Mr. Forman has served as our Chief Product Officer since March 2007. Mr. Forman joined us as Executive Vice President and President, Value Added Services in March 2006. From February 2004 to December 2005, Mr. Forman was Vice President and General Manager of Media and Information at Yahoo! Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Forman was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Success Television and MyPrimeTime, Inc., a privately-held television production company, from June 1999 to February 2004. Mr. Forman also has served as an operating executive at Time Warner Inc.'s CNN and Time Inc. divisions, as well as in a variety of executive and editorial positions at Dow Jones & Company, Inc. and Infoseek Corporation.

Mr. Dole has served as our Chief Corporate Development Officer since August 2007. From February 2005 until August 2006, Mr. Dole served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Implementation of Mpower Holding Corporation. Mr. Dole worked as an independent business consultant from January 2002 until February 2005. Mr. Dole served as Senior Vice President of Global Access Management for Global Crossing North America from February 2000 until December 2001. Mr. Dole was Chief Financial Officer of the Business Services Division of Frontier Corporation from March 1999 until January 2000. Between 1986 and 1999, Mr. Dole held numerous management positions at Frontier, and its predecessor Rochester Telephone.

Mr. Wetzel has served as our Chief Operating Officer since August 2007. Mr. Wetzel served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Mpower Holding Corporation from July 2001 until its merger with a subsidiary of U.S. TelePacific Holdings Corp. in August 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Wetzel served as President of Operations of Mpower Holding Corporation from August 2000 through July 2001. He also served on the Board of Directors of Mpower Holding Corporation from March 2002 until April 2003. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Wetzel was Vice President of Technology with MediaOne Group and from 1993 to 1997 was Vice President of Technology with MediaOne's multimedia group.

Mr. Dotts has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2004. From July 2002 to April 2004, Mr. Dotts served as our Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining us, Mr. Dotts served as a Chief Financial Officer at GE Energy Parts, Inc. from August 1999 to July 2002 and as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at NBC, a division of GE, from November 1997 to August 1999. Prior to joining NBC in November 1997, Mr. Dotts served in a variety of finance leadership positions at General Electric since 1987, including positions at GE Aerospace, GE Corporate Audit, and GE Plastics, both domestically and internationally.

Ms. Hagan has served as our Chief People Officer since March 2007. Ms. Hagan joined us in September 2002 and has served in several capacities, including Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining us, Ms. Hagan served as President/Principal at SynerChange International, Inc. from 1993 until 2002.

Chris Putala, Executive Vice President of Public Policy, EarthLink, Inc. - Mr. Putala has served as EarthLink's Executive Vice President, Public Policy since August 2005. From February 2004 to July 2005, Mr. Putala was the principal of PutalaStrategies, a public policy consulting firm providing government relations services to telecommunications and technology clients. From August 1998 to January 2004, he served as the vice president for congressional affairs at the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association. From 1989 to August 1998, Mr. Putala served as a senior staff member on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Dave Rowland is a Group Vice President of EarthLink, and the General Manager of PeoplePC. Dave is responsible for the day-to-day operations of PeoplePC as well as subscriber acquisitions for EarthLink. Dave has been involved in the computer industry since 1978 when he started a custom software company. Response, Inc. evolved into a national sales organization selling pharmacy, accounting and banking software. Later, the company expanded into retail computer stores and in 1995, started an Internet Service Provider business, which would later be acquired by EarthLink, Inc. Since 2000, Dave has been involved with the management of the multiple companies acquired by EarthLink, and has managed PeoplePC since 2002. Dave is a proud product of the University of Nebraska and remains an avid Cornhusker fan, with personal interests in photography, wine, cars and flying.

Mr. Shipps has served as our Vice President, Consumer Sales and Marketing since September 2008. Mr. Shipps joined us in January 2004, serving as Director, Business Development until November 2005. From November 2005 until November 2007 Mr. Shipps was Vice President, Business Development later becoming Vice President of Sales and Business Development prior to his current role. Prior to joining us in 2004, Mr. Shipps was Vice President of Business Development at ComScore, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Shipps was Vice President of Business Development at InfoSpace, Inc. Between 1991 and 1998 he held various marketing and product management positions at BellSouth and Cox Cable.

Mr. Felix Lin, a partner of The MARCLIN Group, has assisted me very professionally during the past three years as a contingency executive search recruiter for EarthLink Network. As Vice President of Human Resources and EarthLink's Senior Technical Recruiter, I have appreciated Felix's straightforward, no red-tape approach to finding us top candidates. Mr. Brand has served as our Vice President, Products since November 2003. Mr. Brand joined us in June 2001 and served as Vice President, Network Operations prior to his current role. Mr. Brand was Executive Vice President of Operations at CAIS Internet from November 1999 through January 2001. From June 1980 through November 1999, Mr. Brand worked in a variety of management positions at AT&T, AT&T Paradyne and AT&T Bell Laboratories in operations, customer support, product management, marketing and technical areas.

Michael Flavin is a native of Southern California. He earned his Bachelors degree from U.C.L.A in Political Science and his MBA from Pepperdine at night time while working full time. Michael served in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps. during Desert Storm and participated in re-construction efforts in Kuwait, and has an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army where he earned the rank of Captain. He has over 15 years of military and private sector experience, and enjoys golf, flying, scuba, sports and spending time with his family. Michael is a resident of Chatsworth, California and is married with two children. He currently works at EarthLink, Inc.

