cultural and educational organizations. He is the immediate past chairman of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. He is a board member and former chairman of the Greater Pittsburgh Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a director of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP), Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh's McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine and is a member of the Notre Dame's College of Business Advisory Council. In October 2006, Rohr received the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship, in May 2007 he received the Sesame Workshop Corporate Honoree Award and in May 2008 he received the Women's Institute for a Secure Retirement (WISER) Hero Award from the Heinz Family Philanthropies.
Rohr earned his bachelor of arts degree in 1970 from the University of Notre Dame and his master's in business administration from Ohio State University in 1972.
