Mr. Ingram has been Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary since October 2006. From October 2003 to October 2006, Mr. Ingram served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Ingram joined Allergan from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in 1996. Mr. Ingram has more than 19 years of experience in the management of domestic and international legal affairs. Mr. Ingram manages Allergan's Global Legal Affairs, Global Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Internal Audit, Corporate Communications, Global Trade Compliance, Global Human Resources and Information Technology organizations. Mr. Ingram is the Secretary to Allergan's Board of Directors. Mr. Ingram received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona in 1988, graduating summa cum laude and Order of the Coif.

Mr. Edwards has been Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Development, Chief Financial Officer, since September 2005. Mr. Edwards joined Allergan in 1993. From March 2003 to September 2005, Mr. Edwards served as Corporate Vice President, Corporate Development and previously served as Senior Vice President, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Allergan, Mr. Edwards was with Banque Paribas and Security Pacific National Bank, where he held various senior-level positions in the credit and business development functions. Mr. Edwards completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Muhlenberg College.

Mr. Diradoorian has been Executive Vice President, Global Technical Operations, since February 2006. From April 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Diradoorian served as Senior Vice President, Global Technical Operations. Since February 2001, Mr. Diradoorian served as Vice President, Global Engineering and Technology. Mr. Diradoorian joined Allergan in July 1981. Prior to joining Allergan, Mr. Diradoorian held positions at American Hospital Supply and with the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. Mr. Diradoorian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.

Dr. Whitcup has been Executive Vice President, Research and Development, since July 2004. Dr. Whitcup joined Allergan in 2000. Prior to joining Allergan, Dr. Whitcup served as the Clinical Director of the National Eye Institute at the National Institutes of Health. As Clinical Director, Dr. Whitcup's leadership was vital in building the clinical research program and developing new therapies for ophthalmic diseases. Dr. Whitcup graduated from Cornell University and Cornell University Medical College. He completed residency training in internal medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles and in ophthalmology at Harvard University, as well as fellowship training in immunology at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Whitcup is a faculty member at the Jules Stein Eye Institute/David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.

John R. Gibson, MBChB, MRCP (UK), FRCP (Glasgow) is the Senior Vice President, Global Development at Allergan, Irvine, California. He also serves as Volunteer Clinical Professor of Dermatology, UCI, Irvine, California, and SUNY, Buffalo, New York. He received his medical degree from Glasgow University in 1973, and subsequently trained in general medicine, infectious diseases and pediatrics in Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom. Development as a Dermatologist occurred in parallel with an industry career. He was appointed Honorary Consultant Dermatologist at the Royal London Hospital, England in 1982. He has significant international (27 years) experience in all aspects of drug development with three major pharmaceutical companies (Wellcome, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Allergan); and a track record of product approvals worldwide in the fields of dermatology, ophthalmology and neurology, with additional experience in oncology, allergy and anti-infectives, including anti-virals. His passion for drug development and medicine remains powerfully intact.

With over thirty years experience in the practice of food and drug law, Mr. Davis brings a unique perspective to his clients, having served both as in-house General Counsel and in private practice. Practicing initially with KKB in the 1970s and 1980s, he then spent 15 years in-house at Syntex and Allergan in California. Serving as General Counsel of several divisions of Allergan, he played a key roll in the regulatory approval, acquisition, development, launch, and highly successful marketing of BOTOX (botulinum toxin purified neurotoxin complex), as well as the development and licensing of several biologics manufacturing facilities for the product. At Allergan, he also managed the company's internal Institutional Review Board. He returned as a partner to KKB in 1998, opening the firm's West Coast office. In the professional arena, he has served as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Committee on Food and Drug Law. For many years, he was General Counsel of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group. He has lectured on FDA law at numerous law schools and universities, including Stanford University, the University of the Pacific, and Saddleback Valley College.

Lauren Billings received her undergraduate degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. She completed her doctoral work at the University of California, Irvine studying alterations in basal ganglia gene expression in animal models of Parkinson's disease. She continued her work in the field of neurodegeneration by conducting post-doctoral research in the 3xTg-AD mouse model of Alzheimer's disease where she studied the cognitive phenotype of the mice and how it related to various neuropathological changes in several brain regions. Lauren currently works for Allergan Inc., where she leads studies in behavioral pharmacology. Lauren received multiple awards while conducting her graduate and post-doctoral work, including individual fellowships from NIDA and NIA/NIH, an ARCS scholarship and multiple teaching and research awards. Lauren has extensive in vivo testing experience in various animal models of neurodegeneration, behavioral testing and stereotactic surgery. She also has expertise in various histological techniques including immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, and molecular biology techniques including protein analysis by Western blot, PCR, etc. Her general areas of expertise include behavioral pharmacology, statistics and molecular biology.