Michael is active in lease acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and major metropolitan markets in the United States. His areas of expertise include development of strategic real estate plans, market research, trend analysis, transaction strategy, municipal incentive negotiations, financial analysis and leverage negotiations. With a core focus on downtown San Francisco, Michael represents such prestigious clients as Williams-Sonoma, Babcock & Brown, Earthlink/People PC, Liberty Mutual, Kirkland & Ellis, Heller Ehrman, Goodwin Procter, Davis Wright Tremaine and Pillsbury Winthrop. Michael began his career in commercial real estate as a market analyst and continues to leverage his skills and experiences in analyzing labor, demographic, and economic trends to effectively forecast future trends in commercial real estate markets. Michael's broad range of transaction experience and skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are integral to his philosophy of client service.

Nir Sharony's prodigious skills in product development have been instrumental to the success of MyHeritage. Nir Sharony is proficient in advanced programming methodologies and has served in senior development roles in RADVISION (NASDAQ: RVSN), OmniSky (acquired by Earthlink) and Picatel Systems. He brings to MyHeritage over 13 years of experience in Design Patterns, Object Oriented Design and advanced programming methodologies. Mr. Sharony is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science. Mr. Sharony co-represented the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in the 2003 International Computerized Trading Agent Competition, and independently in 2004, winning accolades for his achievements.

Mr. DeSimone has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since February 2000. Prior to that, Mr. DeSimone served in such capacities at MindSpring Enterprises Inc. since November 1998 prior to its merger with EarthLink in 2000. From September 1995 to August 1998, Mr. DeSimone served as Vice President of Corporate Development with Merix Corporation, a printed circuit board manufacturer. From June 1990 to August 1995, he was an associate attorney and a partner with Lane Powell Spears Lubersky of Portland, Oregon.

Suzie's life experience includes positions in Human Resources, Training, Operations and Performance Consulting roles at NCR Corporation, State Farm Insurance, Oracle Corporation and Right Management Consultants. She's been involved in several entrepreneurial and non-profit adventures, and served as a Career Counselor/Manager for Rutledge College & American Intercontinental University. As a Consultant Suzie helps client's develop and manage organizational performance and change. She's worked with Earthlink, Siemens, Sprint, W.R. Grace, KMC Telecom, Kilpatrick Stockton, Fingerhut, ADP, Black and Decker, MeadWestvaco and more. Suzie is an active Board Member for the Atlanta Women's Network and The Cottage School. Suzie is an active committee chairperson for the American Society of Training and Development, and the Organizational Development Special Interest Group. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Journalism.

David Koretz founded BlueTie in March 1999. As its President and CEO, Mr. Koretz has led BlueTie from a fledgling Internet start-up to a recognized technology leader. Prior to founding BlueTie, he served as CEO of several companies, including Network Marketing International, which during his tenure became the world's first Internet-based sales lead company. Mr. Koretz is also the author of several patents in the area of email messaging and collaborative technology. A native of Rochester, NY, Mr. Koretz has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, CIO Magazine, eWeek, Computer Reseller News, ASP Industry News, VAR Business, Wall Street Reporter, VentureWire, People Magazine, Business Strategies, the NY Times, The Boston Globe and the NY Sun.

Ms. Bowick has served as a director of the Company since December 2006. Ms. Bowick serves as a consultant to the joint venture of Nokia Corporation and Siemens A.G. since 2006. From 1977 to 2004, Ms. Bowick served at various executive positions with Hewlett-Packard Company, a provider of information technology, infrastructure, personal computing, global services and imaging and printing, most recently as its Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Workforce Development. Ms. Bowick serves as a guest lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a founding Board member of the Washington state M.E.S.A. program engaged in the identification and retention of high potential junior high students. Ms. Bowick is currently a director of EarthLink, Inc., an Internet service provider. Ms. Bowick holds a B.S., Business Administration and Education from the University of Nebraska. Ms. Bowick is an independent director.

Mr. Wheeler has served on our Board of Directors since July 2003. Mr. Wheeler is a managing director of Core Capital Partners, a venture capital fund, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Shiloh Group, LLC, a strategy development and private investment company specializing in telecommunications services. From 1992 through October 2003, Mr. Wheeler served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association. Mr. Wheeler led President Obama's Transition Team on Science, Technology, Space and the Arts.

Mr. Wisehart has served on our Board of Directors since July 2008. Mr. Wisehart is a member of the Board of Directors of Marchex, Inc. where he serves as the chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Wisehart served as Chief Financial Officer of aQuantive, Inc., a digital marketing services company, from March 2006 until September 2007. aQuantive was acquired by Microsoft in August 2007. Prior to this position, Mr. Wisehart served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Wireless Corporation, a cellular phone service provider, from January 2003 until September 2005. Western Wireless was acquired by Alltel in August 2005. Prior to that time, Mr. Wisehart served as Chief Financial Officer of iNNERHOST, Inc., a web hosting services company, from October 2000 through February 2002, and as President and Chief Executive Officer for Teledirect International, Inc., a marketing automation software company, from February 1999 through October 2000.