Dr. Mark Ballentyne is a highly skilled physician who has been Director of Medical Aesthetics at the Skin Wellness Center for five years. He has established a strong reputation for his talent in performing the lip augmentation procedure, facial treatments with BOTOX Cosmetic injections and dermal fillers, photorejuvenation, sclerotherapy, medical level skin care treatments, and chemical peels. Mr. Wood served as Vice President of Operations for Inamed, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allergan, prior to joining FoxHollow in 2006. Mr. Wood also has extensive general management experience within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries and has created and implemented successful business strategies with companies such as Keravision, Allergan and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Thomas Kislan is the founder and medical director of Stroudsburg Eye Specialists (est. 1999), Hazleton Eye Specialists (est. 2001) and Dry Eye Clinic of Northeastern PA (est. 2002). These practices are large multi-disciplinary eye care facilities which provide routine medical eye care and the treatment and management of ocular diseases, such as cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye disease, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. Dr. Kislan completed undergraduate study at Wilkes University and received his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. He completed internships at the Lynch Pediatric unit in Philadelphia, the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center and the Trachtenberg Moran Eye Surgery Center in Allentown, PA. Dr. Kislan is an educational lecturer and speaks nationally on Dry Eye Disease, Glaucoma, Ophthalmic use of Omega 3 Fatty Acids and the management of Refractive Surgery. Dr. Kislan participates in clinical research and has presented this research at many national meetings. This research has also been published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Kislan is a consultant for Allergan, AMO, Lifeguard Health and Pfizer pharmaceuticals. Dr. Kislan is also the host of Eye Care Today. This is a monthly show which airs on local Hazleton Channel 13 and is syndicated nationally on the web at ssptv.com. Dr. Kislan sees patients of all ages. He resides in Drums, PA with his wife, Dr. Sandra Krokos and their 5 year old son, Ryan. Dr. Kislan enjoys golf and traveling when he is not helping patients see better.

Dr. Tina B. West is a dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon with years of experience treating a wide variety of skin conditions. Her practice emphasis is on the use of fillers, Botox, and laser treatments to reduce the appearance of aging and photo aging, including wrinkles, sagging and blotchiness. Dr. West is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the American Society of Dermatologic Laser Surgery. Additionally, she is a member of the American Medical Association and served as Vice Chairperson of the Dermatology Foundation from 1996 to 1999. An accomplished lecturer and author, Dr. West has been published in literature, peer-reviewed journals and books on a variety of topics, including laser resurfacing for the treatment of aging and acne scarring, as well as laser treatment of leg veins, rosacea, and other vascular disorders. She also participated in phase III FDA trials for the approval of Botox for cosmetic use, and her practice has been selected as a national training center for physician instruction in Botox treatment as well as advanced Restylane injection technique. Dr. West is on the advisory board of Medicis, the company that distributes Restylane, as well as Allergan, the manufacturer of Botox.

Appointed to the Board effective January 2008. Ms. Hudson was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA), the multi-billion dollar refreshment beverage unit of PepsiCo in the United States and Canada until November 2007, where she served as President since May 2002 and Chief Executive Officer since March 2005. In addition, Ms. Hudson served as Chief Executive Officer of the PepsiCo Foodservice Division from March 2005 to November 2007. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Ms. Hudson was Managing Director at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, a leading advertising agency based in New York. In 2006 and 2007, Ms. Hudson was named among Fortune Magazine's "50 Most Powerful Women in Business." In 2002, Ms. Hudson received the honor of "Advertising Woman of the Year" by Advertising Women of New York. Ms. Hudson was also inducted into the American Advertising Federation's Advertising Hall of Achievement, and has been featured twice in Advertising Age's "Top 50 Marketers." Ms. Hudson is Chairperson of the Board of the LPGA and is a director of Lowe's Companies, Inc.

Professor Trevor Jones CBE PhD DSc FKC FPS CChem FRSC MCPP FFPM has been Chairman of ReNeuron since February 1999. He recently retired as Director General of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), the body representing the interests of some 100 national and international pharmaceutical companies. He was, until 1994, the Main Board Director responsible for Research and Development at Wellcome plc. He was responsible for the development of a number of significant new products at Wellcome, including Zovirax (anti-herpes), Retrovir (anti-HIV), Malarone (Malaria) and Lamictal (anti-epileptic). He is visiting professor, Deputy Chair of Council and Fellow of Kings College London, and is a member of the Board of Allergan Inc.
